It's not a very clean place, restaurant is nice, but this one house keeper was very and didn't really clean very well spent more time talking to her co worker then cleaning then she cleaned, and one of them smell like canibus .
Convenient location for JFK, but I regret not spending the extra money on the new TWA spot. Staff was friendly and rooms were clean, but our first one smelled of smoke. We asked for another and were accommodated, but it smelled of sour milk. It was late in the evening at this point, and I had an early flight, so I just wanted to rest. But I would probably not stay there again.
Bathroom water flow was extremely weak. Highway noise was too much. Bed was good though. Not recommended.
Great stay at this Holiday Inn. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Tamika at the front desk was awesome. She was extremely friendly and personable. We arrived early and she helped us with an early check in. Thanks Tamika for your excellent customer service with a smile.

It is not the first time I have arrived, the level of the hotel and the services provided are constantly high. You are sure that everything will be as it should be.
Great location, great decor, friendly staff. The choice of breakfast dishes is not too big, but there is everything you need. We had dinner paid for. Each night you can choose from two choices of dishes, everything is very tasty. The room has everything you need. Large bathroom.
Great value for the price, the hotel is very clean, calm, comfortable and the staff is very welcoming and generous. The complimentary shuttle from and to the airport as well as wifi makes it the perfect option for a short stay in between flights!
This stay was a quick stop in and out from the airport. It was clean. I slept well. They had a hugh shade on the window greatly appreciated since I crashed early. Coming in from a different time zone.
They have a free shuttle service that will pick you up from the airport at Federal Circle and also drop you off for your next flight at your hub.
They have a restaurant and room service (salt and pepper packets need to come on tray for room service). People were nice.

Not much to comment on because it was a coworker staying here and not me. Parking was easy, outside looked nice, staff seemed friendly. My co-worker said the rooms were a little small.
We missed a flight at JFK and needed a room. It was more than we wanted to spend but it had everything we needed - shuttle, clean, etc. In fact, it is a very clean hotel. The restaurant in the hotel is fantastic. The food was delicious for both meals.
Convenient to JFK. Shuttle every 30 minutes. They will take you back to catch the subway as well. Clean room and everyone was friendly!
Expensive but accommodated my need for a room last minute
Check in was easy, location was right near the airport and the shuttle got us to the airport in 10 minutes in the morning. The hotel was clean and the bed was absolutely amazing!
One working lift for the whole hotel when we were there. Seriously? And slow lift too. To top it off the cleaning crew is often occupying it with their laundry carts in the morning .We almost missed the shuttle that morning as it took an hour to get the lift with all our luggage and that was 2 of us taking one bag each and down the stairs and the one of us waited for the lift with 3 more bags .So many ppl were waiting and some were late for work and we ended up chucking a laundry cart out and taking over the lift ! Won't stay there again.

We had a great one night stay at the property. Complimentary shuttle timely, polite staff, clean rooms. We forgot something in our room, the hotel staff promptly offered to deliver the item to the airport terminal. But we already went thru security, the hotel personnel promptly mailed the items to our home. Very convenient stay near the airport. Thank you
Incredible hotel if you have an overnight layover at JFK. The room was nice, very contemporary and modern feel, and everything you could possibly need from a hotel room. The room was bit small, but great quality. It's also not bad if you want to visit Manhattan and would value money over time, since you can catch the shuttle to the subway into the city and back. I highly recommend this hotel for JFK travelers, and would happily go back if my travels take me that way. The staff was also very attentive. The restaurant closes at 11 PM and I got to the hotel at 12:30am, but the menu looked good and there were plenty of options.
Nice, clean rooms. Much further from the airport than we thought but hotel shuttle runs frequently. People loitering in hallways and stairwells was a little unsettling but everything else was good.

Restaurant was noisy due to a karaoke evening. Breakfast was served late due to the restaurant opening 15 min later than scheduled.

It's not a horrible place just a lot smaller then one would expect from a holiday inn. Reminds me of a microtel. But at the holiday inn price. Full restaurant and bar but those are really the only thing consistent with the holiday inn name.
Close to the airport, they have a courtesy shuttle departing from the air train station Federal Circle. Room and bathroom were small but OK for an overnight between flights. Internet was fast. They don't offer breakfast but there's a restaurant on the premises.
The hotel itself is clean and well maintained for the price but there are weird people seem to be living here for a long term and they are creepy
We got in at 3am on a crazy night. Took them a few minutes to get the room together. The room was clean but small. The airport shuttle was really convenient.
I had airline troubles and had to stay over here. The staff was excellent (from the shuttle to the resturaunt, until checkout) and i was able to get to the hotel and book a room hastle free. It really made my night better.

