This is a beautiful hotel with poor service and expensive food & parking. Self park is $20 per day; Valet is $30 per day. Breakfast buffet was good, but $22 per person. Our breakfast for two was $50. Dinner buffet was not as expensive ($17) but the one meat choice (fried chicken) was not good. The other restaurant (Parrinos Oven) took an hour to seat us our 1st night, 20 more minutes to take our order. Granted we were a group of 11, but I still think it took a very long time. 2 of our party order the nightly special offered & was told it wasn't an adult portion; it was a girls portion. For $17.00 it should be an adult meal. Or service was so poor our group leader complained to the hotel. They offered us ( group of 11) as an I'm sorry 2 desserts to share. We were not out to get anything comped, we just wanted to feed the tired hungry group. Since our convention lasted till 2:30 on Sunday we asked for a late checkout. No can do; in fact housekeeping asked us during the 9:00 hour, 10:00 hour , & 11:00 hour if we were done with our room. The same housekeeping staff that did not service our room until after dark, the day before. There is more but those are the highlights. I travel regularly for business, but I'd never recommend this particular Hyatt.

Excellent location ...I like the way is conected to the train station ...is a beautiful place to stay in and see the city from the tower or from the window room...whish the Amtrak could offer discounts for staying in.

Beautiful hotel in downtown Dallas at Reunion Towers. The staff is amazing and they greet you with a smile. The check-in process is fast. The rooms are immaculate and the hotel is well-maintained. Hotel is close to lots of activities in downtown Dallas. Julie and the front desk staff are so sweet. Farrah is awesome. Kequanda is so amazing.

Very nice, clean, welcoming, comfortable, and open space in the lobby. Pretty multi-story atrium with a glass elevator to enjoy the view. Excellent views from higher floor rooms. Comfortable beds, modern decor, and minimalist vibe. Super friendly staff.

I would not recommend this hotel ti any when we arrived staff where rude 840 hurricane people where placed there .people where in the parking lots throwing trash on the grounds .ww looked everywhere for a good hotel to stay no rooms service was provided paid for parking .$19 a night only to step in trash and have my vehicle scratched up because of all the extra people we where not giving a heads up so we could have chosen another hotel just overall bad experience.

Any time you have thousands of people checking into a hotel, things happen. This is on top of every day Murphys' law coming into play. It is always about how they respond and what it takes to get things done. I had issues with being double authorized, with dead door locks and restaurant issues...

So how did it end up 5/5... It's the absolutely gracious and caring way they responded. They didn't just fix the issue but went above and beyond to ensure that an issue was "fixed" but that I felt it was "resolved". With that said, housekeeping was amazing, the room was immaculate.

I just got back from a trip to Dallas and stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The hotel is nice, clean, modern, and a great location. Our view of the downtown area was beautiful. However, we were very displeased with the noise at this hotel, particularly the noise that came from the train station. The trains made noise all hours of the night making it very difficult to get a good nights sleep. Sometimes the noise was so loud that the window of our room would shake. I wish that I had known this about the hotel prior to booking.

The staff was very friendly and it is very clean and sleek....

However, every time I called for my car at the valet it took 30 minutes or more with numerous people checking my ticket then wandering off as though they weren't certain where my car was. Also, considering what I paid to stay at this hotel you would think I wouldn't have been awakened every few hours by trains blowing their horns. When you add in beds that felt rather like cloth covered cobble stones you can be assured I won't return.

My room was super comfortable and nice. Two beds, a seat for one to put your legs up by the window, curtains that can be controlled with buttons, etc. Housekeeping kept my room nice and neat while I was there. I forgot to bring a couple of items and I found that they have a huge list of things you can have brought to your room for you to keep (cotton balls, nail polish remover wipes, mouthwash, toothbrush and toothpaste, extra shampoo, conditioner, and more) and a list of things you can borrow and return (robe, slippers, yoga mat, and others). I thought it was really nice and they brought the items I requested to my room quickly.
The lobby area and conference room areas were also very nice! They were pretty cold in the downstairs area though and I shivered even with a light sweater over my dress.
Overall very nice and I would stay there again!

It is a Beautiful hotel and the staff is friendly. My only gripe, it took 3 hour for one of my workers to get a replacement inflatable beds when hers sprung a leak at 2am. But, the hotal made it up by giving her a comp room. Thank you Hyatt!

While the rooms are good and the staff is nice and accommodating, they tried to overcharge me for the room by almost double what it was supposed to cost. If you come here, make sure you preregister on their website and keep the email handy just in case. Happened to both me, and another friend who was in another room. When proof was given, they gave us the correct rates. Still going to watch my bank account just in case. Bit sketchy, so beware!

