Property was nice and clean. Staff didn't seem genuinely happy to assist even though they got the job done. Housekeeping was not very helpful. Needed simple toiletries, saw them in the hall and they said to just call even though their carts have said toiletries.

Absolutely terrible. I only stay at Hyatt Hotels and the Hyatt sohn needs to be removed. This was my worst hotel experience ever.

Stayed for one night for a state event. From the self parking to front desk to room service all greeted by very friendly staff. Overall very happy with the stay

We stayed at the Reunion tower for a quick night stay it was very nice, clean and everyone was very friendly that we came in contact with. The food at Cloud Nine was great, the Starbucks makes a great cup of coffee.

Huge hotel, nice accommodation. It's just a short walk to the grassy knoll and downtown. Very nice bar/restaurants on second floor.

They hosted a furry convention and outside of bad parking it was big and nice

I enjoyed my stay here! The staff was amazing! They were very helpful and super nice people. They make you feel like royalty, that's for sure. They truly go above and beyond for guests. I had a beautiful view from my room, I was very impressed.

Great hotel and location. The staff was very accommodating but the pool was a complete and absolute disappointment. It was maybe 10 x 4. For a hotel this size and in this climate I expected some pool but this one was really really really small.

Large, semiformal hotel in the downtown Dallas area. Or company uses it for large conventions each year. Location is great in that it's next to train stations and close to May Dallas sites.

The room was nice and the staff courteous. However, if you don't valet park they make it inconvenient for you by blocking off the front of the hotel for valet customers only so be prepared to walk with your luggage from the parking lots that are down the road

Excellent hotel with comfy rooms and near activities

1st stay here for business. Hotel Restaurant was on point, enjoyed walking around the hotel, check out was a breeze. Overall, great stay.

Service,rooms, and fitness room is high quality.The only problem is that they advertised free breakfast, yet you had to pay for it and the pool is very small.

I didnt spend the night, instead met a friend in his room and visited. The room was well appointed, especially the chaise lounge in the corner, which bode well for visiting with my friend.

DONT BOOK through priceline as they state flexible cancellation on their website but when u try to cancel or make a change they do not honor it. They have someone on the phone trying to charge $178 for a cancellation, and keeps repeating the same garbage. They do not care what u have to say. I booked once because their website froze and didnt give me a confirmation, so i tried again and it booked it. Well i get charged twice and they refused to cancel one room. So now i have two rooms for a whole weekend and they refuse to refund their double charge.

Great place. However, the noise isolation is horrible. If you're a light sleeper, I wouldn't recommend this Hotel.

What an absolute fantastic hotel. I was there for a convention recently and the staff truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home. I had an absolutely fantastic time, loved the accommodations and hospitality provided, and enjoyed the food at the various restaurants. My ONLY complaint was that the self parking lot was a bit too small to handle all of us, and I had to park my car in the overflow about a half mile away and walk back at one point in the weekend, but during normal operation I m sure this won t be a problem. I would absolutely stay here again or recommend others visiting and wanting to explore downtown to stay here.

The room location means you hear the vast open bar area late into the night on the one side, and the commuter train honking hourly on the other side, all thru the night..

Awesome hotel. Rooms are modern, clean, and well stocked. I stayed for a 3 day conference and each day was amazing. Food and bev was great. Service was perfect. 2 blocks from the grassy knoll and jfk museum.

Tried to stay here but it was all booked. It's connected to the Reunion Tower so that's cool.

Staying here for a tradeshow at the convention center. It's about a 10 minute walk over. Not too bad but not as close as the Omni. Rooms are about as nice as any other Hyatt Regency. modern feel, fairly spacious, and clean. Wolf gang puck restaurant is located here.

Bathroom sink and tub did not drain well. Bathroom dirty. Garbage in hall left fir days. Hard to get car out if self park. Valet service friendly and hard working but still long wait for car, not the staffs fault. Front desk nice but other staff made us feel unwelcome

Good place for meetings. Although the wifi is NOT the most reliable in the conference rooms.

Awesome hotel! I came for a conference and really enjoyed it. I had a beautiful view of the city and the customer service was really good. I was really impressed that the front desk was willing to send feminine products to my room for free. However, I was disappointed that they had a pool without a hot tub. As a nice hotel, I expected them to have a hot tub, which they did not. Overall, it was a great experience and I recommend this hotel!

Stayed here for 3 days. Nice and very large hotel with good rooms fine and clean.
The location is perfect for seeing the JFK museum, 10 min walk. You can also walk down downtown Dallas.

This hotel is one of the most beautiful and cleanest hotels I have ever been in. All the staff was friendly, and the entrance to the reunion tower is very colorful and a huge plus to the hotel.

The hotel and staff is great. Rooms are clean and bed is comfortable. The hotel is relatively quiet considering you are in downtown Dallas. Usual city noise all night. Only real complaint is the valet. First, way to expensive. Second, extremely slow getting cars. I have waited upwards of an hour after calling 15 mins ahead of time. I have stayed at this hotel 3 times now. Each time I have had extreme difficulties with the valet. If it wasn't for valet, this is a great place to stay.

Wow, I absolutely loved this hotel. The view from the glass walled elevator is quite awesome. I enjoyed the bar thoroughly and my time at the hotel. Their room service menu could be more expansive. Can't wait to go back for another stay.

Rooms at The Hyatt Regency Dallas are clean, modern, well appointed, and suitable for a business travelers, but many will find noise from the adjacent train station bothersome or get annoyed at the kludgy parking arrangements. The hotel food options are unremarkable.

The staff is absolutely top notch, and during the four days I was there every single one of them was friendly and helpful. Had a wonderful stay and I recommend it to anyone.

We visited the hotel for happy hour at the bar in the Reunion Tower 560 Bar and Lounge, and visited the GoeDeck to see the sunset. The prices for appetizers are very reasonable during happy hour though the drinks are still on the steep side. The bartenders are fantastic and do mix a very good cocktail. One of the cooler features of the bar was the rotating floor that cycles 360 degrees each hour. Sitting by the window provides an excellent 360 view of downtown. The geodeck also has a cool new display that lets you learn a little about local landmarks and look around Dallas from a bird's eye view. Staying for sunset was beautiful and the whole experience is definitely worth doing at least once in your life.
