Good location for JFK and free shuttle, clean room, very comfy bed, great selection of TV channels. Avoid onsite restaurant, breakfast was just not good and expensive. The waffle that I ordered taste like a mixture of Bisquick and cement mix. Awful.

Practical as a location and the Airport shuttle but very expensive for what the room rate compared to the similar category hotels in the area make sure you book bed only no breakfast I was not satisfied
Hospitality and excellent service. Value for money a bit expensive. But we are in New York and near the airport. A free shuttle service takes you from the hotel to the airport. And vice versa. Recommended if after a long flight, you no longer want to take another 1 hour taxi ride to Manhattan or 1h30 public transport. Sympathetically Olivier de schrijver belgium
I had a great stay here. The room was nice and clean, the food was really good, and the people were very hospitable. Dharman Singh, who worked at the front desk, was very helpful and hospitable and was a great help. I had an excellent time.
Great , great restaurant/lounge...., Hotel itself is what you expect from s Holiday Inn...., but they have one terrific lounge ...., Some days karaoke and that's a blast....., but on any night great food and staff make the stay a memorable one.
When we first came it was nice but then we noticed stains on the pillow we asked for more we got more an there were stains on that too!we also saw blood stains and poop stains on the cover! Once again we asked for more and they gave us more! But it was stained again!the cable is horrible it keeps glitching it says searching... there s a storm but it s very sunny and nice not once did it storm or rain! We had to complain about 5 times about the sheets to get clean ones!
The hotel was actually very nice and the restaurant was very good food. The staff were curtious and overall the experience was great. The shuttle to the hotel was extremely convenient too. Only negative was that they charge for a fridge to use.
Very friendly desk service and clean rooms. My group only stayed for one night and didn't spend much time at the hotel but there were the typical amenities for a budget room. Good place for a weary traveler to crash for a night or two, and the shuttle makes a very convenient connection to the airport.
Very comfortable room but the best part was the van drivers. When we told them we were evacuating Puerto Rico they would not accept a tip for handling our luggage
Very nice rooms, very nice staff. Some sort of free breakfast would be nice. Wi-Fi isn't that fast. No pool. Very convenient location to the airport, but I wouldn't go walking around at night. Very busy street adjacent.
We had a 3 night stay here and from quality of rooms to breakfast - everything was top level. The staff was very cooperative and welcoming. They catered for all our needs. Thanks guys and keep it up!
It was okay. Staff was very nice. It is far from going out to eat else where. Only exception was found a hair in my burger. Staff was very kind and took charge off bill and offer to cook something again.
I came here seeking assistance because while I was at the airport the uber drivers wouldn't accept my ride. The staff here was so polite. The place was emasculate. And the kindly ordered me a car service
The front desk staff did not explain entry system, not a tap and enter, but a slide in and wait for green light, my access card had to be redone 3 times, was frustrating, never the less, the room was okay, neat a little on the small side, but overall average
Great front desk hotel staff. However, the in-house restaurant is terrible. Most of the time won't have the steak or steak sauce. Will charge you extra if you substitute fries with onion rings, even though they are the same price. Also the restaurant staff is not very friendly over the phone. Decent enough place if you don't visit the restaurant. If you don't order from the restaurant, it's 4/5 stars.
New place and I liked it. Normal prices considering it's NY. If your flight is cancelled then this is the place to stay. Nice, clean, new and very close to the airport.
The staff is terrible. I would not recommend this hotel. Very small. We made a reservation and asked for an early check in. When we arrived, the manager told us that a room would available in a short period of time. I went to sit in the extremely tiny lobby. I noticed that the woman at the front desk gave a room to a woman who came in without a reservation. When I questioned her, the manager became extremely rude with me, and went on to say that the other woman was there first. Not good customer service, especially since I am a platinum holder with Holiday Inn. The rooms are extremely small. There is a small bar/restaurant in the hotel. There are computers in the tiny hallway on the second floor. The parking lot is extremely small. The parking spots are small.
The stuff is very nice, friendly and professional, rooms are clean, but the beds aren't that confy and I stayed at the first floor which was so noisy as you can hear the street and the rooms doors opening and closing.
Friendly and accommodating shuttle drivers and staff. Didn't get my status perks at check in or in my room so that's the only deduction. Didn't try the restaurant but the lounge behind the front desk is a very nice addition
Great hotel, a little noisy if you are not used to plane noise but it is in a really good location for the airport. Stayed here for the flight in the morning, friendly staff and a nice clean comfortable room.
Ms.Tamika was my first point of contact. She checked me in and was so friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She provided information about the area and and checked on me after I gained access to my room. The hotel lobby, elevators, hallways, and room were all clean had a pleasant fresh scent. The bed was comfortable, entire room enjoyable. Less than 20mins from the airport. Ample and free parking available. I was driving; but there is an hourly shuttle available. Tons of stores and restaurants in the area. I'd stay here again if in the area.
Very good place for one night stay near JFK. The room is clean and comfortable. Staffs are friendly. Food in the restaurant is good. There are shuttles to JFK every 30 minutes.
Check-in was weird, awkward and extremely uncomfortable. A woman named Zoey talked to me and my mother in law as if we were five years old. It really felt like she was intentionally trying to beat us up with her words. We had very little opportunity to talk and with the 2 questions we asked, we were responded to with such a condescending tone and as if we were juviniles in a detention facility. I totally understand it's a 3 star hotel and not much should be expected but I don't understand why she was going through such lengths to make us feel so low. We were truely left speechless...I know we will never go there again, which I'm sure they would not mind because our presence seemed to upset them.
Really its ok there besides the no parking and loud guest sometimes they have issues with housekeeping and but the mcdonald s and toco bell and deil near by its ok they need to make some changes with washing their sheets and towels and house keeping gotta be up to par but the price is not bad half of the time
Great service!! Practical and clean room! The best attention from Noath (reception in the evening) attentive and with an excellent disposition to help !!
Shuttle driver Ivan super friendly and helpful. The people working there with a very high level of service
This place sucks. I'm a trucker and I stay here when I have a layover. They call the cops to come give me tickets when I'm sleeping in the middle of the night. It's also a homeless shelter. You can often see the homeless people coming in and out of the side of the hotel because they have a separate entrance. They congregate on the side smoking cigarettes and arguing. I'm pretty sure one of them put antifreeze in my gas tank.
We only stayed one night awaiting for our flight the next day but, it was nice, close to the airport and convenient. I thought prices were a bit high though.
I don't normally review but in this case I felt compelled to do so. Yes the hotel is beautiful as are all Four Seasons Properties. The aesthetics of the lobby, rooms and pool area where lovely but this is expected at a Luxury Hotel. The exceptional aspect of this hotel is the service and the people that deliver that service. Never have I been to a hotel where the staff were so generally happy to assist you and make your stay as comfortable as possible. The intuitive nature of their help was amazing, their ability to identify needs even before I asked was something that goes beyond other luxury hotels. The bellhop to the chambermaid knowing our name and greeting us in the hall with a smile was all the more impressive when I found out that the hotel was sold out. I was under the impression we were the only guests in the hotel.
