Great location and value. Breakfast buffet and they offer dinner service. Nice beach area and close to several other restaurants. Rooms clean and most have a view.

Great place. Right on beach. Pool could be bigger but quite nice.
I was very impressed. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The beach is lovely and the rooms were spotless. All around excellent!
I travel on avg 40 weeks per year and am a Hilton Diamond Member - this former Holiday Inn is a by no means a resort but a business hotel that just happens to be located on the beach. It does not meet Hilton's standards and the service leaves something to be desired. Don't expect a server to wait on you poolside or on the beach and the menu is so limited that if you are looking for a decent meal try the Marriott next door or Subway down the street.
Not a bad view...hotel was nice, friendly staff, clean, accommodating.
very nice staff , free parking, nice pool and the rooms are nice ! they provide free beach kits if you ask with chairs and beach umprella!!the beaches are not far and gorgeous !!
Good personal , Friendly People , Excellent Housekeeping the hotel got my recommendation I be back in July
too crowded in parking lot, too crowded in pool, somewhat ok food service
The rooms were big and clean and had views of the beach from the window and/or balcony. The pool was nice and had comfortable sitting and laying options. Overall a nice place by the beach for the family.
Great place right on the beach especially during turtle season. I love the rooms on the ocean you can have coffee watching the sunrise.
Very nice. Up to date. Clean. Excellent staff. Right on the beach. Very comfortable beds. Excellent!
A hotel that probably is fine in the Summer months, we stayed just after New Years, and the staff were both tired, unaware, and almost asleep.Try another location .
It is not clear to me how this property commands the price per night charged. Rooms are not remarkable - though bed was very comfortable. Room actually felt rather cramped. Bathroom was clean, but again - nothing fancy. Food at on-premise restaurant was mediocre and overpriced. Drinks such as beer and sparkling water are served in plastic cups regardless of where one is dining (indoors or outdoors). Apart from the environmental impacts of this bad decision, I feel like $300+ dollars a night should afford one an actual glass to drink from. Overall, I was underwhelmed and unimpressed by this hotel.
The hotel is getting quite old and dated, but it gets the job done. It's one of the few actual hotels on this strip, a lot of the other properties are condos only.
We had my daughters wedding here on the beach!!!! It was amazing and Kelly is the best!!!
I love this place. Quaint, beautiful, not overcrowded like the big fat Marriott next door. Much more chill esperience here. Would recommend.
Beautiful hotel right on the beach. Very friendly staff. Only complaint is the bacon at breakfast tends to be over cooked.
The pros.
Very good food, The ocean view, The sound of the ocean that close when you have the deck door slightly opened waking up in the morning. Very Clean, Spacious, great walks on the beach day and night.
The Cons.
Not much going on at singer island, windy.
If you have children**** beach is amazing but waves are huge.
Lion Country Safari Loxahatchee, FL. is a must** coupons at hotel, so much fun. loggerhead marine life is free and also pretty fun. enjoy!
Very outdated and dirty! $350 per night plus $31 resort fee is ok for a REAL Hilton but this place is not even close. Except for the location a Super 8 would be comparable. Just because it is a Hilton I booked it, my fault I didn t check it out .
This hotel and resort is top notch! The beachfront is fantastic and all rooms have balconies with a view of the Atlantic ocean.
This Hotel is a must stay when visiting singer island! I absolutely loved my stay. the rooms were Very spacious and clean! all the staff were very kind! Shaun in the Kitchen and Shannon at the front desk really made me feel welcomed. they always have a pleasant smile on their face and answered all my questions. PERK ALERT * comp Breakfast as a gold member and it was AMAZING. I am planning on visiting this location next year!!
Hello, my experience was two days that I spent there in the hotel and we had both cloudy days with a lot of wind and I didn't have enough to be on the beach, since I have my 4 year old baby. the hotel very quiet and the super fast elevators. and the beds and pillows super comfortable.
My husband and I rented an oceanfront king-size room for our 13 year wedding anniversary on July 17th. We checked in and went on the patio for about 20 minutes, then we decided to go to the beach. We came back to the room a little while later to get something and realized that there was a bar on our patio door so that we could not go on the balcony. We were so disappointed! When we went downstairs to the desk, they let us move into another room, but we wanted the oceanfront room because that's what we ordered for our anniversary! We still had to pay for the other room! The other room should've been free since it was not tge room we wanteTd at all! They gave us a $25 credit to the gift shop and a free desert for our anniversary, but that does not make up for our anniversary being ruined!! We were devastated!
Very nice hotel. My 20 year high school reunion was held here and it was wonderful. I would definitely come back.
I called Hilton's hotline number that was on THEIR site to make a reservation, after telling the employee the company that I work for and asked them to apply the discount that we receive (because I was informed we get a really good one), the employee said he already gave me a better discount and also informed me that ALL hotel fees were included. These fees totaled over $127 and then I was charged another $50 in fees after checking in. I purposely went to their site instead of one of the tripadvisor ones because it wasn't giving me what I wanted. I found out after the fact that I received a 60% discount from my company and NO fees were included when the employee said ALL the fees are included. I ended up paying over $530 for a room that should have cost me around $250-300 (probably excluding fees). The room and bathroom were not clean, there were 4 tissues and no back up rolls of toilet paper. The TV had only a few channels unless you buy them. The lawn chairs were all broken AND you have to pay for parking on top of a room, the reservation said that I should have gotten 2 complimentary drinks but when I called the front desk they told me no so I showed them and they still told me no even though they agreed it said that on the reservation. I have been going here since I was a kid, I have had a few friends get married at this location and the only good part about the hotel was how kind and polite the bellhop was. Other than that, it was NOT worth the money at all.
