Great experience. Felt like I was at a 5-star caribbean resort. Nice pool area, clean beaches with lawn chairs and umbrellas for guests, towels included with stay. Restaurant and bar were good. Waitresses would come to your service at pool and beach as well. I wouldn't change a thing. Everyone was so polite and friendly.

Consider going elsewhere. You will pay 12 parking per day. The prices for beach rentals/food and bar is higher than neighboring hotels. If your going to use amenities book elsewhere for a bit more. You will come out ahead in the end.

My special spot. Blue waters. Front desk lady that checked me in was so helpful my entire stay. The Bartender was the star..knows his trade well. Bar overlooking the ocean is a bonus.. Pool guy found my Maui Jims at like 5am. Outstanding. Great Hotel.

Couldn't ask for better beach access right on the water with delightful views. The staff is very helpful. The only downside is that the hotel is 10 minutes away from any food or shopping venues, which means driving for anything that isn't the expensive hotel restaurant.

Enjoyed a class reunion two weeks ago. Nerissa hosted helping that all of our needs were met. She was always available to assist any of us. Our banquet room was set up for a DJ and dancing room for our class. Hope to be back in ten years. Thank you Nerissa for accommodating to our class!

To start...our air conditioning was not cooling, come to find out our filter had not been changed in quite sometime, I have alergies as well, my partner took filter out, called front desk, they had no maintenance person to clean or replace the filter. Filter was not fixed til the next night.
Then...door lock broke, multiple times, had to wait for security to get master key to get us in, but door could not be fixed until Saturday.
(This incident with door was Friday night)
It was a class reunion for school, was not made aware when reserved the room for $139 per night, that upon arrival, we are told $ 28 resort fee daily, $15 per day parking...
The food at the restaurant was highly over priced and NOT worth what they were charging. Then called for a late check, and was quite embarrassed to be told , you have already checked out...I said no...I'm still here, may I request a later check out..I was told , NO..you need to get out of the room! Yes..I was told you need to get out of the room...this was 11:58..
At Marriot, Holiday Inn Express, I can stay as late as 1 -2 pm.
Then...when we got in Thursday night, I was informed I had NO RESERVATION!
Which I had called Wednesday afternoon asking for a earlier arrival on Thursday, and operator made a reservation for me Thursday..long story short, reserve. Could not be found, I had upgraded to partial ocean view, they had me at Island View...then was told there phones were down due to AT&T problems...all in all , this was a disappointing visit of this Hilton, btw, not even a microwave in the room, nor vending machines.
You have purchase from their "pantry" items.
Such as a 20 oz Pepsi $3 bucks...

I will stick with my Marriott or Holiday Inn Express...highly dissappointed...

Do not stay here on weekends. They have weddings and play music so loud the beachront hotel rooms that you pay a premium for cannot be used for 6 hours a day due to noise. The whole reason to stay there is to sit on balcony and keep doors open. Manager still has not called back. Management at this Hotel is very bad.

Nice hotel if you re only going to stay a couple of days but there are $16 parking fee and $32 resort fee pretty much kill it for me as a place to stay for weeks at a time which is what I need to do for work. They weren t willing to work with me to establish a corporate long-term rate unlike many hotels that enjoy the safety bonus of having a physician stay with them. For a true bargain try the Marriott Hutchinson Island Resort 45 minutes north or the Margaritaville Beach resort in Pensacola Beach where I was offered a deep discount last for absolutely beautiful facilities

Over all, our stay was really nice. The location is fantastic and the over all appearance of the hotel is good. The food is also very good although we only had breakfast and lunch here. Where this hotel falls short is that it is somewhat dated and they are lacking attention to detail. For example, the beach is full of trash where other hotels on the strip have a very clean beach front. Also, the ceiling in our Room was multicolor between mold and patches where they sporadically painted. Service was great all around and the staff is very friendly. However, the employees doing the beach umbrellas and beach chairs were very frustrated because there were only 3 of them working on the holiday weekend and they were clearly overwhelmed. Poor staff planning on the part of management. As a Hilton honors member I have stayed at many Hilton properties and while this one was not the worst, at little attention to detail can make it one of the best.

Beautiful and up to date rooms, beach access, nice restaurant and bar. Have to pay to park your vehicle. Could hear people's doors slamming closed all up and down the halls in the morning. Our room was second floor with a balcony and view to the roof....

4.5 really... Top-notch hotel, great, roomy, room with really nice ocean view! Standard amenities, great breakfast buffet (though a bit expensive), friendly staff. Nice location right on the beach and close to several (not a lot) of restaurants. If you want a big selection of restaurants/bars, you'll have to drive a ways.

