Great crew!! Awesome cruise! Would recommend for a great sunset cruise.

My family and I enjoyed the snorkel and kayak tour on the Schooner! Captain Russ and Ray were so sweet and very accommodating especially to my two year old daughter. They made sure she was happy and comfortable the whole trip. Because of the small group it felt very intimate and they worked very hard to make us feel safe! Key West is always beautiful but the crew of the ship is what made it memorable. Thank you for the happy memories with my family!

The crew yesterday were the best I ve encountered. Emily, Tom and the Capt. we re Professional yet down to earth. Fun, yet knowledgeable. The activities were incredible all day. I would recommend these folks to everyone.

Tim was great captain. Super friendly and knowledgeable. The boat however....we only had half of max capacity on the boat and it was 70 people. Very very crowded, no seating and very uncomfortable. We went out today in 2-3 foot seas and they said it was a calm day for them. You could barely snorkel it was so rough and plenty of people getting sick. Remember this is a calm day they say. Also, don t be fooled by the all you can drink blah blah blah. They don t open the bar until the last 30 minutes of the ride back in and you have to pay for snacks. Only thing you get is water or lemonade for the first 2 and a half hours. Definitely a money making ordeal for a company given this is a tourist town. Oh yea, also if you want to go see 2.....only 2!!!!!! Pieces of tiny coral the size of a semi tire on the bottom of the ocean floor. Take this charter and spend that money!!!!

My husband and I wanted to do something low key, we decided to sign up for the Sebago sunset sail- it was AWESOME!!! Morgan was our captain and she was great, also the two staff- Jessica and Savannah- were so sweet and helpful. We got to listen to good music, eat yummy food, and drink on the boat- it was just so relaxing, we got away from the hustle and bustle of Key West. The sunset was even more beautiful on a boat. Definitely worth looking into, if you're more adventurous Sebago has other activities too!

Me and my wife took the sunset cruise and loved every minute! The drinks are some of the best tasting drinks in Key West. The staff is so nice and are willing to help with anything you may need! They're big on safety (which is great) and they know how to have a good time! We're even going again to enjoy the sunset and relaxing atmosphere.

We took the sunset cruise and had a great time. The crew was knowledgable and outgoing. I'd recommend this excursion to anyone visiting the area.

This week (22nd) we went on a snorkeling trip, didn't see much due to the "cloudy" water but had fun anyway. the crew were pleasant not overly friendly,"just a job" attitude and enough to get a tip. As an American...what concerned me most was their "treatment" of people who are not Americans, Very little patience to explain things clearly, speak way too fast for non English first language speakers, as well as those of us who do, The young woman at the check in desk really needs to learn some patience and tenderness or just get a new job!. Please remember that tourist are your life blood and being amiable is a requirement.

My parents and I arrived recently to the keys and decided to drive down to key west on our first day. Without any reservations, we hopped into the sebago shop to see if we can go parasailing any time during the week. We expected a long wait but instead we got the next tour that same day. We waited 30 minutes, had an amazing boat ride out into the ocean, and then launched in twos with another group for a few 10 minute flight sessions. The view is fabulous from above, and the atmosphere is very languid and relaxing as opposed to what you may imagine. It might be a little scary for those who fear heights but even then it is as relaxing as it gets. Since we were only able to go in pairs, they gave me a chance to go twice with my mom and then dad. Great first time parasailing!

We enjoy going on the sunset sails. The crew is always very friendly and there are great sunset views.

Did the sunset cruise with snacks and beer included. The cruise wasn t crowded unlike some of the others we saw out on the water. Staff were great from start to finish.

We did snorkel/kayak tour and sunset food and drinks boat. Both were great!! Food was delicious! Captains Mitchell and Eric and crews were fantastic. Just one comment, in sunset cruise play better music, not a radio station. Music sets the tone of the experience and it would be much better with a playlist.

