Even though I'm staying at this hotel, still have to pay for parking. $19.00/day for "hotel" parking a block away from hotel, uncovered is the least expensive. I believe the cheapest for "valet" is $29.00/day, just to get a covered parking spot. And the valet prices go higher, $39, $49,..(?) Had to wait 10 minutes for self serve just for a luggage cart to my room. An attendant said he would find one for me, but did not. I ended up finding one just inside the front door. At the time I found a cart [myself] to use there were five(!) attendants at their outdoor station doing nothing but chatting to each other.

Very nice hotel. I was disappointed with the service I received from the bell hops and valet attendants. Paying 30 dollars to park a car should be more immedaite. I don't want to be hearing things like "we are short staffed". Otherwise good experience

Room was modern, clean, and comfortable. Hotels with the large atrium lobby's always have some extra noise but on the 16th floor this wasn't too noticeable. Service was solid except for the VERY long check in/check out line as we were leaving. The pains of one conference ending and another starting were very obvious. Overall still a great stay.

Gorgeous hotel. Stayed here for a work trip and it was great. Easy access via uber to downtown. Plenty of food / bar options in the hotel. My flight ended up delayed and I was able to comfortably work in the hotel lobby for a few hours as they have charging stations and work areas on the main level outside of the restaurants. Rooms were clean and views were nice.

Overall, this is a great place to stay. It is a bit isolated from the rest of Downtown Dallas, but very convenient to Union Station. There are several dining/food options within the hotel. They are a bit overpriced, but do not reach the point of gouging. Pretty typical hotel pricing for above average food. The only downside is that it is located between a freeway and the train tracks. The windows must not be very thick. I was on the the 10th floor and the trains were still loud at times.

Stayed here because they had a Tesla Charger with Valet parking. I checked on the app and their chargers are very slow. I was only getting 21mph which 23mph less than i get at home. At home I charge at 44mph. You have to leave your car with the valet parker to charge. The valet who parked my Model 3 was very familar with how the keycard worked for the car. The hotel was nice with lots of dining options. We visited the sky tower and took photo of downtown dallas.

A couple of friends and I stayed in one of the suites for one night for a friends birthday. We had fun around town and then came back to the suite. The suite was very nice and spacious. It was very quite and had very nice amenities.

It's our first night staying at the Hyatt and I crawl into bed after a long day of travel when I notice the comforter is completely disgusting. I wouldn't have even noticed besides the fact that it was right by my face. Not to elaborate on too many details, but there was a "crunchy" spot along with several stains. Also, it took 30 minutes for the hotel staff to get up here and I had to change the comforter myself! We barely got an apology. Very frustrating for a 4 star hotel... I'm hoping the rest of our stay will be better.

The view of downtown Dallas from some of the rooms in this hotel are pretty amazing. However, the HDMI adapter to connect your laptop to the TV didn't work. Also, the bathroom had no fan. The full body mirror was aberrantly located *inside* the closet door (not very obvious, particularly if you have no need for the closet). Other typical annoying features prevalent in most hotels were also true of this one (e.g., no ceiling lights or standing lamps to light up the room decently at night; and a disgusting, mite harboring carpet for flooring). The alarm clock had a dock for old/outdated iPods, and NO aux input whatsoever (to connect newer iPods or your phone).

I visited for a convention. This hotel has gone so above and beyond for guest care and accommodating the convention-goers that they deserve nothing short of a 5-star! From the friendly staff, to the things they did of their own volition (the grab-and-go cafe was brilliant, guys!), to the care they took to maintaining rooms and answering requests in a timely fashion even when the hotel is full of a rowdy bunch. Massive props to everyone! Can't wait to see you all again at TFF 2020!

I stayed at the Hyatt Regency Dallas from August the 1st to the 5th. From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in very good hands. When I arrived, I was greeted with a wonderful and warm smile. I asked the young man if he can perhaps upgrade me to a higher floor, which he was happy to do. I was put on the 18th floor with a wonderful city view.

The room was very nice with everything you might need. The bed was very comfortable. The view from the room was so lovely that, I didn't want to get out of bed some days. There was one incident that occurred that I would like to share, I had lunch the second day I was there in the restaurant on the second floor. Lets just say, I had a unpleasant experience.

Subsequently, the next day, I received a call from the Hotel Manager, Anthony Sturge. He was sincerely apologetic. He took the time to listen to me (A lot of times when you have a complaint in a hotel, they can't wait to get rid of you). 15 minutes after our conversation, there was a knock at my door. I received a beautiful assortment of cheese, crackers with fruit and a bottle of water. Now, that is what I call Good Customer Service. My stay at the Hyatt was truly a pleasant stay all around. Being a Travel Agent, customer service is what it's all about. I would highly recommend this Hyatt Regency, because they know how to treat their customers.

We we're in town for a conference and o couldn't be happier with our stay! From themed food to a hotel mascot, the Hyatt really stepped up their game. Plus, we had the usual comfy bed and amenities I've come to expect with them.

Stayed here for a convention and loved this hotel. The bed was very comfortable, the room was full of usb outlets, and the gym is well stocked. Julie at the front desk is incredibly thoughtful and considerate with her above and beyond customer service. We'll definitely be back for a personal trip next time. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Best costomer service I've had in a hotel, the the cleanliness was great which was expected from this hotel but what I didn't expect was a very early check-in.
my room was a great room but found out that it was a little to far from the conference room where I would be spending a lot of time and I have a child to check up on in the room so I asked about a new room and they were very happy to help, not only did they give me a close room but UPGRADED my room to ACCOMMODATE ME at no extra cost.

Hyatt Regency Dallas went above and beyond thank you.

Facilities are beautiful, meeting rooms are lovely, room decor is nice... just don't plan on a good night sleep. My room was in a main hallway and the window faced the railroad tracks . The walls are also very thin. They know it's loud because there is a note about the vibrant city along with a pair of earplugs (tranquility amenity) and a link to download a white noise app.

Typical Hyatt experience for the most part. Someone apparently scheduled a wake-up call for my room and I had a guy walk in at 7.30 in the morning after knocking a few times. Unacceptable.

Best bring earplugs if your room faces the lobby and the train station. I guess they forgot soundproofing altogether. Lobby was loud until almost 1am and about 8 freight trains go by each night. In the morning you could hear the entire set up for breakfast. I'm on the 9th floor mind you. Called front desk to switch rooms and was told nothing could be done because the entire hotel was sold out. Very dissappointing.

Location is good. Nice service by them. Overall it's nice to stay here. They are charging for velvet parking. There is 24 hours gym and other entertainment facility. City view from window is awesome. Love this place.

Pretty great hotel and great convention space. My only complaint is that there are no options for affordable food whatsoever. Ended up spending about $50-60 per day on food and didnt get to do much else because of it. They told me oj was free and coffee was $5 but they ended up charging me $5 for each. $10 for coffee and oj just is just not reasonable. They have a snack bar too but everything is 3-5 times more expensive than you'd pay anywhere else. Typically end up just going hungry when i stay here because it's not worth it. Not going to say i dislike having nice food options but i just want something cheap and quick i can grab for lunch or a snack.