Rooms are fine but the balconies are extremely tiny. Nice view. Staff is unfriendly and rude. Room service woke us up at 9.30am to see if they could come and clean the room. Their guest services is a joke. They let us in at 4pm and wanted us to leave at 11am. Most hotels assist with check in-out policies and extend for a couple of hours especially when the rooms are available. I asked for an extension, they gave me 30 min. Guest service said she could do latest 11.30 plus she was obnoxious. No kindness no compassion. This was a joke! Quite expensive for what they are giving. Plus they have a huge parking place, that we self park. They are charging 16usd. This is another joke. Very sad.

We paid for an upgraded beachfront room. The carpet was sticky like a motel 6. It had an old popcorn ceiling and the rest of the room was outdated and old. This is not what you would expect from a Hilton. It is essentially a 2 star motel with a nice lobby and restaurant.

Pretty good overall. They do charge for the parking and you only get a cold breakfast for free. The in-house restaurant is pricey. If you want a good beach view, the 5th floor and up on the poolside is what you want. The balcony of 6th floor was great! Workout room was nice. Pool is about 45 person capacity with lots of shady poolside seating and bathrooms poolside. The beach is nice with lots of whole shells (end of June) Housekeeping was okay, but sofa was not made up and I had to ask for sheets to be brought up. Maintenance was good, but the curtain rod was broken and needed replacing. The elevators were slow getting to the Lobby. You have to ask the concierge to help with luggage rack, which means tipping. Management seemed to be on top of things for the most part. I was offered free bottled water every time I said something wasn't right. Overall, I think my family enjoyed the 2 night stay.

The outside bar attendant was extremely rude to myself and my guests. She should realize that without patrons whether small non alcoholic beverages or large alcoholic beverage orders it is patrons who pay her salary. She should add also think twice when speaking rude to the clientel. For this reason the hotel lost a large party and a long time customer that lives on the island and has always recommended the hotel for out of town guests and their friends and family. I will not mention her name but I hope when she decides next time to be rude she will hopefully think twice . Rules policies and procedures and COMMON COURTESY apply to ALL and go a long way in life. Let's hope for the Hilton Hospitality Company she learns the meaning of hospitality .

Right off the bat a bad experience when we checked in with 2 beach chairs in hand and was told they could not be used as guests need to pay their contracted vendor to rent extra chairs if not incl in resort fee. Really? And then the 2 welcome drinks that were to be included in the 'resort fee' are no longer included even though that was part of the deal when we booked.....had to get mgr involved to live up to their end of deal, which she did nicely. And then the $3 food charge PLUS 21 % service fee per order. What a joke.....No wonder AirBNB is causing concern in hotel industry. This place is of far lesser quality than any Marriott resort. Rooms are size of a old Hampton Inn by the way. And dont get a room facing north on weekends unless you want to hear the kitchen exhaust fans, and music from the catering hall on your balcony.....

"Resort just for Weekends"

"Resort just for Weekends"
Few months ago I stayed at hotel and experience was pretty good. We decided to come back again with Family from Australia, from Monday to Wednesday and experiece was pretty bad.
People at front desk should avoid saying that you will have a very nice room when in reality room have a roof view. ( i can understand when is no other available but dont tell to clients you will have a nice room when is not true ).
At the beach, around 4 pm. hotel staff started taking chairs, umbrelas etc even when our stuff is still there. I had to ask to return to place my belongings.

Restaurant took around an hour to serve what was ordered in most of the times. ( food was good ) Also bar area at night ( before 9:00 pm) music, tvs, etc were shooted off, and everything became a go to sleep time.

At beach no restaurant or bar service all the time, no towels available at 2:00 pm the day we came in, with no interest in providing a solution.

I think is better to close hotel during the week and open it just for weekends when staff and services can be provided properly.

WARNING! FLEA INFESTATION . I Stayed here for 5 days with my family, the location is great and the staff is friendly but this place is old and they have a terrible flea issue they decided to do nothing about. First they changed our sheets, then they blamed it on the beach, we didn t even spent time at the beach to begin with and all 4 nights were terrible just battling fleas, not a good way to spend your time off only to come back home with some extra guests!!

A year ago I rated 5 Stars, Hidden Gem. A year later, this gem has declined to a dirty pebble. The customer service and attitude amongst the staff is poor and moral seems low. No one smiles or greets you anymore. The front desk staff was lackluster and never even looked up when guests walked in the front door. There is not supposed to be smoking allowed by the pool but several groups of people were smoking and multiple employees walked by those groups and said nothing. The outdoor bar service has also declined. Service used to be fresh and poppy, now dull. I believe ownership needs to do an overhaul here. Clean sweep and start fresh. As a resident of Palm Beach, I like to frequent this location for weekend getaways; unfortunately, I do not believe I will be returning anytime soon.