This was an amazing experience from the beginning to the end. The Captain Eric and his crew makes the atmosphere very relaxing which help's any person go snorkeling.Can't wait for my next excursion which well be very soon.I would recommend Sebago Watersport to everyone

I went on the parasailing trip with my husband on a visit to Key West. The experience was great! Unfortunately, I cannot remember the name of our crew, but I do remember the 2 young men being well informed, engaging and overall professional & pleasant. I would definitely recommend this company & purchasing the photo package for memories (especially if it is your first time). I also like that the boat was not packed, it made it easy to social distance. I also felt like we were in the air for so long. Overall, 5 star experience.

We did the basic sunset tour (the one without food). It was a great bargain, a nice boat with friendly staff and captains. The process was smooth and it was an enjoyable time. Also some of the other companies boats were blaring loud party music which is not our thing so we were happy to find our cruise had nice beach style music at a low volume making it an accent instead of the main feature. I would recommend Sebago.

I drove down from Miami with a friend and we had a wonderful time on board the Marquesa.

Highly recommend the Power Adventure tour. Took some of my family and we had a blast. We can't stop talking about our trip and are dying to come back. Affordable, great staff and wonderful experience. Can't beat that!

Great adventure. We went on an Appledore schooner to a sunset cruise. The boat is amazing. It has a nice old vibe, but is also very convenient to be on. The crew is very nice and they constantly offer you drinks. Anthony is a very friendly guy. Food is really great. They have good variety, and it s seriously delicious. We haven t tried drinks. My only wish is they would bring another round of the same food. The cruise itself is great. Amazing sunset views. It was warm in late September, so we didn t need our warm clothes. It s a little expensive, but it s worth it. Highly recommended. Great value for the price.

Went on the lands end sunset sail and it was great! The Flyer crew went above and beyond and even briught drink refills right to our seats. The appitizers were good and they have a well stocked bar. This company has it down and one of the best things is that the boat is not crowded like some other companies. They do not pack you on. I would definitely go again next time we are in key West!!

Booked the kayak and snorkeling trip on 7/22/19 on the pelican . Captain Morgan and her crew were amazing from start to finish. Me !my wife and my 10 year old daughter loved it. The breakfast was light and tasty , the kayak trip was fun and informative even though we ve never kayaked before in our lives they helped us out as it was me and my daughter. Lunch was super impressive with boiled shrimp, fried chicken, salads,build your own sandwiches, pasta salad, tuna salad, cookies, waters and soft drinks. The snorkeling was fun, saw fish, Coral and giant stingrays. Overall amazing trip. If you get a chance go online and book with them it was a blast.

What an amazing experience! We did snorkeling, I was the only one of around 40 pips who did not know the swimming, still they(Staff) helped me go in the water with confidence and also they explained the things to everyone. I should have remembered staff names because they all were awesome! I have their pics though :) I would definitely recommend who wants to experience snorkeling with friendly staff. They take you down south from Key west about an hour or so. We ve had quite a few colorful fishes that we could see.

This has been amazing. Took the 6 hour snorkeling and paddling tour today with food and drinks included for a great price. I wouldn't have it any other way. The crew of the Appledore Star was sooo professional and caring. They knew their boat, they knew a lot about the area at sea and land. The food was homemade, plenty and very good. Thanks to Russell, Katie, Antonio and Pac-Man for the great trip.

We had a great time with Emily Orla and Mitchell. They were very kind and accommodating. Would absolutely tell everyone to do the all day ting tour.

Took the sunset snorkel cruise with Captain Morgan and her crew. They were fantastic, took us out to a great snorkeling spot with lots of fish and stingray. On the way back, they made sure our cups were never empty. A nice size group too, we had about 15-20 people on our boat and it looked like some of the other companies had over 50 people crammed on their boats and in the water, so we had lots of room to move around. Great operation and next time I go back to Key West, I'll be sure to book with Sebago again.

My husband and I went on the all day excursion, including snorkeling, jet skies, parasailing, banana boat, and more. What an amazing day with an awesome crew! We thoroughly enjoyed our sunset cruise with a great crew. Evan, Brie and Kate were attentive, professional, informative and fun to be with. This excursion is one we will treasure as a highlight of our Key West vacation. The shrimp and veggies were delightful and plentiful as was the variety of libations. Steve assisted me with some efficient deals at Savage WaterSports. The spacious boat was beyond my expectations.. as well as the staff. Bill appeared to be a highly experienced boat captain, Jake s previous marines skills made me feel secure, and I am thankful Brian assisted me with my snorkeling gear. All this, and complimentary beer and wine!

