Very nice location for events. Probably the most difficult part is finding parking.

Huge room, lively bar, super modern, very clean. Pool is pretty small though.

This hotel, I have checked in yesterday and so far this morning getting out of hotel from the elevator to my car, and from valet took us an hour (waiting for elevator 25 min and valet took 35 min). This hotel definetly are not well organized and service here is very unprofessional. Waste of money for sure. Oh and also escalator was not operating and no manager on sight at 10:30am. Definetly overrated.

I checked in very late at night dropped my bags then went to get some pizzas downstairs. Once I got back to my room I started to sneeze many times. I looked around and fund out that the room carpet was full of dog's hair. I called the front desk, the receptionist said "we are pet friendly. "
2am after flying the whole day, I didn't want to deal with changing rooms specially having an early departure. I have asked if they could bring me some benadryl to help me not to sneeze anymore. The receptionist told me to go buy my own at at convenience store

It is great to be pet friendly but not good at all to share someone's pet hair with the next guest. At least clean the room throughly please.
And what about sorry for the inconvenience sir, we will send you some Benadryl so you can sleep (instead of sending me buying it) ?

Unacceptable and very disappointing experience from Hyatt. The room was modern and the bed comfortable. After reading other reviews, I realized that I am not the first one to complain about the room not being clean. Take care of the matter management please!

Our experience was marred by two customer service issues that would make me reluctant to go back to this "four star" hotel:
#1 They didn't have the room level we booked so we had to take a lesser room the first night without the table we needed then move rooms the next day.
#2 When moving rooms the next day, they promised to move our luggage since we had to be out of the hotel per our schedule. We got a call around noon verifying they were doing this. Arrived at the hotel at 3 to no luggage in the room. Called the front desk, they said they would look for it - then got no update until we called again nearly an hour later. Finally found out the luggage had just been sitting in the old room (thank goodness we still had luggage) and was never moved as promised.

Also heads up:
The pool is TINY and there's no salon which is strange for a convention center of that size.
The park view is really just a highway view with the river beyond it.
The city view is above the train station so it can be a little loud if you're on a lower level.
The breakfast is on the expensive side. Juice was $8 if I remember correctly - but it is free if you go with the buffet option so that's probably the best deal.

Great location and reunion tower was good addition to it.

Conference rooms were well designed and able to be converted to fit different layouts and space requirements. Meet the needs of our group well and staff were friendly and courtious.

Exceptional! Room is beautiful, lots of extra pillows and blankets. Staff has gone above and beyond on every level. So much going on here at the Hotel - great food, fun bar, all the amenities!

A huge gathering of professionals, they handled it without any snafus. Everything was elegant, perfect. Room was clean and modern, lots of ports for USB charging and power. Great bar, open and airy. I would ld recommend it to any Corp. Meetings on a massive scale.

I was here for a children's cancer fund event and it was pretty awesome

Had an awesome experience for my whole family. Staff is friendly from the valet all the way till check out. Rooms are cleaned and we'll maintained. View I got with the room was worth the visit.

Amazing place to stay kind and courteous staff. As well as food and bar are kind and patient. They have a great continental breakfast as well.

We've stayed here 3 times and it is a great hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The staff is extremely professional and friendly. I totally recommend staying here.

Everything is great, except parking is a little far away if you don't want to pay for valet parking. Restaurants are a bit pricey, but delicious, rooms are well furnished and comfy.

Reunion tower was a wonderful experience. Only draw back to me was the fee to re-enter if you should leave.

This is a great property from many perspectives. Most importantly the staff is great...all the way down to the hotel madcott Leo. Be advised, this is a downtown property so parking is extra. There is no Regency Club. The pool is nice.

Pretty good experience. Room service was not the most friendly and had to call twice for the same request. Rooms are pretty nice and we paid extra for a view of downtown.

hotel is ok. the rooms are clean, but I felt like I was being Nickel and dime everywhere. and some of gust service needs some work. room service was unavailable for part of day due to the Operator having to step out. I know life happen but hotel are Supposed to make things like that seamless. the pool was clean and the area around the pool clean too but the pool it self was smaller than my room. Also the self park key card was not working with the gate. that was causing backup in the lot. and you have to pay almost as much to self park as you do Valet. over all for the price I will not be returning.

