Friend was there as an overnight visitor for an event nearby. I came to say hello. The building is beautiful. Parking was the only issue. Other than that, it's a great place with plenty of rooms and very nice and clean. Would definitely consider staying there in the future.

Nice hotel, decent rooms that were large sized. Walls between adjoining rooms were paper thin and could hear everything from neighbors. Didn't refill toiletries except twice in an 8 day stay and similarly cheap with in room bottled water.
Highly recommend this 5 Star Hotel, rooms enormous, decor absolutely impecable, awesome service, underground walkway from hotel to DART & Amtrak Rail. Reunion Tower connected to hotel. Upon arrival in the hotel room I seen a roach on the counter the vent was dirty and the ceiling was leaking water after that I was done I left.
Clean hotel, room shared a wall with the elevator shaft, so pretty noisy, but overall a nice place.
This place is crazy huge. My firm held a company wide retreat here and we basically had the run of the place. It's very nice. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful. Their catering group does an excellent job. My room was very nice too. The only downsides I could find: it's kind of tricky to get to and the train tracks were on my side of the building (and it's running quite frequently and is a bit noisy).
Amazing place to stay at staff was great and room service was amazing as well would definitely recommend for everyone to stay at when in Dallas
Clean and friendly. Breakfast was mediocre, and overpriced. Same for the attached Italian restaurant. Noisy train out front, and noisy construction out back. Would be a fair deal at $150 per night. I'd never go back at the $235 I paid.

Very nice hotel with a huge lobby, restaurants, and plenty of space for conventions, business meetings, events, etc. Rooms are well appointed and most have gorgeous views, but lose a star because maintenance could be better. While the room was very clean, the room had 2 burnt out light bulbs, the electric controls for the sun shade weren't working, and a previous guest had unplugged the TV which required moving the dresser to plug back in. Those things aside I was very happy with my stay and would recommend it to anyone who needs to spend a few nights in Dallas

Normally I love the Hyatt but there was some housekeeping issues that were disappointing. The hotel did offer to come and take care of it but we were hosting an event and could not take the time to get it cleaned. We were offered a credit with room service for the trouble.
I stay here often when I'm in town and have never been had a bad stay.
Extremely noisy. We paid to have our room upgraded to "city view" and they even threw in city noise to include the freight train, commuter train, and anybother trains runnimg on that line. We could hear the people beside and below us as well. If you want a good rest STAY AWAY.
I have to say, for this being a place by Wolfgang Puck I was very disappointed. The price was outrageous and the food was just not seasoned very well. I had the lamb and all I could taste was salt. For the price we paid I expected more than some meat on a bone that was served in a bowl full of juice that was seasoned with half a bottle of salt.

What a great experience! When I checked in, there was a problem with my reservation (not the hotel's fault) and the staff was so friendly and patient and accommodating. Jasmine was the girl that helped me out and she could not have been sweeter.
The hotel is gorgeous and the Italian restaurant in the hotel is extremely good and their wait staff was excellent as well.
I will definitely be returning for another stay!

I would never pay to stay here again. Guest can here everything in hallway and adjacent rooms. Overall cleanliness was not good. Staff was friendly and okay location.
Loved the hotel & the staff specially the reception crew and the customer service counter. My only comment would be on the room dine in experience, we've ordered the same order 2 different days however, the food taste deferred! The food we ordered the 1st time was better taste wise than the 2nd time! Overall good experience and I loved Dallas!
It was ok. The room was nice but nothing special. The bars/restaurant were WAY overpriced especially considering the service we received. The waitresses never came over to ask if we needed anything and the bottle of Bud Light was more expensive than the State Fair. Housekeeping as very nice and did a thorough job. The men that were working the Guest Services both days were rude and disrespectful. I wouldn't recommend it.

Friendly, clean, nice amenities, great location... All great until no one's key will open our door and it takes an hour and hammer for maintenance to get us back into our room.
We had a a convention of over 1500 individuals. The staff was incredibly accommodating, the meeting spaces were large and easily reconfigurable. The inside bar was also a very relaxing place to unwind after the day was over
I was here visiting for a vendor show. The hotel is laid out well and very clean with lots of in hotel amenities. Restaurants, a gift shop, and coffee shop make staying here convenient.

I didn't check in as a guest. I was visiting and toured the reunion tower. The customer service was very appreciative as employees reassured we didn't need any assistance. Sweet people, very friendly!
We stayed at this hotel for a week to watch some Dallas Mavericks basketball games. The hotel is located right on the highway, we had a room with a view of the city, as you heard only every few hours the train, which runs directly in front of the hotel. The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean.

Very nice hotel. The staff is super friendly, the amenities we had access to were very nice. We only live 20 minutes away so we weren't overnight guests so I can't speak to the room accommodations, but it seems like a very nice hotel.
Toured the facility for a future event. The staff were very helpful in showing us the space we had, answering any questions along the way.

What a great place! This is our third stay and every time they've been bend over backwards accommodating; just make sure you ask for the city view.

Attended a two day security conference at the hyatt regency. It is a very nice hotel with plenty of meeting spaces. There are several gift shops and places to get meals. The staff was great. My one complaint is that the meeting room we were setup in was very noisy. There was a rattling coming from the overhead AC ducts.
Great food and service. Glad to brunch in Oak Cliff, without having to travel, to the other side of town.
