In general, the room is small, the only advantage is that there is a free bus to the airport.

I stay at this property 2-3 times per month in between flights from JFK.
The staff is friendly and welcoming. The rooms are well appointed, comfortable and immaculate. The location is better than most all of the "airport " hotels.

Good food in the restaurant. The smell of marijuana in some corridors is unbearable. You hear everything in the rooms (inside out and outside in).

This hotel is very near to airport I recommend if you need sleep eats and stay a moment waiting for you flight

Would have given higher rating, but Javier at the front desk took a simple issue (his not being able to print a receipt I needed) and turned into an unacceptable situation where he spoke down to me unnecessarily and did not seek to listen before being dismissive, short, and a bit rude.

I arrived at 01:30 in the morning after 12 hours flight + 2 hours immigration process.
Receptionist was not there ans I had to wait 13minutes for her to arrive.
She did not even sad Good Evening. Her face was negative and tited.
WIFI was not working.
I got a room absolutely smelly with ciggarete.
Did not come back to reception because I suppose to have only 2 hours sleep.
Did the check out and reported the smell.no apologies no emphathism.NOTHING....who is the Manager at this location? Worse ecperience ever with Holiday Inn.

The hotel is newer than other hotels ariund JFK. Rooms are somewhat smallers BUT insegnificantly. Rooms are well equipt and VERY well kept. The best asset of the hotel is its Human resources. The staff does a great job .
Location is GREAT! Better than other hotels in the area.
I would take a room here and I strongly recommand.

Restaurant wasn't that great muffins tasted like it had gas in them airport shuttle was ok

Car was dented while staying there they have camaras in parking lot and still have not received any help on finding out who did it. The driver took an hour to pick us up from the airport and then was rude and drive crazy back to the hotel. The room was a typical room. No recognition of being a Spire member. If your just resting your head its ok but if your looking for a good experince stay somewhere else.

Room was pretty small, but very clean. Only stayed for about 6 hours so don't really have a whole lot to add

The rooms are way to small. The staff will forget to clean your room multiple times over different weekly stays. They forget to put my bill under your door everytime even though I ask them to do it on arrival. The restaurant is awful bartender has no clue. Being a platinum member here is no different then someone that only stayed one night in a holiday inn.

The room was small but not crowded. I liked that there was a restraunt on site that was open till 11.

I have just been to the bar at the hotel. It's ok and have some happy hour specials. Decent place to stop if you need a quick drink

I enjoyed my stay at this Hotel. Everything was perfect a nice king bed a nice TV.
The view was wonderful special at night. The room was great nice and super clean.

I will go back again for my 25 anniversary in September.

Went looking somewhere for a quiet night so chose Holiday Inn, well because it was Holiday Inn. It definitely wasn't a pleasant experience because of all the doors slamming and people being loud. We had to leave at 1am to find somewhere else to stay. On another note, room was clean and front desk rep was very understanding of the situation.

Only 15 minutes from the airport. Small, but nice and clean. Restaurant took WAY too long. 26 min and still no meal. Had to leave hungry. Shuttles were clean and drivers really nice.

Parking is small. If You arrive late, You won't have a Parking Spot. Elevators are slow, just to go 1 floor takes for ever. Room was modern Beds were comfortable, sink and Shower had good water flow for both hot and cold water.

Room is nice.. but breakfast restaurant is terrible never open on time and more than hoursss delay

Rooms are clean and nice! However is a one star experience! The shuttle service at JFK at Federal Circle made us wait for one hour in freezing temperatures with my two babies waiting in the outside! Bad experience!

Average hotel rooms rather small, noisy due to close to airport and price reflects the location close to airport

The hotel was very accommodating and professional. The shuttle to the hotel was prompt to pick up from the airport and ran on schedule when leaving. Room service was excellent.

Me and my family stayed here for 5 days and the maid did not change the sheets, clean the room or even vaccuum the floors. We noticed this because the scent of our perfume on the pillows. I expected better but I was disappointed with my experience here...

Really enjoying my stay, nice peaceful location, shopping right around the corner. Room very comfortable and nice, miss a refrigerator and microwave. Like the restaurant and food. Service was nice, would stay again.