The hotel is nice and the restaurants are great. The walls in the rooms are thin enough to have conversations with the occupants of the adjacent rooms without a hassle. The bed was comfortable but the pillows are a year or two past due for replacement.

The room was nice and in good condition, my only problem was that the bath plug didn't work too well. Room service was quick and the employees were very helpful with giving directions and answering questions.

I stayed in the presidential suite room 2711 and it was gorgeous. The bi-level suite included a downstairs entry with attached half bath, huge living room with beautiful city view through one wall of floor to ceiling glass panels and 5.1 Bose surround . A kitchenette fully stocked with Starbucks Verismo machine and several roasts of pods. There was an iMac on the desk with your own personal laser printer to use. Upstairs was the Bedroom complete with spectacular city views and a king size bed , TV , and small lounge furniture. The bathroom had two sinks and the toilet was separated surrounded by floor to ceiling frosted glass walls. The shower was very unique with crystal clear floor to ceiling glass , four shower heads spanning from head to toe, a large window within overlooking the beautiful city and a jacuzzi tub fit for two all within the shower enclosure. It was absolutely stunning from top to bottom. Check in was a breeze though due to a convention the hotel was overcrowded by business men, though that is no fault to the hotel.

Stayed for only one night but experience was great except for a few details. While hotel wa clean, one of the bottom drawers was broken and did not close (almost tripped on it at night). Lobby echoes up toward the room so if you re a light sleeper which I m not I can see you having issues. Self park is great no complaints there. Staff at front desk was very friendly and efficient. Would stay again. Oh and one last thing. Book a room with city view!!! ITS BEAUTIFUL!

The room was good. The bed was hard and direct over the street, but otherwise fine. The staff was great. Ate at the Italian restaurant. Not impressed. Ordered pizza that had egg topped on it. The egg was still raw. Sent the pizza back and received an omelet on the pizza on my original plate with raw egg still on the plate. My husband ordered a sausage meal. The sausage was incredibly dry. The staff was friendly but obviously still learning a new menu.

Oh my what can I say, we opted for a premium room with views of Downtown Dallas and it didn't disappoint..Breakfast was awesome too. If i had one teeny tiny suggestion its, that the pancakes and french toast should have been included in the buffet price, considering we paid almost 30 bucks each!

Nice hotel. It is large, so be aware of that when booking. I did leave the hotel after staying for 3 nights with an upper respiratory infection. Can t say that this is their fault however I did feel the room wasn t cleaned well when I arrive. Found broken jewelry on the bathroom floor and trash next to the bed on the floor. Which I know suspect means in no way shape or form was the room sanitized. Frustrating when you have a small baby at home and also have a business to run and now miss a week of both of these!

For a place this big it s surprising how small the pool is, would have thought they would have a couple especially for the upper floors. The terrace was nice, but there was nothing there some seating would be nice there. Lol no microwave in the kitchenette. Staff is the rudest I ve ever seen. Overall pretty pricey especially when the amenities completely suck

If anybody is trying to find good deals for hotels visit HotelBuIIy. com booked a hotel on there and they had the best rates anywhere!

Attended event held here, stayed three nights. Conference rooms large, audio equipment for panels worked without issues. Housekeeping inconspicuous but thorough. Restaurant and bar handy for those who need that kind of thing. I enjoyed my stay.

Well we'll I'm kinda disappointed by the new standards they are at. Checking in was smooth no problems the rooms are extra clean. But I notice they went from Fiji waters to aquafina major downgrade. Also the room service menu is now on the tv which lacks the simplicity of ording drinks also the 6 dollar fee to bring up food from the store on bottom is kinda high.. It's not what it used to be.

Went for New Years eve. They did not have event planned out well valet was full. Had to park 5 blocks away. They do have check out through tv which was nice beds were cheap. Pillows were cheap. Could not sleep because i am used to sleeping in luxury bed with luxury pillows and linens. Elevatoe useless 15 to 20 min wait. Took service elevators located near stair well. Choose the Westin. Its so much better.

This is a typical Hyatt Hotel right in downtown Dallas. Nice rooms and good service. The location near freeways and trains can make this hotel too noisy for some, but this didn't bother me.

Rooms weren't ready at check in. They were finally ready at 5:30 p.m. Then they tried to charge us twice for the rooms. It got fixed, but I had to spend a lot of time at the front desk. They offered an apology, but little else.
