Great location, clean spacious rooms with many amenities.
Great location, clean spacious rooms with many amenities.
Really good place to stay for a relatively reasonable price near Times Square.
Excellent location, small rooms and very slow elevator. At the time of the free breakfast the dining room is very busy. Recommended in general.
it is very bad, not clean and smells of smoking weed
They lie about the car park because it is located about a mile away and takes $ 45 a night.
Very bad housekeeping service
It s an old building. Nice people. Convenient Carpeting in room was really dirty, spots stains. Didn t want to take off shoes
Good size rooms. Great location.
Easy access for me to get to Garment District for work. Good size rooms with kitchen which is perfect for leftovers!
Just too simple. It could be cleaner. Elevator should be faster. Laundry service is awful.
Very close to Broadway. Clean rooms and helpful staff. They did elevator maintenance midday which was annoying. Overall very good
Great breakfasts, free days for free. In the room for 4 people there is one small wardrobe without shelves and 3 drawers in the table. There is one hitch for hanging all the beds. room for 4th people, but it also has a kitchenette
Jeez it s 2020 guys! How much does it cost you to place a microwave or two in your breakfast hall? Not everyone wants to have the food cold. I had to take carry the food to my room to microwave it, which was a major inconvenience. Being in Times Square, you need to keep international travelers in mind, Duh! Wait there s more. No remote control for the air conditioner? Really? Never faced this in any other hotel so far. Also, not enough elevators for the building size.
Nice hotel for the location it has that is excellent, if you arrive at the JFK you take the Air train and then a Metro and you get off at the corner of the hotel, that's very good and in front of the hotel you have a bus station, you also have several shops that you can walk without problem, at least the room that stops me with the kitchen equipped with kitchen and crockery is very good, the mattress is quite comfortable and the shower goes very well, the TV is large but you do not have HD and the signal it is marked too.
The breakfast that is included is very complete and the place for breakfast is very wide because if it is complete the place enable the front bar so you always have place, the attention of the people is very good and they are very helpful, at all times They are willing if you need something, EMPLOYEE SERVICE VERY REMARKABLE, the bad is the internet signal in the room, at least on the 27th floor, the reception works well.
Great place friendly staff good breakfast to start off your day in NYC.
Very good hotel, modern, comfortable and well located
Ideal...
Excellent service, very good breakfast, really like the social hour with food and drinks in the evening. So close to time square. Has a laundry room to use for free.
The cleaning staff was amazing, the front desk and consierge we're so helpful and nice.
Enjoyed my stay at Staybridge Suites, Times Square. The staff was very helpful, so you earned five stars.
Very good hotel, good service, good location, good services, very friendly staff
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It isn t too far from Times Square. I believe they have events every night which include snacks. My room wasn t too small.
Very few elevators for the number of guests. Breakfast is very poor. The attention does not stand out
Ok hotel in great location, breakfast chaotic, noise fridge in room. Would stay else where next time I'm in NYC
Staff was very polite and extremely helpful! I love the fact that you always get a great breakfast.
Great stay, comfortable beds and great location! Valet is a tad expensive. Friendly and helpful staff! highly recommend!
place very nice staff listening to room comfortable and clean only small downside reversible noisy air conditioning but found in all the hotel in the united state
Not much of a view unless you like starting into other buildings. The room was nice, the shower was weird to say the least. It doesn't come with a tub they basically just put a curtain up and a drain into the floor in the bathroom. They have nice offerings at the hotel. Special nights with free food and wine and beer. It was okay.
Good central location. Enjoyed the free breakfast and social hours. That saved a lot of money on food and drinks. Did not like the tiny shower. Shower head was very high up. No way to shower without getting your hair wet.
Great room, bad replacement of room supplies (towels, soap, dishwashing detergent)
Elevators are slow. Passage is stinky and service is not good at all.
Staff was fantastic! Location is perfect! Room/Beds very nice. View of city OK...Self Parking reasonable...