Really nice hotel with comfortable rooms and super-helpful staff. Room service was a little slow but there was a big sales meeting there so that may have slowed things down a bit. The glass elevator is really cool!

The rooms were great, very clean and all the essentials. The staff of great as well. My only drawback is the lack of freebies some hotels give. Nothing is free for breakfast and only the make your own code is free. The hotel restaurants are good but you'd find better food for your money elsewhere. It is connected to the reunion tower though which saves time to one tourist destination at least. Overall good hotel. I would stay here again.

Very nice, clean and great proximity to anything dallas. Staff was very nice and room service was quick! We even got upgraded to a better room for our anniversary for a small charge. Great hotel, would stay again!

Amazing service! Lost my earring down the drain and they came and tore it apart to see if they could find it. 2nd time staying here and absolutely love it!

Very nice place to stay. I've been going to an event there every year for the last 12 years. Always a great place to stay regardless of circumstance!

We paid over $250 for one night here - the walls are so thin you can hear the room next door talking in a normal voice! The door is so light and thin it was as if the door was open. What was supposed to be a night away was worse than being at home. Frat boys woke us up FOUR times in night banging on doors, yelling and laughing- which is not the hotel's fault, except that the building is so cheap, the noise was highly disturbing. This hotel also allows pets, so at 7am (after very little sleep the night before) another patron left their pooch alone in the room and it began shrieking, not barking, and this went on for 2 hours despite calls to the front desk. We were not apologized to, given any kind of accommodation or kindness for all this. After spending one night here, I promise to never return. If you want to relax, don't risk this place. Their price is high and you'll find quieter nicer rooms at a Holiday Inn. Very disappointed, and much more tired than when we left for our little "break."

Stayed here for TFF and I cannot wait to come back in 2020! The hotel is amazing, beautiful, and simply breathtaking. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. I felt right at home and very comfortabl.

The AC would not shut off, it was freezing in the room

Had a wonderful stay here with my girlfriend. Everyone who worked here was extremely friendly and helpful, especially Ashley at the front desk. Beautiful view of the skyline from our room!

Definitely recommend staying here if you're visiting Dallas and want a room close to downtown.

I love this place! I come every year Easter weekend for a convention called NTLTC.

The Hyatt Regency Dallas is gorgeous, I was immediately in awe when I walked into the foyer. A large foundain sits in the middle of the entry and when you walk past that the hotel opens up so you.can see all the way up to the top floor. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The level of professionalism matches the beautiful interior. Since it is attached to the GeoDome there is quick and easy access to the Wolfgang Pick restaurant at the top and the gift shop has lovely local merchandise. They have a snack bar and coffee stand which stays open 24/7 which is really convenient. I would highly recommend this hot to anyone and everyone!

We were stuck behind the Veterans Day parade for an hour, but Micheal was great and as I am a 16 year Navy Vet, it was fine...however, it is also my wedding day and I missed no appointment...just a nap i had planned.

Was not visiting the hotel itself, rather the outlook over Dallas. You can definitely see a lot from up there. Will I go up again? Probably not.

Amazing, it had the gianormus tower for Dallas connected to it and it was very modern and fancy.

Had a great stay. Staff, guests and people in area were xery friendly. Hotel was huge! Very accommodating. Would love to visit again. Came here to aee Cowboys /Giants game at AT&T Stadium.

Nice hotel, however due to poor staff and overall stay I wouldn't recommend to anyone. False charges were a big problem for both of us staying. Used valet service one night, charged us for 8 nights. Don't expect any help from the hotel when trying to resolve that type of situation. You will be given excuses. Highly recommend using cash only. Stay if you dare.

I came to this hotel for the WrestleCon event during WrestleMania 32! Best hotel ever, will definitely stay again next time I am in Dallas.
