Hilton Singer Island Oceanfront Resort Review

The hotel staff has been great! I like the room and the bed was good. The balcony while on the small side is enough to stand and watch the sunrise. The access to water is easy and at low tide the outcropping of rock is fun to walk on.

The service at the hotel has been outstanding. Upon placing my reservation in a room, I was contacted about an opportunity to upgrade for free to a better room due to construction nearby. I was treated kindly by all staff members, and the quality of the room was wonderful!

No frills and certainly not pretty. But least expensive on the beach in that area. And food at restaurant and bar fair to good.

Comfortable hotel located in front of the sea, with a beautiful view. Very good attention your breakfast is very good. Its rooms are comfortable and clean.

Staff was kind and professional, rooms were clean, and the view of the beach from my room was sensational. The tub in the room was semi clogged and needed to be drano'ed. The water was yellow, that was a little strange.

Love the salt water heated pool. Great ocean front hotel. Only complaint is most balconys are very narrow. Can not fit a chair on them. There are additional room fees including a balcony tax of 25 a day and parking fee of 15 a day.

Bed bug bites... That's a no.
EDIT: The response below is unacceptable, I have no idea where the company came up with "fire ants" as an excuse. Not to mention, the response isn't even written in proper English. I had to see a doctor to determine what the bites were and it was confirmed that they were bed bugs.

Friendly staff, oceanview was great and bed was very comfortable.

This hotel was amazing the view of the ocean couldn't be beat the food buffet each day was great the service was great the rooms were kept spotless the bartenders were very friendly I had a great time here I would highly recommend it and I can't wait to go back

Lovely views. Gorgeous beach front access. Wonderful and attentive staff. Corner rooms have two balconies, one suitable for dining; the other for viewing. Rooms are large and comfortable and well appointed. Bathrooms are modern. Bedding, quite comfortable. Enjoyed everything. Helen at the front desk was exceptional. She helped me dump a little baggage from a difficult day and refocused my thoughts on having a wonderful stay. A warm welcome goes a long way! Nerissa Edden was an absolute delight, having greeting me in passing and sending me on a lovely walk in town and greeting me, again, as I prepared to leave with an inspired sendoff and much-needed bottle of water.

Big resort fee, and parking even though locals seem to park for free. I am a Hilton diamond and was VERY disappointed. The breakfast view from outside is nice. Beach is clean.

Great place great views and off course the beach is breath taking as always,I stayed here during the week of my birthday no greetings by the staff which I belive everyone was busy to read the paper work at the reception while i was checking in, few things to keep in mind parking is not free its 12$ per night and 28$ daily resort fee which is for the amenities a bit pricey but you are staying at Hilton then why not , you need to sign in a roster to get yourself a seat at the beach it's not a private beach the beach is public so dont leave phones ,cards while enjoying a dip in the ocean.
While taking shower you will notice green water dnt be alarmed I was told thats how the island water is purified and they use natural resources.
Theres is no starbucks Dunkin at the island you would need to get off the island to find your craving spots, the palm beach theater and outlet malls are a good place to visit and then come back to the resort, there is a publix on the route to the resort so you can always stop to get things.
Place was nice clean and tidy staff was very professional I enjoyed my trip , will plan to go back soon.

I have to say I am extremely disappointed! I decided to book for the weekend for me and the kids to truly disconnect and from the moment we arrived nothing was to standards! To start with I check in and get to my room and my daughter puts her luggage down and the carpet was soaking wet to the point that water was rising from the carpet. The water was coming out of the dresser where the mini fridge is located. We decided to go down to the pool area, well let s just say that for being in a pandemic this hotel definitely doesn t comply with the CDC guidelines! There was so many people and not one chair available. Needless to say that there was no way to get into the pool with how crowded it was. So we go to the beach and get told we can t get any chairs because they close at 5:30 and they didn t want to give it to us for an hour and a half. We decide to just go back to the room. After dinner I inform the front desk of what was going on and they offer to remove the fridge and give me a parking credit. The next morning I proceed to go to the front desk because there was also issues with the air conditioning in our room and see that NONE of the staff had face masks. I was truly disappointed. Again violating every CDC guideline! I can honestly say that I will not return to this establishment and I will be informing the CDC of what we witnessed and sharing pictures with them also.