Wow, this place was the cat's meow. I love the rooms. They were comfortable and very very updated and luxurious. The concierge and the front desk were amazing. They stored our luggage while we waited to check in and promptly phoned me when we were able to get our rooms. I like that I didn't have to keep checking back. I like that they had the Little Pantry available for my late night snacks . Only two blocks from Times Square. Kudos Staybridge!
I made a reservation in August, unfortunately an unforeseen event happened and I couldn't stay at the hotel. I asked for my refund and since then I've talked to more than 5 people, all tell me that I will be refunded and to this day nothing. I am feeling extremely disrespected as a customer. I will never recommend this hotel.
The hotel is not terribly expensive. The location is excellent. The staff at reception is kind.but at least my room is not clean and not properly cleaned.I have been here 10 days. The room is dirty
Rooms are nice and staff is friendly. The complimentary breakfast is pretty good. The elevators have a super long wait time, so make sure to either leave 10-20 minutes early or take the stairs.
Free wifi and breakfast, close to Times Square, next to metro and bus terminal. Kitchen is in room. Laundary machine at basrment. Visited twice and will visit again.
Good hotel in a great location. If you a tourist and need a place to crash and go about your daily trips. Then this is the place for you. Staff were courteous!
Fantastic hotel, very central, very good rooms, fabulous very attentive staff, at reception a 10, especially a reception employee named Alex, very professional and attentive every day we saw him, worthy of repeating, good breakfasts and rooms with kitchen
Highly advisable hotel. Monday to Thursday Free coffee, refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, dishwasher in the room. Inexpensive receipt of Amazon packages. Prime location. Patience with elevator times only. Barbarian!
Nice hotel for a fair price. Good location. Elevators and breakfast may need some extra attention.
Our dishwasher didn't work.
The service was great. They set everything up nicely, they cleaned everything nicely, the food for breakfast and dinner was great. Room service woke me up while I was sleeping in late though, but it doesn't deserve a star less because of that.
Requested an extra blanket. Waited for more than an hour. Then the front desk still told me he's not sure when it will arrive. I should just sleep and ingore it...
Room was nice and very affordable. Breakfast was great.
Great location just blocks from Times Square, and reasonably priced for Midtown. Close to Penn Station, across the street from the Port Authority Bus Terminal, and just a block from the entrance and exit to Lincoln Tunnel. Rooms are small, but have full kitchen with fridge, stove and microwave.
The comp morning breakfast is very good, and the evening receptions with food, beer and wine are great! With those, we only had to buy one meal for the 3 days were were there.
We have stayed here at least 3 times or more over the past couple of years. Only negatives is do be alert when walking to/from hotel at night along 40th Street heading to/from 8th Ave. as you have a low-end liquor store that sometimes attracts homeless. We just walk by and they have never bothered us. The elevators are SLOW especially at check-out time, so be prepared to wait. Also, housekeeping left our room door open all day, so when we returned it was ajar. We reported it, and the hotel did send up a bottle of wine and chocolates.
Gave us a good room, breakfasts are good for health conscious, beds are comfy, people are hospitable and all for excellent prices. Will return
Great hotel, awesome breakfast and afternoon happy hour is a welcome bonus. Location is perfect, subway is close and you are right in the heart of times square. Very slow lift, suggest using the stairs if you are on level 10 or below. Would stay definitely stay here again!
It was a great experience. Very comfortable and staff was very polite. Young lady at front Desk Janel was very professional and helpful!! Will be returning soon.
I absolutely love this hotel. Excellent customer service, location and breakfast
The discomfort of waiting 20 minutes or more for the lift makes the other positives lose value. Would not recommend.
Ideal location, good connections and ideal the subject that has kitchen, very complete the room and the kitchen
Nice hotel near time square. Only complaint is the VERY small shower and bathroom.
please fix elevator only 2 of the 3 are hardly working at all.
very clean and very friendly staff. location is not the best but the rooms and staff more than make up for it.
