I had a great experience at Honda of Pasadena. I was having a mechanical issue with my car, which took some time to figure out. I worked with Henry who was professional, informative, and patient. He was able to help me resolve the issue under warranty and did what he said he would do. Extremely responsive and took the time to check in and make sure everything was operating safely.
