Stunning! Very busy but never over- whelming. Gorgeous interior. Rooms are delightful, comfortable, clean and cozy. The kind bustling of the staff is extraordinary. They are busy, but happily stop to help. Fantastic place!

We paid 500$ for two nights plus parking Dont stay here unless your high class and wanna pay 32$ a night for valet or 20$ a night for self parking which there isnt unless you drive two blocks away! Honestly nice room but way overrated

The room is very clean and modern, with amazing views of the skyline. Kennedy memorial, a few museum's are walking distance from hotel. There are lots of historical buildings with awesome architecture within a cheap uber drive as well.

The rooms and hotel are magnificent. The service provided by the staff is excellent, they really try to deliver the best service possible. I really enjoyed my stay so far.

There is no better hotel in Dallas for business (or any other) travel. I have stayed here on a weekly basis for months now, and I can confidently say that I have never experienced such a consistently kind and helpful staff. The front desk will always greet you with a smile and any other member of the staff will go out of their way to make sure you are enjoying your stay. I recommend the Hyatt Regency Dallas to my friends and coworkers anytime I get the chance!

the rooms are exactly what you find in a motel six, but for 5 times the money. the furniture looks like it came right out of an ikea catalog, and very uncomfortable. Then there are the trains, it is right next to union station, and they blow horns and rattle all night. Arriving today, the tv does not work. an "engineer" will be looking at it "shortly". "shortly passed hours ago. save a few dollars and a lot of disappointment, stay somewhere else.
there was new carpet on the 9th floor. 1 plus. the room is exactly clean or crisp, big negative.

The elevator ride is awesome! I'm talking about the one within the hotel that's free. Do that just for fun if you have kids, or you like that kind if thing. It's almost better than the ride up to Reunion Tower because you can do it as many times as you want and get off anywhere to look out (not at the view of the city of course, but the hotel lobby is fun to view from 23 floors up too). The rooms are nice, there are several on-site restaurant options, and the valet parking is reasonably priced. I did not like that bottled water is priced in the rooms. I also think it would be nice for the Hyatt to offer some kind of discount for Reunion Tower since you're already there if you are staying.

The hotel is beautiful. The location is nice. The pool is probably the worst hotel pool we've ever been to. Super small, hardly any shade, and surrounded by very hot metal.

Rooms view of city was awesome, beds were not very comfortable.

Had a fantastic stay. Rooms were super clean, breakfast was great. You can either order off the menu or have buffet, but the buffet has enough variety... Service at the restaurant was also very good, concierge and valet was fast and friendly. Will visit again...

This is a to-notch hotel. The staff are stellar and fast. They anticipate your every need. My room was clean and comfortable except for how thin the walls are.

Very clean hotel rooms. We've stayed twice in summer. Pool is tiny for such a big hotel. The breakfast buffet is worth the price. Service was wonderful.

I am finding Hyatt Regency to be an up and coming brand. Definitely competitive with premium offerings from the big four hospitality companies.

First time staying at Hyatt in Dallas. I am very disappointed and disgusted by the room 916 and horrible services. Check in the room and I saw someone left a soda cup in the room. I went downstairs and ask if someone can come and clean the room. Coming back from dinner at 10 pm and the nasty cup still in the room. I have to wear glove and clean myself because I don't know if any Coronavirus. I have to use my own disinfecting to spray the whole room. This is unacceptable for the service at this pandemic especially Dallas area where the virus increased.

Great experience! I was a little nervous riding the elevator to the top lol. But I was so worth it. Food was good, service was great! Will definitely be back!

The Dallas Hyatt is such a great hotel. Check in is always quick, valet is prompt to take and retrieve your vehicle. The rooms a great. Comfy bed, soft sheets, nice pillows. It's not extremely closeto be considered walking distance to the downtown area, but, it's not too far away. There is a railyard/ transit train right next to the hotel, so, there is a chance you might hear it, even in your room. Great hotel overall.