Sebago Employees are so arrogant and they don t help even when your are in dangerous condition I don t choose them again because I don t want to risk my life again.The fury rides are far better than sebago. The fury guys will take care about you and they will help you in any dangerous condition.The employee s will also so friendly and good persons.

Sebago is an amazing tour and excursion service for Key West. We did the snorkelling tour and the sunset sailing tour and they were both phenomenal. The staff is amazing - friendly and informative, they prioritise safety and fun. The reef they took us to was awesome, there was a lot to see and a good amount of time to see it. The boat was awesome and the tour group size was ideal. The sunset sail was also fantastic. The food was amazing, so fresh and tasty, and out on board sever, Chad was a delight. Always made sure everyone had the latest round of hors d ouvres and their drinks were filled. The on land staff was also great. Very helpful and willing to accommodate last minute bookings whenever possible. I would 100% book anything they re offering next time I m back in key west.

The overall experience was absolutely awesome. I was planning my proposal and spoke with Tiffany over the phone and she was great at helping me set it all up. We ended up going on a sunset cruise on the Appledore V and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The crew was great and friendly, and the o'dourves made it even better.. We chosed "Do It All With Parasail ". That is All Day Watersports Adventure From 10am to 3:50pm. We stay at boat and play all of events, that's amazing! Food and serves are very good in boat. 15/10 Outstanding trip. Bethany, Jim and Jared were all so nice and welcoming. The food on the boat tasted fresh and exactly what we needed. There was so much to do on our trip and I was never bored. Jetskiing was easy and fun. Parasailing was unforgettable and the crew were just amazing. Definitely the highlight of my trip in Florida. Will be back again.

We couldn't see anything at all. Big waves and the water was cloudy. Friendly staff and the boat trip was nice but snorkling was a waste of time.

Very Very bad experience with the management!! They just want to steal the money. They were racist!! Our Experience: We were a group of 18 spent almost 3 Grand for the All day adventure package, we booked this ride on the very last minute and they asked me to show my ID after payment was made and my ID was left in my car which is parked 1 minute away and they didn't let me get it from the car for that reason they dint let me to ride Jet-ski. I have requested them to allow me to go to the car and get my ID and they were very rude and they said they wouldn't let me in the boat. Here my concern was, they know that we only have 15 mins left and they accepted our reservation and took the payment, they could have denied to take us on the boat initially. Most of the travel blogs recommend the Fury Adventures but I wanted to try Sebago, which was a very bad design. I strongly recommend Fury Adventures, they offer a good hospitality. All the equipment that Sebago uses are pretty old. The captain and crew on the boat were really friendly and they have given their best service

We had so much fun on the Power Adventure- it is such a great deal, everything you could possibly want to do related to water fun all packed into one package. The crew (Mitchell, Beth, and Capt. Jim) were AMAZING and made sure everyone was taken care of. If we are ever back in Key West we will definitely be back to Sebago!

Key West has its own charm. The staffs are friendly and you should like it. The food on the cruise is average. If you are a vegetarian then you might have limited options for food on the cruise as you will spend a long time in the ocean. Make sure you divide your time proportionally so that you get to enjoy all of the activities.

It's the very first time we went to Key West and decided to choose Sebago Island T'ing after going through reviews on Yelp, but the customer service was so disappointing with Ryan or Bryan and Shelby. I got motion sickness, so I sat or laid down all the time and watched around. The problem was that the crew didn't even come to ask if I was OK or needed something. I guess they assumed that I liked sleeping while traveling. The girl of the crew even looked mad and yelled at me when she knew that I threw up in the toilet, not on the sides of the boat to the water. The crew was seemingly nice, but I felt like they have an attitude with people whose mother language is not English or their English is not good. They had very little patience to explain, communicate, and interact with those people. Besides, they didn't care about our safety as much as they were supposed to. Also, the captain was so rude when trying to help a Korean lady who seemed to be not good at swimming and got mad at two 17-year-old boys when they accidentally let a noodle float away while swimming. No one should be treated like that. I brought some cash for tips as noted on Yelp but decided that they don't need my money.