Room key did not work. Had to return to the front desk every day when I wanted to return to my room. Was very quite for being so close to the airport.

Good service, nice staff, good restaurant and hourly shuttle service. Unfortunately, you often get a marijuana smell and it is a bit noisy through the main street. Nevertheless a pleasant stay.

This Inn is beautiful, and is a good place to stay.

I go for the horrible location and stay for the city subsidized homeless people.

I thought this would be a cheap place to stay before my flight. It was but it also is very nice, clean and modern with friendly service.

Staff is unprofessional and very unwilling to help you.

(Brookville Restaurant): So party of 3 we're the only one's in the dining room at 10 am. No one comes to our table until 25 minutes after. The waitress takes our order and 1 hour after we had cold potatoes, hard as rock toast and blah eggs
Less I forget while we waited there were about 5 other guests that got fed up of the wait and bounced. Maybe we should have followed suit.

Oh and this is the good part 11:20 and my friend STILL hasn't gotten her food. Where is the kitchen manager
All I can hear from the kitchen personnel is I'm so sorry. Did I get to the good part of this review yet? We got 3 plates of food that wasn't even our order ...throw the WHOLE kitchen away....throw it away...

Can't say anything as a guest, but the parking lot seemed ample

I attended a small training seminar and the room was comfortable & meet our needs. Also, the restaurant in the hotel, The Brookville Bar & Grill, is very good.

If you like a lot of noice all night from the highway in front of the Holiday In then this hotel is for you.

Over night stay and park and ride. Hotel is clean and in a decent location. 10 min. Shuttle to JFK . Reception is friendly as well as shuttle drivers. Show up in fast for airport pick up.

The staff was very friendly, place was clean, close to jfk. The restaurant had decent food, good portions, but took forever for the food to come out. That area needs some updating. They also need new carts for the luggage, ours did not work. The shuttle is every hour and they pick up in one area at jfk, I did not know this and waited a hour in the wrong place. Also the rooms are paper thin, you can hear people talking in the next room. But overall I would stay here again, the staff and even the guest were very friendly.

This hotel is a place to be! I loved staying in the well decorated rooms. The staff were welcoming and friendly. I really recommend to my friends.

.Based on the fantastic stay I had here, I give this facility my highest recommendation. The staff were uniformly excellent in their friendly efficient service, the food was wow. Easy check in and also booking!

They do not clean side walks surrounding,when it snows! Dangerous,Unsafe for guess and pedestrians to walk on. Besides this is very clean,friendly staff,a good cozy place to stay.

Nice hotel. Rooms are kind of small but that is expected for the city. However, the rooms are very nice and updated. The check in process was quick and i was up in my room right away. The employee behind the counter was awesome and very friendly. These are the good things. Now the bad. The hotel is on a very busy intersection and the traffic noise can get a bit overwhelming. I was on the 6th floor and the traffic was louder than the airport next door. Also the address will bring you somewhere different in maps or GPS. Make sure to keep your eyes peeled for the hotel when you are getting close. The restaurant is a mixed bag. The food is good but the service is not the greatest. I sat at a table for 10 minutes before i moved to the bar to get help. The menu in the room has many items and the menu in the restaurant is slimmed down without all the options, very confusing. The chicken parm i ordered had a raw chicken cutlet in it. The bartender was quick to compensate for it tho.

This is my second time and I loved it.. and the breakfast... the staff is super friendly and that s great great .. I can t wait to roll in again lol.. but it s really nice.. bed comfortable omg words can t explain... Raaayyyy!!!!!!!

Super close to the airport. They have a free shuttle that runs every 20 minutes all day. No restaurants nearby but there is a full restaurant in the hotel with a great menu and room service if you wish to just hang in.

The hotel is just ok. I missed a connecting flight and it was the cheapest option around. The room smelled a little musty and the a/c was obnoxiously loud. It wasn't bad to get a few hours of rest. The women at the front desk were pleasant.

Very Clean! Everything in the room is brabd new or close to brand new. Friendly and helpful staff.
But you have to be aware THERE IS NO REAL GROSSERY SHOP OR RESTAURANT in walking distance (exept hotel's one) After 6-7pm you are trapped.