Hotel and staff was excellent. Was uneasy about the various groups of people hanging out at the entry throughout the day. There seemed to be a large police presence there as well. Suggest the hotel do something to discourage people hanging around.

Not what we was expecting!!! Finding parking was a nightmare so had to valet! We had no idea this hotel was hosting a bunch of people that was evacuated from Louisiana due to the storm they had there. So there was people everywhere it made us feel unsafe and around midnight someone pulled the fire alarm which woke us us up and had is walk down 14 flights of stairs. Luckily it was a false alarm but that just added to the Mayhem of dealing with a whole lot of people that didnt seem like they even didn't wanted to be there anyways.
We tried talking to the front desk and even called the customer service line and everybody we talked to was very dismissive at what we was saying. We do not feel valued as a paying customers and we will not be back for sure. Which is a shame...

There was a peanut vendor in the hallway off of the lobby. The peanuts must have had some sort of cinnamon dusting on them, to which I am very allergic. Can not believe with peanut allergies being as problematic as they are that the hotel would have this vendor without any food allergy warnings visible.

Didn't visit the regency there was a motorcycle test drive held by Can Am in the parking lot.

Snack shop prices are outrageous. $3.25 for a bottle of water. There are no stores around so the hotel makes sure to stick it to you on food prices.

If you want to get Treated like royalty then you stay at this hotel.

Wonderful spacious hotel, always have awesome events, the staff were super nice, the valet tho kinda expensive is super worth it beats the hassle if trying to find a parking spot, bellhops were super nice, helped us get everything loaded and down to the valet area.

Will be back next year for TFF2020!!!

The rooms are nice, big and clean. The staff is really helpful and nice.You have easy access to reunion tower and the union Station.You get discounts reunion tower geo deck.
But the food is very expensive. There are not many vegetarian foods. The Starbucks food in the lobby is not too. The place that you the fireworks for new year is not only for hyatt residents it's for everyone

It was a great experience because the staff did not hesitate to meet your request and ensurethat you are comfortable! The ambiance of the hotel was fabulous! They had a great psuedo sports bar/after hours place on the 2nd floor which allowed great networking, conversations large and intimate. The cost was also very reasonable.

Popped into the Hyatt after viewing the observation deck at the Reunion Tower to have drinks at the bar and it was great. Service was nice, bar food was delicious (specifically the brisket nachos) and the drinks were good. Would definitely go again

Friendly staff and were very helpful when answering questions. I was there for an interview with one of the attendees of a conference. Lobby was spacious and the restaurant was delicious.

Great staff, solid drinks... nice views. Didn't get to go up in the tower.

The room had no place to hang a dress, only shorter clothes in the closet and not a single hook tall enough either. There's no breakfast except at the high dollar restaurant. This hotel is not what I expected from Hyatt Corporation. I was very disappointed for the price, I expect luxury, not Best Western plus standards.

It was clean and nice place. Parking was a nightmare and Service desk was not very helpful. I requested a new fridge put it because my daughters medication needed to be kept cool. The maintenance guy came to the room and blew it off saying it would eventually cool down. It never did. I reported it to front desk again at time of check out but then didnt seem to care either. Nice view though.

Another terrible night sleep. Extremely loud hotel with cheers and shouts echoing from the bar in the center of the building. Unfortunately majority of rooms also face the center of the building and overlook the bar. Issue raised to Front Desk, but absolutely no assistance given. Thank goodness the bar closed around 2 AM and the volume decreased allowing me to finally get some shuteye. Can't imagine that I am the only one complaining given the incredibly loud volume. Maybe I am the only one without earplugs. Frustrating to say the least!

The rooms are nice but the pool was very small and the price paid for the buffet there was not much for selection.

Terrible. Was woken up constantly during the middle of the night by all the trains. The room was right be the stairwell and was woken up multiple times by the stairwell door. Would never stay there if it wasn't for the local wedding.
