Honda of Pasadena is top notch. They have implemented all socially required safety measurements and are enforcing them, which protects everyone and keeps operations open. That is exactly what a business should be doing. As for their service, it was definitely more than 5 star worthy. I called to get an appointment for an emissions sensor, they said my service would take approximately 3 hours and gave me an appointment for the following day. I arrived at the service entrance and there were signs everywhere telling you exactly what to do. My appointment was at 1pm, I was greeted at 12:50 and exactly at 1pm my service rep came to my care introduced herself and walked me to her desk. She confirmed the time my car would be in the shop which was still 3 hours and said she would call me when my car was ready. I left and got a call just shy of 3 hours later informing me that my car was ready. When I arrived to pick up my care my service tech remember me and my name I didn t have to remind her of anything. She walked me to my car and physical sanitized the car in front of my eyes. We had a great chat and I was on my way. Honestly I ve never experienced such efficiency and professionalism. I felt like I was a VIP. I hope everyone else has the opportunity to receive this level of service. Time is so valuable and they definitely respected every minute of my time.
