Hilton can have all the money they want! I love this beautiful place.

Great time at this hotel. Clean rooms with a good view. I suggest they tint their windows to help reducing confusion of baby turtles wandering towards the lights. However, it was nice to see the little hatchlings. We had a great day at the beach and they have lots of amenities for families. The service at the pool was the best, thanks Barbie. Also had good service at the outside bar.

Friendly staff, Nice and clean and as well as the location.

Outside is a little dated. Inside is nicer. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Water pressure in shower was amazing. Breakfast is over priced and nothing spectacular. Nice beach. Staff is nice. Only reason I m not giving a 5 star is because of the amount of dead cockroaches I ve seen in the stairwell and building.

Clean and comfortable rooms, responsive staff, pleasant decor. Would come again!

Great Beach beautiful facility and friendly service.

The room was nice although I requested a beachfront balcony room and ended up on the side of the building not exactly what I was looking to pay for... another thing that was a huge issue was the fact that they had one working washing machine for the entire building!! Not making it easy to be on the 7th floor and continue to check the availability of the one washer. Also the food at the restaurant was poor considering the high prices.

Exceptional hospitality and customer service. Great beachfront location. We stayed for our anniversary and couldn't be more pleased. Narissa is outstanding!

This hotel is OK...definetly not what you expect from a Hilton property. There is a real lack of channels in the room. No sports channels except ESPN...no NFL Network, no NBC Sports, no FS1. Weird that the rooms have a lack of USB ports as well to charge your phone. Little things that you expect from a property like a Hilton. The beach bar food is just OK. I would stay elsewhere.

Best hotel I have ever stayed at. Employee's are all the best. We go there every 3-4 months and it's nice where everyone knows your name.

The hotel was great. We didn't know about this place and to tell you truth sceptics before we got there but wow the beach amazing hotel great. The only thing to please please a guy parked his boat right at Hilton beach got loud music but what disturb me most the music ly6were very bad for children to listen . This only left little bit bad taste but just please don't let things like this on your beach .

All the shampoo, lotions were used when we checked in hotel. Breakfast sucks slow service/ they ran out of cereal. the only one left taste like cardboard - waitress.

Dirty, odors, gave me the wrong room that I paid it for....tried to contact them but no respond. The room service was nice. The food is expensive, it cold and dry.

This place is just GORGEOUS!!! We had a ladies event here and they provided amazing customer service. I'll need to go back to enjoy the beachfront view because that day it rained all day.

I enjoyed my stay. The staff at the front desk was very friendly. Breakfast was excellent. I was close to my favorite beach in Palm Beach County, which is the first beach I started going to when I moved to the area 9 years ago. I had an overall great experience. I loved it so much that I am considering having my beach wedding there. I hope that they keep up the good work.

Wonderful ,wonderful, fantastic Place absolutely wonderful, was on the fifth floor overlooking the pool had a wonderful room great views ,nice Hotel!!

We stayed for a night which we were a walk in. We were treated so nicely by the desk staff. We went to the beach, and eat at the Tiki Bar. The food was great and the bartenders were warm and friendly. I don't know what others had complained about but we did not pay for parking, and did not pay for Beach Chairs, Umbrellas or Towels at the Beach. The room was fine and clean. The view was from the side of the building, but we were downstairs most of our stay. The Beach is absolutely gorgeous can't picture getting much better anywhere. We would highly recommend this Hilton, as my Husband and I were very pleased.

I was absolutely thrilled to have planned a full weekend at your hotel. But, the massive amounts of people at the pool and beach, the lack of adequate parking, the pool that had been turned into an orgy like/toilet and the less than average pool bathroom that was disgustingly dirty, we're all less than desired. So, there's a Beach Club? You allow the locals to come and trash your resort and the guests that spend over $400 for two nights can't get a clean bathroom or a pool towel? So sad that I had high hopes for a fabulous weekend, but left early due to the exponential disappointments.

Nice beach location. Cleaning was OK, but just OK. Restaurant prices were very high, even for a resort.