Very nice hotel but they didnt clean up by the pool very well there were dirty towels all over the place but the rooms were very nice

Not happy! Stayed there May, 2019, and was upset with the way I was treated regarding their $28.00 a day resort fee. I travel in my car with my beach chair and bicycle. First morning I was walking through the lobby with my beach chair when an employee told me I couldn't walk through with my chair. I asked what route I should take [via parking lot, etc.] and was told I would not by allowed onto the beach with my chair. Also that I should pay the resort fee because it included bicycles and was a "great deal". I'm pretty sure it is illegal for them to deny beach access but arguing and being embarrassed is not my style. We drove to the beach just to the south, and switched hotels. Treat my right and I'm a customer for life. Treat me badly and my dollars go elsewhere.

Great hotel. Staff was friendly, location is right on the beach. The room was nice and clean. We had a balcony, which was perfect.

The view was beautiful! Our room was clean, tidy and comfy! Disappointed in the pool Area, the hot tub had no heat, there was no outside lights.

Came here to stay one night hotel lists small print of charges they won't charge till you walk in the door totalling to 50$! The parkings not free the breakfasts not included! The hotels amenities are NOT INCLUDED! Unless you pay the MANDATORY FEE. Won't go here ever again to top of the sarcastic woman at the front desk you ask them questions they walk away. To top it off the bathroom walls are yellow with soap scum and the glass doors, go somewhere else with the hotel included with the bed !

Definitely not worth almost $400 per night. This hotel was misleading as a Hilton brand. Customer service was great, however, the fees were unreasonable. They charge for EVERYTHING!!! The facility definitely could use a makeover.

Your average Hilton property but it's on the beach. Lots of construction around the hotel so pack ear plugs. Their AC unit or fan in bathroom is very loud too.

Don t stay here! We have a broken air conditioner so we decided on a StayCation. Booked the room at $163 for one night. Before we stepped foot in the room it was $253. $30 for parking and $60 resort fee. The ONLY REASON we picked Hilton was because they had a $0 late check out fee. AS ADVERTISED ON THEIR WEBSITE. At check in we were told to call in the morning and we would be able to check out at 2 pm. Apparently HELEN at the front desk does not like to honor TRUTH IN ADVERTISING as I showed her the advertisement. She offered 30 minutes and came bumbling with excuses about charging us for a half stay and we booked on Expedia. Stay at the Marriott. The Hilton has steered far of its course of customer appreciation. 7/25/20 room 317.

The rooms are a good size. The bathrooms are clean and appear new or kept well. The balcony is standing room only, no chairs or table. The beach is a great place to hang out. The water when it is sunny has a great blue to green color. The pool and bar area is another place to hang out if you don't want to be on sand. Great views from the bar. The water is so beautiful. The service is great. I will definitely come back

Nice, small, out of the way beach hotel with a very friendly staff who really try to make you feel welcome... Our breakfast server Marcia went above and beyond, as she even went as far as making me a waffle, she saw me waiting in line at the waffle maker and she instructed me to sit down and she would bring me a waffle. I would have given five stars but there were a few missteps such as running out of beach /pool towels and not having our pre-ordered strawberries waiting upon check-in... We will be back!!!

We had the absolute best service!! Every staff member, waiter and manager we met went above and beyond. My little one started running a fever and we ended up in an urgent care. The staff found out he couldn't be in the sun... they let us use a cabana. I went to tell the manager and she left us a hand written note. This has been the best service at any resort we have ever stayed. This location is A+... Food was amazing and room was very clean! We will be back:)

My husband, son, and I visited family that stayed at the Hilton. We went to the beach and pool. They have rentals available for umbrellas, chairs, snorkels and also provide beach and pool side drink/food service. We had a blast at both the beach and pool. The service at both was great. The employees were friendly and attentative. The hotel itself was updated and very nice inside and out.

CLEAN QUIET GREAT POOL JACUZZI BEACHFRONT GOOD FOOD EASY PARKING EVEN THOUGH WE WERE IN THE PANDEMIC WE HAD AN AMAZING STAY HERE. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

It felt a bit dated. The rooms are a little tight. The shower curtain made me mad, lol. And the water is so powerful you almost have to let it shower the wall and you lean into. For room 419 anyway.. or you will take a big spill on the soaked floor when you exit. The hall mirrors and the view of the beach were bomb though!!! Had a good time overall.

Wow... great linens, beds, updated room but the rest sucked. They nickel and dime you with charges for everything under the sun. Will never book at a Hilton. Seriously. What hotel charges to use towels? Are you kidding? They charge for food or drinks on the beach yet add on a 21% tip, plus a hotel fee, then some other fee to order food on the beach. just add these fees into the price. The coffee sucks. Had to get it at a 7-11 which was a million times better.

