Parking was $12, resort fee was $22 plus tax. The fee included WiFi. Construction was next door. Overall the room was clean. Check in and out was very quick. Customer service was great. For the location it was ok. All hotels nearby were much more expensive than this one.

The bathrooms are too small for more than 2 people. The beach access more than makes up for this. There is a nice rock formation on the beach next to the hotel which provides great opportunities to see fish while snorkeling. Nice pool and poolside bar. Great breakfast buffet.
The good: voucher given for great crab cake at their beachfront bar, good location right on beach, not across a street like some other 'beachfront' places. Big heated pool. The negative was the day I left eight cars were broken into, thankfully not mine.
They make a good cup of coffee. Rooms are small but can't beat the location.
Nice hotel. All was fine until check out. Extrememly confusing invoice Fees, additional taxes, held fees, etc. asked for expaination and manager kept going round and round about it. Be sure to get full understanding at check in!
Friendly staff and nice rooms, however it seems like there are a lot of hidden charges that can add up. $12 for parking, $15 for the continental breakfast buffet, another $5 if you want hot food, etc. The beach and pool were lovely
One of the worst hotel I ve ever been into , we went their for two night , we make reservation over the phone for three adults one room , we arrived really late , we were really tired after 23 hours of driving just needed to have rest and sleep , the guy at the reception for the first night said there is only two beds in a room , we explained to him that we made reservation for three adults , they guy had no clue how to help us or what to do they even didn t had extra mattress ,eventually we went to the room and one of us slept on the floor , The second day we speak to the reception again a nice lady said talk to the lady over there she is the manager she can help you , we speak to her she was really rude as said you guys saw the picture there was only two beds in it ,OMG , really rude manager and very bad service , I was really shocked the way she speak to us , felt really bad , eventually I had to sleep at the floor again , the second morning felt more tired was unable to drive to our next stop , I think they should offered better service as a Hilton hotel brand , I paid allot of money for two nights i wouldn t mind to pay more for better service , I will never go back there and will not recommend this hotel to any of my friends or family
Beautiful beach. Very secluded. There's only a handful of restaurants in the area. The rooms and bathrooms were nice and the beds were comfy. The pool and patio were lively. The patio bar was busy every night. The breakfast buffet was delicious but a little on the pricey side. You have travel a bit to get to shopping areas and real restaurants. Unfortunately there was a storm brewing off the coast while we were there so there was a ton of seaweed on the beach which prohibited us from swimming. Hotel staff were pleasant. There's a resort fee for this hotel. It technically should have been waived since we were unable to use the beach due to the weather for several days during our stay. There's additional fees for parking, as I stated earlier the resort fee, breakfast fee, etc.
The hotel was great. It was a nice get away even though Alberto tried to put a damper on our plans. The hotel and staff were great! We loved it and will return.

I absolutely love the staff from all areas. They were kind, attentive, and always there when you needed them. There was a rude guest to one of the employees and the staff member stayed call, did not react negatively in anyway. He was kind and tried his very best to fix any issue. The hotel was very clean and smelled very nice. The bed is nothing like my bed at home and in very picky what hotels I go to because of that. These beds were amazing not too soft and but no where near hard like most of these other places. OMG the pillows!!!! I had the best experience. The only thing I would add would have been a more organized valet and better wifi.
Clean property and rooms. Amenities are great and just what you would expect from beach resort. Restaurants are a bit pricey and make sure to expect the resort fee on top of your room rate.

My husband and I always wanted to get married on the beach. We live in North Dakota, so when we were searching for venues, we were depending solely on what we found online. When we found pictures and reviews of the Hilton Singer Island, we were instantly hooked. Everyone said how great their service was, and it s 100% true! We had 90 guests all from out of state staying at the hotel. The beach, bar, and hotel staff were so accommodating and helpful to all our guests. The food at the hotel was excellent, along with the cocktails. Working with Kelly was a dream come true. She made everything so easy and stress free, and she was so kind and friendly! We held our rehearsal dinner in the Cove at the hotel. Our guests loved the coziness of the space. Our banquet staff and bartender were so friendly to our guests. The Caribbean buffet was incredibly delicious. The night of our wedding, we had the ceremony on the beach. It was so beautiful with such easy access for our guests. We then had the cocktail hour and the dinner/dance in the Pavilion. The venue was so naturally beautiful with the views and ocean breeze. The staff at the dinner was so friendly and the service was all around excellent. We would highly recommend the Hilton Singer Island for anyone looking for an intimate beach wedding that it right on the beach!
This is an old hotel with almost no upgrades and very high rates. Much better hotels in the area with better food, service and views.
We love this resort. Right in the beach and it has a pool and hot tub. You can ride bikes. I definitely recommend it.
Not too crowded. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The private beach is clean and well kept. The bar is fun and has good food. The rooms are top notch.

If you take the trip as a whole experience. You would think that if you are staying there parking would be FREE
........ But no it is not!!! ...., And the food is at best mediocre or poor as I asked several other guests here staying as well they said the same thing. The food is good if you are 12 years old.

We booked at the last minute due to some changes in our plans and we were completely blown away. The place was clean and the staff super friendly. They were always asking if we needed anything and were incredibly polite. We booked thru Expedia and got the resort package included. It includes two chairs and an umbrella daily. We will definitely return! Thanks for a great experience!

Beautiful oceanfront, family friendly resort. I chose my room and did E Checkin the day before check in. When I recieved my courtesy text the next morning, I requested an upgrade and early checkin. I was told there was no guarantee to either. But early afternoon, prior to check in, I received another text stating they had upgraded us to a corner oceanfront room! My expectations were greatly exceeded. From the front desk, to the hard working breach staff everyone was helpful, polite, and friendly. I will be back again and recommend this resort to all.
Views were fantastic i was lied to about there not being anymore charges sent to my credit card and there was when i specifically asked was there anything else they said no and i was charged i was lied to....

Nice clean rooms. The usual amazingly comfortable Hilton bed. Love the beach chairs and umbrellas. We had a very nice stay and would love to come back again. My only criticism is the drinks at the bar. The mojito was ok and the strawberry daiquiri was not good. Was looking forward to some good tropical vacation cocktails.

We had a great ocean and pool view. Friendly good service. Outside restaurant was super good. The water for the toilets and bath were very yellow-green and was gross. The pool was nice and clean and the beach entrance was wonderful.

Booked through a 3rd party, had to change my vacation date, and the hotel does not offer rain checks. I did not want a refund, I understand that I made a commitment, but many hotels offer one. I am very disappointed. Will never book at a Hilton, not worth the risk.
This hotel is certainly worth it. From a nice pool, Jacuzzi, and having the beach with a stone's toss is great. The 24 hour gym is spectacular. Most notable to me is how fantastic the tv in my room is. I mean I think this is a 50 inch. Certainly would consider coming back and enjoying ano ther stay.

Fantastic Hotel on the Ocean. Room rates are really reasonable considering how close you are to the ocean. The bar is a nice place for a drink even if you aren't staying here. The rooms are a good size, but nothing massive. The X00 and X01 rooms are great. They have side balconies and balconies with tables overlooking the intercostal. The staff is super nice and always helpful.