Me and my wife came to the hilton for valentines weekend and we hsd a very nice time. The guys at the beach were wonderful especially a tall scottish guy called andrew was very helpful and remembered our name the 3 days we were their and he was available for every need and made our experience very nice and very memorable

It's an ok Hotel. There are better in the area. The rooms need updating and the bathroom water was yellow. Paying for parking is also a joke considering you are a guest. The resort fee is a rip off as well.

Gorgeous room with a balcony, beautiful uncrowded beaches (in May), friendly staff and very clean. The breakfast was included for me and it was solid (eggs, potatoes, bacon, sausage, bagels, toast, fruit, oatmeal, pastries etc). The coffee was good too. There is this cool guy with a hat who will setup your beach chair or Cabana on the beach.

Had an office party here, the event was excellent. The food and decor were spot on. Being right on the beach was just a bonus.

My family and I arrived on Thursday to this hotel with talks that it would be amazing stay, and unfortunately my experience has been rather difficult and unpleasant over all. From having to move to two different rooms because the hot water didn t work, to bugs in not one but both rooms on the bed and on the ceiling in the room that eventually made its way down to the lower part of the wall, to the employees being some what rather rude (MICHELLE) being the main one decided to close of the Pantry area and made it rather difficult to purchase anything. Being that I was in town for a family event I didn t want to make this a big deal but unfortunately I feel it s important to speak my mind and let people know that this hotel and the staff is rather racist and treat their guest horrible. Michelle told me that she closed off the pantry because black people were stealing..... mean while I felt like she was referring to my family members who were some African American and who others were of a lighter color. I took a picture of this because I didn t know that Hilton allowed them to close their pantry and make people feel uncomfortable to grab things and make the guest feel uncomfortable and her response was that they had guest earlier steal so they decided to close it, but that had nothing to do with my family and I so don t single us out. With that being said I don t think a NEWS CHANNEL or LAWYERS would approve of her behavior or how she represented Hilton hotel at all. This is a disgrace to the Hilton company nor do I appreciate this behavior and I don t recommend staying at this location let alone at any Hilton at all. Hilton should be boycotted ....especially this one, no hot water for two days!?!?! Wow you people should be ashamed of your selves!!! Worst experience ever !!!!

I loved to relax a few days.
Beautiful rooms more beautiful beach, with direct exit, and good offer of services.
The staff is very professional and the attention first.
If you come with a car, you are 10 minutes away from everything.

This hotel was a serious let down. I took pictures of the MANY issues and I'm disgusted by all of them. I stepped on a rusty staple, where they had stapled the curtains where they were falling apart. The shower was gross! Literally their was black mold and mildew growing on the calk underneath the shower handle. The housekeeping is s total joke. Your better off cleaning the room yourself. With the cost being what it is, I was very disappointed. The front desk, and the bartenders at the tiki bar were fantastic.

Great location ,very nice beach, rooms are ok did ask for a high floor but was stuck in 4th and they did not ask if we wanted to upgrade at check in even though it was a weekday and not busy. I dont think they read the comment section on reservations.

Great hotel. Good sized pool and Beach access of course. Partial ocean view from room.

This Hilton is poorly managed. Security didn t speak English, garbage and beer cans around the pool, gum on the floor. The rooms showed a lot of decay and wear especially in the shower. The landscaping around the pool is terrible to nonexistent. There is very little care given to the up keeping of the grounds. Other people at the pool were playing rap music from their portable speaker that was loud and filled with obscenities which was disgraceful since I was with my family and little kids. I ended up leaving the pool as a result. The security didn t reprimand the person playing the obscene music. Overall just a sub par establishment. I will not be staying here again. Nice views though.

Really nice Beach front bar with plenty of seating. Decent food and drinks priced as you would expect for a beach hotel.

Bartenders, birds, and beach towels....winter time on Singer Island. The Hilton is directly oceanfront with great location, atmosphere, and staff.

Great pool with hood beach access. Nice chill spot.

Splurge on the oceanfront rooms and call in advance to request at least 3rd floor or higher on the south corner (there's still construction on the North side, you'll want to be as far away as possible). ALL the staff has been very pleasant and professional, they'll even exchange text messages for feedback and requests. The guests this weekend are extremely happy (I believe most are going to DMB this weekend). Awesome vibe, will be returning many many times!

The beds were extremely comfortable. I think it was a Lil over priced. But I have a wonderful experience so overall it was worth the money.

