Location was good, only a few minutes walk to major public transportation station. Overnight parking very expensive. Fitness center was mediocre: few free weights, mostly machines. Staff was very good, excellent customer service.

Very very very helpful. We are a bunch of loud theater kids and I feel very bad for the staff but they have been very helpful. A few of them had sour looks on their faces but overall, really good service. The rooms are so nice and great environment to be in.

My room was wonderful. It overlooked the skyline. The curtains were on an automatic switch (no pushing/pulling strings). The temperature was just right. The bathroom had all of the necessary essentials. The room had a coffee pot, coffee, tea, ad water. There was also a refrigerator. The location was great fo riding the Dart.

When I stayed on the 7th floor, the train on the track was noisy, and on a rainy day the sound of a car running on a wet road was noisy early in the morning, but the room was spacious and comfortable enough. After that, the flow of sewage was too bad when taking a shower.

Clean, impressive lobby, great views of the city if you stay on a higher floor. Comfortable beds and pillows. The gym is ok and it's not easily accessed, it's a hike just to find it. Pool is very small.

My wife and I stay every year for our anniversary, (we were also married at the attached Reunion Tower) and the staff always makes sure it is special! From making sure we're in the same suite as our wedding night to sending us chocolate-covered strawberries, each year is a treat. The furniture (bed, couch, and chairs) is wonderfully comfortable, and the curtains black out the bright city when it is finally time to sleep.

The premier iconic downtown Dallas hotel! First class all the way. The staff goes beyond the call of duty, to make sure you enjoy your stay. Every scene you see of Dallas features the Reunion Tower and this hotel, and that's all you need to know about this place. When you think Dallas, you will want to stay here period!

Very nice hotel, big rooms, we did wanted to change the room in last day for a king size bed but they would have charged us 240 dollars extra, so we refused, but it's ok, I wish they have more restaurants inside ...more options would have been better...overall great experience

We loved staying overnight for our honeymoon, but unfortunately we were not able to get any sleep. We stayed in room 2464 & we were kept up all night due to being able to hear the elevator all night & unfortunately the train as well. Besides not being able to sleep, the hotel is gorgeous, plenty of food choices, staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the beautiful scenery from our room

The location and room was great, but be aware you will have to pay for self parking. Additionally room service does not know what half and half on a pizza means it was rather off-putting.

The staff has been excellent, the room is excellent, the only real annoyance is the train that rolls by in the middle of the night which makes it difficult to sleep. I would have liked this to have been advertised it mentioned by staff all I could have switched sides of the hotel.

Visited here for SQF conference. Good facility. It is a behind the train station and without a car, kind of inconvenient to access. There is underground turned below the train station, but Hotelside door opens at 10.

I have to say this place was pretty amazing. Service was fast, the rooms were luxury and clean. I have a few complaints but they should by no means detract from how nice this hotel is.

Vending and ice machines are few and far from a majority of the rooms.

Tech in the room is still stuck in the past. TV is a junk LCD with connection for game system and or blu-ray that don't really work well.

Ionic, top hotel. Great management and service. Bend over backwards for special events.

Unfortunately substantial connectivity issues... Wi-Fi is available in the rooms but not in lower level without some type of conference pass. Mobile connectivity almost non-existent or brutally slow. So severe, dropping 2 star over this. Otherwise it would be a 5 star rating.

Although a bit older, this Hyatt is well maintained and the rooms have been updated with modern touches and great work areas. The restaurants are ok but not where I would hold a business dinner. It would work well for families as there are some things to do in the hotel and it is a quick pickup to lots of venues in Dallas. I highly recommend.

Went to a conference at the hotel. The hotel is very nice and conference center is great. The food has been hit or miss. The pizza is pretty gross and there are very few vegitarian options.

The room was ready when we got there at 3:30pm, nice view of downtown as the room description stated. Everything was very clean, bed was comfortable and room was spacious. The staff were very nice and responsive. Would stay here again.