They don t deserve even one star. They were late in departures. We only had time to try the parasail and 10 minutes of jet ski rides and then they served the lunch and start sailing without giving us the chance to try the other activities or even give us a heads up to know how much time left. When I asked one of the crew they said we took to much time doing the jet skies test even though we finished it before they start the activities, plus the agent who booked the tickets for us didn t tell us about the exam. And when we complained to the manager she tried to avoid us and let the front desk talk to us instead. I would go to the other agencies they are all close to each other. PS don t try to apologize because none of you really took our complaint seriously.

Hands down the best excursion in the area! The power adventure literally includes everything (all water sports, breakfast, lunch, beverages, snack, and open bar). It's a really good deal if you are trying to do a lot in a short amount of time. The staff at this company makes the trip so enjoyable and easy going. I highly recommend booking through this company versus the others! Better service and quality...

We took the snorkeling tour with Ryan and Robin. Everything was very well organized and they catered to all levels of snorkeling ability. Recommended!

Great tour to do in key west. Was $40 per person total trip was 3 hours. Would highly recommend it.

We go on snorkeling trips often, and this was one of the worst. The staff on board was nice, but that is the best I can say. 1st: the most overcrowded oversold boat I have ever seen. 2nd: the ridiculous hokey pokey forcing everyone up and down. Experienced people shouldn't be forced to attend lessons, and they need a better way to count their oversold boat passengers. If they need ideas on how to improve, go anywhere in the Caribbean.

Sunset Cruise was amazing. Open bar, food served was good. Capt. and crew we're very friendly. One of my favorite key West experiences.

I visted key west for second time thought of trying water sport again.....this is Worst experiance i vould imagine....No time management for events... Fury did excellent last time... 1.Did not even provide water to wash face after snorkling.... 2.Bananana boat is not at good... I would prefer fury over sebago from next time

We did the "Island Thin" package and it was an amazing experience. The captain Sweeney and the crew Alex & Emily were fantastic. Highly recommended! Tip: it's not as crowded as other companies/boats. So it's pretty good.

Sunset on the wooden schooner was awesome! Captain and first mate were very nice. We missed the sun setting due to clouds but the experience of snacks and drinks on a wooden boat at dusk on the ocean was very cool. There were only 10 guests so there was plenty of room to sit comfortably on deck too.

Very mass produced with the crew performing rehearsed stunts and jokes. Not funny to anyone really. When asked if their cooler had water for the passengers the crew replied "no - it's only for us as we stay here for 10 hours - am sure you can stay without water for an hour".... Either they are being over worked and then this isn't a good operation or they just have an attitude. Would not go to them again.

This is the third time we used Sebago at key west. We did sunset schooner sail with Appledore II in this recent visit. The experience is amazing! Definitely recommend it everyone who wants to do sunset sail.

We booked a reservation for the night before , the morning of one of kids came down with a fever, at this point we have no option but to look out for our children, called and let them know but they were rude and not very understanding. I would understand stand if they kept the deposit , but the full amount is a tough.

did the morning snorkel at the reef. this is a great deal, especially if you rarely get a chance to get out on the ocean. that being said, pretty crowded. our trip had 50, they said they cut it off at 75 i think. personally i prefer just a few people but obviously that gets more expensive.

Had a awesome trip today!!!! Everyone was very friendly and accommodating we went snorkeling and saw a big nurse shark! Then went out and rode jetskies and was pulled on a banana boat! My favorite was Parasailing!!!! I had never gone before and the gentlemen who ran the boat made me feel comfortable about doing it! They also took amazing pictures of us! They provided breakfast, lunch, beer and wine! It was a complete blast! Huge shout out to Joe, Beth, Matt, Nick, and Dom!! Had a wonderful time ! Highly recommend! !

We did the all day power adventure and I couldn't recommend it more. Despite it raining the first 2 hours we had a great time. Got to snorkel with an 8 ft shark and then ride jet skis and parasail. Captain Jim was the man and his crew was great as well. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an adventure!