The rooms are clean, yet outdated . The services are great and the location of the hotel next to the beach is awesome . The beach is only steps away from the hotel. We didn't spend a lot of time at the pool, it's really small but nicely maintained . There's a beach bar next to the pool , nice and the bartenders are awesome. The fitness room is nice with all the essentials . Most views are only partial to the ocean , and you want to be on the eastside for a better view. There's construction during the week, which can't be avoided but you can ask to be moved or not placed next to that building. I found staff to be very accommodating. Overall , we had a nice weekend getaway , the hotel is the smallest building on the strip , which allows for fewer people and makes it more intimate. Also , we opted to rent a car and eat off-site most nights . The $12 parking fee is reasonable, and there are so many great restaurants and shopping options just a few miles away . I'd recommend for a low key getaway with your significant other or kids .

Spent Thursday through Sunday and had a GREAT time!! Location was awesome, staff was awesome, facility was awesome. 100% recommend!!! Was there to drop our son off at college and it was our anniversary as well. They brought us a little gift bag and a complimentary mimosa at breakfast. Can't wait to go back!

My room views are marvelous. I see construction then I see construction. Front desk was no help.I asked for an upgrade but they are sold out.now my mother's day which I saved for a month to come here its crap.this hotel is crap.

This is one of our favorite places to stay for everything from weekend get-away to extended vacation. The hotel is fine, clean, comfortable and well equipped to provide the oceanside retreat we need. The service is outstanding across the spectrum of services, and the food is varied and delicious - always! We come here 2-4 times every year. Excellent!

Bar staff is totally rude!!! My drink was not what I ordered!!! They have no time for an order for unless it's beer! No work there! They boast a great restaurant for dinner??? Been sitting here for 35 mins before someone even acknowledged my party of 9! We sat ourselves, we had to put our tables together & clean them. Will order pizza, maybe! They don't deserve the money that they can make off a party o 9!!! Half hour later,guy come back tells me restaurant is now closed! What??? Definely GO somewhere else!! Sad:(

Just not ethical to charge for parking and for resort fee. Total of over 40 dollars. A scam to charge visitors for a lame pool and parking which is part of the building. Just another way to stuff consumers and for a 3 star hotel max.

Beautiful beach, great Hotel, great price, great amenities! Love the fact that they clearly share what the resort fees are for. Included with your resort fee daily: two beach chairs, beach umbrella, 1 hour of bicycle rentals (up to 2 people), 1 hour of non motorized water sports equipment, internet access, 2 bottles of water . The Hotel is well maintained and very comfortable... Oh I forgot to mention the towels! I am a large dude and always felt like I was wrapping a facecloth around my waist in other hotels, but not this place this is full body towel. It s amazing!

Very helpful and friendly staff, very accomodating in our requests. Hotel itself is comfortable, definitely nothing special but cozy, clean, and very welcoming.

Just had a few drinks at the bar, nice place. Was less "resort-y" than the Marriott hotel next door (which I have stayed at too). I mean that in a literal way, if you're looking for a vacation resort, next door might be better, but if you're looking for a nice stay with the beach that's more reasonable in cost, this is better.

Lackadaisical Customer Service at the front desk. Out of the three times I called, only one stated their name. Beach chair service staff were friendly but don't assume them to be setup and ready until an hour after starting time. Noisy door closers so expect a boom when the neighbors shut the door at 1am. Beach side balcony partitions have huge gaps so the adjacent rooms can can see or walk over. Left a message twice for Sandra in room service to contact me about a lost item, still no response after a week.

Great location and value. Breakfast buffet and they offer dinner service. Nice beach area and close to several other restaurants. Rooms clean and most have a view.

I was very impressed. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The beach is lovely and the rooms were spotless. All around excellent!

I travel on avg 40 weeks per year and am a Hilton Diamond Member - this former Holiday Inn is a by no means a resort but a business hotel that just happens to be located on the beach. It does not meet Hilton's standards and the service leaves something to be desired. Don't expect a server to wait on you poolside or on the beach and the menu is so limited that if you are looking for a decent meal try the Marriott next door or Subway down the street.

Not a bad view...hotel was nice, friendly staff, clean, accommodating.
