Great breakfasts, free days for free. In the room for 4 people there is one small wardrobe without shelves and 3 drawers in the table. There is one hitch for hanging all the beds. room for 4th people, but it also has a kitchenette

Jeez it s 2020 guys! How much does it cost you to place a microwave or two in your breakfast hall? Not everyone wants to have the food cold. I had to take carry the food to my room to microwave it, which was a major inconvenience. Being in Times Square, you need to keep international travelers in mind, Duh! Wait there s more. No remote control for the air conditioner? Really? Never faced this in any other hotel so far. Also, not enough elevators for the building size.

Nice hotel for the location it has that is excellent, if you arrive at the JFK you take the Air train and then a Metro and you get off at the corner of the hotel, that's very good and in front of the hotel you have a bus station, you also have several shops that you can walk without problem, at least the room that stops me with the kitchen equipped with kitchen and crockery is very good, the mattress is quite comfortable and the shower goes very well, the TV is large but you do not have HD and the signal it is marked too.
The breakfast that is included is very complete and the place for breakfast is very wide because if it is complete the place enable the front bar so you always have place, the attention of the people is very good and they are very helpful, at all times They are willing if you need something, EMPLOYEE SERVICE VERY REMARKABLE, the bad is the internet signal in the room, at least on the 27th floor, the reception works well.

Not much of a view unless you like starting into other buildings. The room was nice, the shower was weird to say the least. It doesn't come with a tub they basically just put a curtain up and a drain into the floor in the bathroom. They have nice offerings at the hotel. Special nights with free food and wine and beer. It was okay.

Good central location. Enjoyed the free breakfast and social hours. That saved a lot of money on food and drinks. Did not like the tiny shower. Shower head was very high up. No way to shower without getting your hair wet.

Wow, this place was the cat's meow. I love the rooms. They were comfortable and very very updated and luxurious. The concierge and the front desk were amazing. They stored our luggage while we waited to check in and promptly phoned me when we were able to get our rooms. I like that I didn't have to keep checking back. I like that they had the Little Pantry available for my late night snacks . Only two blocks from Times Square. Kudos Staybridge!

I made a reservation in August, unfortunately an unforeseen event happened and I couldn't stay at the hotel. I asked for my refund and since then I've talked to more than 5 people, all tell me that I will be refunded and to this day nothing. I am feeling extremely disrespected as a customer. I will never recommend this hotel.

Rooms are nice and staff is friendly. The complimentary breakfast is pretty good. The elevators have a super long wait time, so make sure to either leave 10-20 minutes early or take the stairs.

The service was great. They set everything up nicely, they cleaned everything nicely, the food for breakfast and dinner was great. Room service woke me up while I was sleeping in late though, but it doesn't deserve a star less because of that.

Great location just blocks from Times Square, and reasonably priced for Midtown. Close to Penn Station, across the street from the Port Authority Bus Terminal, and just a block from the entrance and exit to Lincoln Tunnel. Rooms are small, but have full kitchen with fridge, stove and microwave.

The comp morning breakfast is very good, and the evening receptions with food, beer and wine are great! With those, we only had to buy one meal for the 3 days were were there.

We have stayed here at least 3 times or more over the past couple of years. Only negatives is do be alert when walking to/from hotel at night along 40th Street heading to/from 8th Ave. as you have a low-end liquor store that sometimes attracts homeless. We just walk by and they have never bothered us. The elevators are SLOW especially at check-out time, so be prepared to wait. Also, housekeeping left our room door open all day, so when we returned it was ajar. We reported it, and the hotel did send up a bottle of wine and chocolates.

Great hotel, awesome breakfast and afternoon happy hour is a welcome bonus. Location is perfect, subway is close and you are right in the heart of times square. Very slow lift, suggest using the stairs if you are on level 10 or below. Would stay definitely stay here again!

I liked the location and how clean the room was. It's really close to Times Square and other popular restaurants. Also the breakfast was good and fulfilling! The only downside to the hotel is rooms are closely placed so opening and closing of other door is clearly heard even inside the room. Otherwise, staying here was great and I really enjoyed the stay.

The rooms are ok, but in proportion much too expensive. I would miss the breakfast in the future, because I did not like it at all. The hotel is close to Times Square and so central. This makes it noisy at night and you can not sleep with the windows open. However, this is not absolutely necessary due to the air conditioning. The staff is friendly. The internet slows down under heavy load but is free. Overall, the hotel is very expensive for what it offers.

We have stayed at this hotel a couple of times now. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They have free breakfast, which is always nice, and watched our bags before our room was ready. Definitely a nice place to stay.

Beware, this place scams you! When we checked out, we were charged a $15 room cleaning fee per night for three nights. We were not told that there would be a room cleaning fee! We booked on Expedia and there was no mention of this fee. Nor did the hotel tell us about this fee when we checked in. And our room was cleaned WITHOUT us asking. If you are planning on charging for room cleaning, NOT cleaning the room should be the default. If it is a paid service, you should have to ask for it. They scam you out of your money by having them clean your room without you knowing or asking for it then charge it for you. BS! Further, our room was only cleaned one time, not three. By chance we had the 'do not disturb' sign on two of the days when the cleaners came by. But (since room cleaning is the default and they are scamming you out of your money) they assumed it was clean because the staff checked it off...which was a lie! And when we called them out on this BS, they were very rude about it! Beyond this POOR service, the beds are not comfortable and you spend your day either waiting for or on the elevator.
