So disappointed. This hotel doesn t care about its customers. Some political organization was there and the hotel did nothing when we were thrown out by their security, which wasn t hotel security. I called the hotel after and they basically told me oh well. We were paying customers. Taking my business elsewhere.

I did not stay at the Hyatt, but I attended a conference that was located at this hotel and I was impressed with the space, the fluency of events, and how well everything was organized. The food was rather good too!

Spacious rooms and a few options for food, snacks, and drinks within the hotel itself. Close to Love Field airport and walking distance from some things in the downtown area. WiFi strength good throughout rooms and meeting spaces. Was here for a work conference. Escalators to different meeting areas and ballrooms areas were convenient.

We traveled to Texas for a physician appointment. I chose this hotel based on the reviews and location. We weren't disappointed! We arrived after midnight to find a Mary Kay convention going on. At check in the clerk asked if we had special needs. We requested a quiet room. We were sent to the 8th floor and tucked back in a quiet corner, it was perfect!
We ventured to the bar, exquisitely beautiful interior, friendly staff, and enjoyed a drink before retiring to our room.
We woke up the next morning and visited the restaurant on the second floor. There was a buffet with a kind gentleman making fresh omelettes with plenty of veggies choices!
We highly recommend this hotel and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!
It is expensive, be prepared to pay well for a nicer place, but it was money well spent!!

Great Hotel! Great place to old business meeting! They will cater to your every need. I hold my seminars there when I am in town. And book my guess there.

The hotel is really nicely decorated and within walking distance of a lot of great places to eat and drink. I would recommended taking the walk to CVS if you need basic supplies at the hotel is very expensive! The views from the roof are breathtaking. The pool is nice but small.

I had my car valet, apparently someone went joy riding in my car. What they did not know is that my phone was connected to the whereabouts of where my car had been. I will never stay here again.

This was one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed at. I visited here for the NSPA event, and had an amazing time! The atrium and view from the levels down is hands down the best I have ever seen. Plus, good staff. Very quick to get any items I was missing/needed.

The sunset suite was amazing. The room was clean and plenty of room for 6 people to hang out. We ordered room service and the food was AMAZING. I loved the steak and fritas and the prime rib. The sides were amazingly delicious as well. Amazing mashed potatoes!!
Breakfast in the morning was good. Had the buffet. Only complaint was a mix up with valet when one car wasn't charged and the keys were lost on an attendants belt.

Brunch Buffet is delicious! We visited when people came into town for a week. They loved the variety and the view of Reunion Tower. The ambiance is swanky. The food and service in the Centennial Restaurant was superb.

My only issue at all was how often the elevators messed up. But it was a huge crowd, so i understand mess ups will happen. Otherwise it was fantastic. Staff was super friendly, very efficient. Beautiful hotel.

The hotel was great, but the parking wasn t ideal. They have a parking lot that you walk about a block to, which is still almost $20/night, I believe. They do have valet. The night we went, there were many professionals. Overall, it s pretty good. It is confusing to me that some places list them as a 4 star and some list a 4.5 star. This can cause a price difference, especially on Priceline with their express deals. It was listed as a 4.5 star express deal, but brought up in many places it was 4 stars. Priceline would not honor the difference. I would clarify with Priceline the actual rating so as to not confuse guests.

great hotel with 24 hour food service. rooms where very modern. I they also have a late night convenience store that has snacks and treats. They do have a pool but it's nothing worth mentioning because of small size.

Very nice hotel though parking is a bit of a nightmare. The buffet they have here is a bit above par and the rooms are clean and well maintained. Elevators worked properly, and even with two conventions going on staff were friendly and tried to maintain a good atmosphere for the guests. I am a little disappointed with the nachos they had at one of the in hotel bars. Pricey and had no flavor. Had to dump salt in the cheese to get any taste. Other than that it was an ok experience.

Don't know what we did to clerk that gave us that room but we had trains running all night along with the elevator operation shaft next to our room. When I called, they offered ear plugs. I moved the next morning. My wife was a speaker at the conference there. She deserved some sleep.

Very nice hotel with some great views and in a great location! The front desk staff was very nice and the rooms were very nice. I deducted a star for the bar staff that was not very good. They did not seem interested in keeping drinks full and seemed to have a generally poor attitude as if they didn't care. Other than that, very good hotel! The Hyatt chain has done a very good job.

Update: Response from the owner!! +1 Star, I am sure the problem will be fixed!

So my wife and I finally got a weekend to get away...

