Our experience was marred by two customer service ...

Our experience was marred by two customer service issues that would make me reluctant to go back to this "four star" hotel:
#1 They didn't have the room level we booked so we had to take a lesser room the first night without the table we needed then move rooms the next day.
#2 When moving rooms the next day, they promised to move our luggage since we had to be out of the hotel per our schedule. We got a call around noon verifying they were doing this. Arrived at the hotel at 3 to no luggage in the room. Called the front desk, they said they would look for it - then got no update until we called again nearly an hour later. Finally found out the luggage had just been sitting in the old room (thank goodness we still had luggage) and was never moved as promised.

Also heads up:
The pool is TINY and there's no salon which is strange for a convention center of that size.
The park view is really just a highway view with the river beyond it.
The city view is above the train station so it can be a little loud if you're on a lower level.
The breakfast is on the expensive side. Juice was $8 if I remember correctly - but it is free if you go with the buffet option so that's probably the best deal.