The staff was very professional and made us feel at home during our stay. The rooms were very clean and the bed we slept on was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. The room has a modern feel to it and we got an excellent price for 4 nights. Shower felt amazing as well. It even has a free 24 hour shuttle to JFK airport. Also, there is a bar and restaurant inside the hotel. Food and drinks were good. I highly recommend this hotel.

Worse shuttle ever !!! If you are leaving from JFK be aware that you will see all shuttle services passing by, including the Holiday Inn Express but the Holiday Inn ... I had only a 5 hours lay over in the hotel and lost almost an hour waiting on the shuttle.

Shuttle from Federal circle - a stop on the JFK airtrain Jamaica line - and back right to your terminal when you depart is a great service. The hotel itself met expectations and has a well priced restaurant. Fitness center was small but food enough for me. The room is well equipped but I did find it a little cramped with the very large and comfortable bed.
And the dust manager was very rude and very impolite he has an attitude he refused to let me stay because I had a service animal would never ever book there again
Fast and reliable internet, very clean and updated rooms with more than enough outlets and USB ports. Overall great experience while staying here, will be back.
The staff was wonderful checking in and anyone we ran into in the hallways were so friendly and fun. They were so helpful with anything we needed. The room was small but so comfortable and everything I needed to recharge all of my devices and get my work done. I highly recommend this place!

STAY AWAY - The hotel is also a homeless shelter and all I could smell was marijuana through the entire hotel. As we drove past the side we noticed the entrance door open and security using a metal detector to let people in the stairwell. When we asked the front desk what that was about, we were told they were paying customers. Are you KIDDING!!! They were not truthful. As I went to use the fitness center located on the lower level of the hotel, all these men were screaming and yelling and they were on line for food and the smell was awful. When we got on the elevator to go back upstairs, the security guard asked if the people getting on had a paper or pass and they got angry they could not use the elevator and started screaming. We were scared for our lives. We went to our room and locked ourselves in and checked out early. As we got into the elevator, the smell of drugs almost knocked us over. I will be reporting this Expedia the minute we get home. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!
We stayed overnight prior to a 2-week trip so we had parking at the hotel as well. The room was clean and comfortable, with some nice features. The food at the restaurant was very good. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful, airport shuttle was on time, driver was excellent. All good.

I stayed overnight on my way back home. Had a good overall experience. Ate dinner at the restaurant and had a good burger. The staff was friendly. The room was nice and I got a good night's sleep.

Who designed these rooms? I am retired Navy and I had about the same amount of room in a ships compartment. Extremely small rooms for any hotel. I would expect more from a Holiday Inn. And the lobby check in area and check in desk are again too small. What were they thinking, maybe they weren't.

Really nice hotel. Staff is great, rooms are clean, good location, and parking is free (important to know in the area). Attached restaurant/bar is one of the main reasons I keep coming back, don't let the decor fool you, food and service is outstanding. One minor drawback, rooms are a little tight, but I think typical for the city.

Great place for an overnight stay. Rooms are modern and clean, and the bed was comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. My only issue was with the noise. The street and airplane noise kept me up. It's near the airport, I get it, but even the noise from the street was surprisingly loud in the room.
The place is a men's homeless shelter. You see odd men drunk hanging out all night. Don't spend your money there, go to a real hotel.

Good hotel, shuttle bus schedule is good, the location is close to JFK airport, i wished if they provide minibar in the room, and included breakfast as standard, neighborhood is not that good, but it s good for a layover, dollar tree is very close and small mall which has TJMAXX, i attached some photos of TJMAXX products, and also there IHOP within walking distance, and MCDONALDS 10-15 minute-walking.
Front desk girls Tameka and Lashaya were awesome. They made our stay here absolutely wonderful. These two work hard to make sure your experience is comfortable and you have everything you need.

Hotel was fine but their free breakfast is not free....only a $12 credit...not enough for an omelet and coffee...cost $21 (including tip). Very misleading.