I recently had my 40th Class Reunion there.Nerrisa did an excellent job organizing our event . The entire staff from check in to check out were very friendly and professional. A Good time was had by all. Thanks Hilton.

the pool need maintenance, mildew in the pool floor

Very disappointed. i spent 350$ on an ocean front room. the tub was dirty and clogged,the closets stunk. the pool bathroom was gross, their was no towels available twice to go the beach. the beach chair are either broken or moldy even the cabanas are broken. Nothing like the picture and i couldn't sleep all night with a broken LOUD AC all night long. i took a nap on the balcony at least.
Never staying here again.

Hilton was an amazing stay, view was incredible, beds were as comfortable as they get, food was amazing and the people were nice, polite and solved anything that caused you discomfort or trouble.

From the moment we walked in I had a feelings things were not going to go as planned after reading reviews I still gave it a chance . I reserved a hotel stay for one-night, spoke with a Hilton representative directly and everything went wrong. She lied about the room as well as amenities and when we got there to check in the staff was baffled at the promises that were made when we reserved the room. I asked for the highest level with a king bed with inter coastal views. I received 2nd floor with views of the roof of the building instead of an intercoastal view . We went back downstairs immediately to inform the staff of the error and we got stuck in the room because the hotel was completely booked . My first encounter was with Norlyn at the first desk who basically wiped her hands off and explained the only thing they can do is remove the parking fee. So guess what? We escalate the issue some . It was then brought to the attention of management the error that was made and what we were told is that we broke through Central which covers all properties. Apparently the woman at central knew nothing about the hotel and gave false information. Shay, Manager on Duty, then promised to remove the resort and parking fee and give a $25 food and beverage credit. We got over it for a little to enjoy the one day we thought would be perfect. The following morning, check out time. Guess what happens then, the manager left no notes in regard to the resort fee credit so we waited until Norlyn, front desk, had to receive a confirmation that is was actually true through text. This is by far my worst hotel experience. I wouldn t go back and wouldn t recommend to anyone .

this hotel is the best place to stay on Singer Island for the price, hands down, right on the beach, fitness center and Coconuts on the Beach is great!

Hilton Singer Island Oceanfront Resort, Covid-19 update. Although the comments about the hotel were not good, anyway I decided to go, my experience was very good, The hotel was very clean, just like the rooms, the staff were very friendly, the best thing about the Hotel is the beautiful beach it has, Transparent waters, very close to the Hotel you have restaurants, very good prices, actually I would love to return.

The rooms are great the hotel is beautiful with good perks for being a Hilton honors member the pool is great the hotel is right off the beach the hotel is less then a mile away from restaurants & places for evening drinks we pretty much Uber everywhere & it was very affordable me & my husband had a great time just relaxing at this hotel we was here for three nights & it was excellent I highly recommend this hotel if you ever come to west palms Florida,,We will definitely come back to visit!

Staying here because the Marriott two doors north was full. The difference in the quality of the clientele, staff, and finishes is night and day. A perfect example of how Marriott is leading and Hilton is taking behind. We will not be staying here again even if the Marriott is full.

Hilton Singer Island is a hotel right on the beach. It is a hotel my family and i have stayed at multiple times while visiting as it is in the perfect location, beautiful hotel, amazingly clean rooms and wonderful staff. Highly recommended!

Real nice hotel with private beach. Staff is great and very helpful. The pool is really close to the beach. Restaurant and bar on site including an outside terrace bar. The hotel offers umbrellas and chairs for the beach as part of the package. The room was clean and spacious with a small balcony. Will visit again!

The hotel and staff where very nice and friendly, the room was clean and the location was great. But the restaurant in the hotel was not good for breakfast, lunch or dinner. For a Hilton and the location I expected more in the restaurant department, you really had to leave for all your meals. Maybe because it was off season not sure but next time I'll try somewhere else. Sorry Hilton:(:(

Great hotel, nice gym, great buffet breakfast ($20 per person), outdoor bars. Only thing is it took FOREVER for our drinks to come out when we were sitting on the beach. It wasn t busy at all but the server took a long time.

Yes, we love the oceanfront Hilton on Singer Island. But we have to mention Ketch Restaurant, the outstanding restaurant, offering even non-guests the same amazing view with some of the best small plates and sandwiches around.h cheddar, chipotle aioli, and extra fresh pico de Gallo and a side of house slaw. The mahi is a generous portion, and there a two tacos, ample enough to share.

Bartenders Jessica and Brandon are excellent and attentive. we had a pina colada with an amaretto topper that will live on in memory until we have another.

Got room 732, with balcony to the beach, nice clean room and beds. Friendly staff. Marcia at Ketch was darling... 2 eggs your way, my son asked for one scrambled and one over easy, and she was awesome about it.

Beautiful beach, great clear water. Nice beach bar and restaurant. Great for a weekend away.