So my wife and I finally got a weekend to get away from working at the hospital since the covid-19 pandemic started. We decided to go to the big city of Dallas to get a hotel room just to relax. We went to the Hyatt Hotel thinking it would be really cool to have a view of the big city at night on the highest floor they had available. Upon entering room 2366 we noticed a piece of paper sticking out from behind the desk. It was the previous customers receipt with all of their contact information and address on it from 3 months ago. Just out of curiosity a quick Google search and with the use of a GPS it put me at 4 hours and 17 minutes from that customers front door step. I then looked behind the desk and noticed the electrical outlets and wires were sticking out of the walls. That wasn't a big deal we just wanted a clean place to sleep. However, we then noticed a huge slice of old pizza hanging over the top of the headboard of the bed. I'm thinking we should have mailed that piece of pizza to the customer to see if they wanted to finish it. That slice of pizza then called our attention to the oily handprints all over the headboard along with some white crusty stuff that would flake off. It looked like cake frosting or something of the sort. We walked over to the window to look at the view only to find a big shard of glass right under the window. Like really??? We were disgusted at how dirty the room was so I walked down to the lobby and reported it. I showed them detailed pictures of everything we were greeted with. They said they would give us another room that night and not charge us for it. We had to switch rooms at 1:30 in the morning which was not inconvenient at all. Before we could go to the new room they asked for us to wait until housekeeping went up there to make sure the new room was clean first. This seems like something that should not have to be done. At this point we were considering going back home. We just country folk with a dog and 8 chickens living in our house but even our chickens know to pick up their pizza leftovers from the bed. We finally get to our new room at 2 a.m. in the morning only to be greeted with the previous customers DNA plastered all over the headboard. The new room was supposed to be an upgrade but it was actually three floors down. It doesn't seem like much but you actually lose some of the view. The next night we met a couple of the same age as my wife and I in the lobby and invited them up to our room to have a few beers that were lukewarm because the fridge was not cold. During one of our conversations the husband even mentioned all of the stains on the headboard. It was quite embarrassing to have new friends over at a room only to be offered hot beer and a beautiful view of a love stained bed. Forgive my language but this is what we had to see and sleep with. The hotel was gracious enough to give us a discount of $30 off of our room the next night. Ultimately we spent roughly $200 for all of the above on our first weekend off in months. I would highly recommend saving your money and going to a Motel 6. We feel that the hotel should have done more to compensate us for dealing with all of that. Save your money and go somewhere else

Meh

The hotel is well appointed, conveniently located, and has extremely comfortable beds. The sound deadening is not up to par, so do not accept a room near the elevators. I enjoyedy time and stay here and would come back again.

We love this hotel. When in Dallas ask for a room with a view. It s perfect, we always have great service and the rooms are very modern and clean. The one complain would be that there are not phone chargers on both sides of the bed. Either than that, it s a perfect place to stay in the downtown area!

Went to the Hyatt for my stay during the heart walk with my wife and two kids. First impressions were that figuring out where to park is ridiculous, and the closest parking lot is at a dangerous intersection especially at night. The staff is very friendly, the bar and restaurants are nice. The prices are ridiculous though for anything extra. I guess the assumption is your spending quite a bit to stay there you must pay top price for everything else. Two long islands and nachos were 42 dollars. I would say i enjoyed the nice atmosphere and room was really nice, bathroom unfortunately was kind of small, super fun clear elevator for everyone and the kiddos. The main problem I have is the fact parking for actual guests is poor. The parking lots are for Antoine and they are far away. The second night on Saturday there were just a ton of people there for the bar so there was almost no parking and my wife and kids had to hike to the hotel, we almost got side swiped at light for the first parking lot by someone In the wrong lane trying to cut me off to the gate to get in. I would recommend the stay but i guess next time unfortunately i guess I'll have to shell out another 70 plus dollars for valet for a two night stay. Not sure if we will come back or not because of that, but it is really nice there.

Extremely disappointed. Stayed 3 nights for a company event. First night had to call front desk three times; one for internet issues and two for room conditions. Our meetings were in Union Station and the tunnel connecting them reeked of urine, thought I was in a New York City subway...really bad. Had a room on the 12th floor and heard nothing but trains going by ALL NIGHT LONG.

We had a dinner at Cloud Nine in the Tower, save your money-not worth it.

My advice, do not stay here, plenty of other quality hotels in the big D.

I really enjoyed the hotel, parking attendant in self parking was awesome. Wished dropoff/check in had better signage which did not give the appearance of only vallet parking. Check in parking area or better signage would have been helpful.