Great hotel. Loved the complimentary beer, wine and food in the afternoon.
Otimo in all aspects! Very close to Broadway and Times Sq.
My wife and I walked in abd they had a room available. The room was great. It had a kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and electric stove. The bed was super comfy. The staff was very down to earth and professional in one.
The place is expensive and not worth the price but the advantage where we can cook alone in the room
Nice place, great price! Had to walk back and forth a couple of times before we found it.
Close to lot of New york attractions. Rooms are bit cramped. Nice breakfast.
I liked the location and how clean the room was. It's really close to Times Square and other popular restaurants. Also the breakfast was good and fulfilling! The only downside to the hotel is rooms are closely placed so opening and closing of other door is clearly heard even inside the room. Otherwise, staying here was great and I really enjoyed the stay.
The staff very helpful and food is nice, Downside is the 3 lifts can get cramped up at busy periods so expect a wait for your hotel room as there is 32 floors.!!!!
The staff is wonderful & friendly!...Great social hour!
Great room and breakfast. Elevators can be packed at times but it wasn't that bad during offpeak hours.
Close to Subway and bus connections so you can get to all parts of the city with ease. Times square is a few blocks away if you are inclined to visit.
Very good arrengment, nearer to Times sq. Communication very good, allshorts of fecility available
Nice hotel. Three elevators isn't quite enough for the morning taffic and the rooms are pretty small compared to the the staybridges I am use to, but this one is in New York right in timesquare!
The rooms are ok, but in proportion much too expensive. I would miss the breakfast in the future, because I did not like it at all. The hotel is close to Times Square and so central. This makes it noisy at night and you can not sleep with the windows open. However, this is not absolutely necessary due to the air conditioning. The staff is friendly. The internet slows down under heavy load but is free. Overall, the hotel is very expensive for what it offers.
Very well kept, comfortable and in a very good location
Very good location. Breakfast good. Happy hour of 2a. to 5a. very good. Reasonable cleanliness. Elevators have improved but the queues are still common. Attentive staff. Fair price for what it offers.
The staff was exceptional, the lobby area was invited, breakfast was good. Rooms were fair priced.
We have stayed at this hotel a couple of times now. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They have free breakfast, which is always nice, and watched our bags before our room was ready. Definitely a nice place to stay.
Hotel is ageing and not proper maintenance. I was on 2nd floor but water pressure was very low in shower and taps. Also water pass very slowly from bathtub. Exhaust in restroom does not work.
Ramos at reception was brillinat and got me a very early check-in which was quite unexpected and very helpful after an 18 hour flight. Thank you.
This is a hotel that we stay at often when we are in New York. It is always a pleasant experience. It is in a great location, just off of Times Square.
Fantastic apartment, modern, sparkling clean with nice neighborhood. It was a pleasure to stay there.
Great people to talk to very down to earth. Rooms are very clean.
Beware, this place scams you! When we checked out, we were charged a $15 room cleaning fee per night for three nights. We were not told that there would be a room cleaning fee! We booked on Expedia and there was no mention of this fee. Nor did the hotel tell us about this fee when we checked in. And our room was cleaned WITHOUT us asking. If you are planning on charging for room cleaning, NOT cleaning the room should be the default. If it is a paid service, you should have to ask for it. They scam you out of your money by having them clean your room without you knowing or asking for it then charge it for you. BS! Further, our room was only cleaned one time, not three. By chance we had the 'do not disturb' sign on two of the days when the cleaners came by. But (since room cleaning is the default and they are scamming you out of your money) they assumed it was clean because the staff checked it off...which was a lie! And when we called them out on this BS, they were very rude about it! Beyond this POOR service, the beds are not comfortable and you spend your day either waiting for or on the elevator.
Awesome place to stay right at the heart of the New York city