We just stayed at the Hilton in Singer Island and was very disappointed in the hotel. Like another reviewer said the chairs at the beach were so uncomfortable and outdated. What bothers me is I paid $500 a night by the time I paid all the taxes and fees and felt like I was staying at a 2 star hotel. ( I gave it 3 stars cause the staff was very nice.) The paint is all peeling off the back of the building that faces the beach and the pool area needs a make over! I could not close my bathroom door unless I gave it a hard push, the plugs kept falling out of the outlets,
tv was small and the carpets need to be replaced. First time staying at Hilton and could be my last.
Wooo I love this very beautiful and cozy place. I recommend it 100%
Great venue for meetings. Bar had good service and tapas.
We only booked this room for one night- thank goodness. I felt that in this pandemic, extra steps would be taken to ensure the room and the hotel was clean. This was not the case. The hotel room did not seem clean when we walked in. I also did not see anyone cleaning elevator walls or elevator buttons periodically. The door to go outside to the pool/beach was not an automatic door and you could see all the hand prints on the glass window. I did not see anyone actively wiping down the door handles or door. The public bathroom downstairs near the lobby had only one working sink out of four and the water to wash your hands was not hot. Cold water only.
The beach itself was beautiful and the sand was clean- water blue and clear. That is the only positive thing about this hotel- it is right on the beach. The hotel charges you for one umbrella and two chairs for the beach. The beach chairs looked super gross and not clean. I would strongly recommend those beach chairs be tossed out and new ones be purchased. They were all moldy on the wood and the fabric was worn.
I brought my own beach chair and the attendant working the beach chairs and umbrella said I wasn't allowed to bring my own personal chair. I told him I felt better and safer from germs using my own chair. To that, he said he would let it "slide this time".
Also you receive a pool towel card. Keep in mind, its me, my husband, and 4 kids. They only allow 2 pool towels with the card at a time. So only two of my kids got to dry off. They had to share towels. This is again, unsanitary. My suggestion is to bring your own towels.
I think for the Hilton, I did expect better and more upscale amenities. If you are looking for a hotel on the beach and you don't care about germs amidst a pandemic, then this is the hotel for you! I would not book here again.
Nice setting but. Dog feces on beach. Beach staff hovered after setting up chairs for a tip. Bar restaurant staff very nice. We were early for check in and waited for a room but we're never called when it was ready. Had to ask 3 times to get an answer.
The Hilton Singer Island offers ocean side comfortable and clean accommodations with a view.
Had an amazing experience everyone was so nice. Food was really good too. Free day on the beach room was clean had an awesome view from balcony.
We love the Hilton! Come let My Islands Adventure charter fishing and snorkeling with Captain Tim Hoban extend your Singer Island experience.

Nice location on the beach. 10+ cars broken into when I stayed. Do not leave stuff in your car.
Excellent hibachi dinner. Chicken, steak, shrimp and scallops! All great!
NEVER AGAIN! What a complete mess this turned into trying to stay at this hotel. Not only did I pay for a room that we did not stay in because of all of the blood on the bed sheets and the thick layer of hair and dirt stuck in the soap scum filled sink but also have been charged over $350.00 in fraudulent charges that both managers seem to say we're mine simply because the tab was signed.. I have been fighting for 4 days now and the only help I have had is from a sweet girl named Ethel in accounting.. Never have I left a bad review but I am so completely disappointed in this hotel that I feel that everyone should at least pay close attention to where your card is used and pray that you didn't have the same cleaning crew I did.. Management is of no help and there are hidden fees in hotel & parking in addition to the incidentals charge. Good luck if you choose this hotel.
I love this place the best place to stay nothing like waking up on beach
Attended a wedding at the Hilton, it was lovely. Things ran smoothly. Staff was very nice and knew what they were doing.
horrible experience....rooms are dirty and have moldy odor.cracked tiles in shower and everything here outdated.trash in elevator and carpets badly soiled. overpriced .staff at front desk not very friendly or helpful .Extremely disappointing experience.
The view is great, the sound of the ocean is amazing, but the facility is tired and desperately needs some rennovation. It lacks the resort in the name Resort. Beware, they do charge a "Resort Fee" on top of the room and taxes.
My wife and I have been staying here every summer for the past four years. It is one of our favorite hotels in the world as far as service, room cleanliness, hotel amenities, and beach location. If you're looking for a remote, relaxing beachfront stay in South FL away from the crowds, this is a no brainer!
Amazing hotel, whit amazing people. The pool water is so warm. The front desk ladies are amazing and bellstaff super helpful and knowledgeable! Will definitely go back
Stayed here on business for year end meetings. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Comfortable bed. Nice access to the beach. Good restaurant. Good bar with great view.
Great stay with the family in spring break. The service was perfect and the rooms looked like recently renovated. Very beautiful beach. Special thanks to Alexa and the guys at the becha for being so helpful. Lauren and Melody have been great in our last stay
Extremely nice place with access to the beach. We spent full day on the beach. Beach towels and an umbrella with 2 chairs also provided. Clean rooms and good service.
On the ocean. Great casual food and top notch service.
Great all around service. Amazing food and outside bar.
Beautiful rooms in amazing view right on the beach and great extras with the hotel stay
It's my second time here and I really enjoyed it very much that time. Now, not that much. Considering this Covid19 issue, the facility did not seem clean enough, it could have been better. Beach access was great nevertheless
Awesome service, really kind people. A little outdated decor, but the smiles made for a welcome distraction. My HH membership did not appear to hold any significance.
I have to say this Hotel is amazing, the staff are so customer service oriented, always greeting me and my family at all times. The room is very clean and spacious with very nice view to the ocean. The staff from the bell boy who took my lugage up to the room, to check in personnel, the pool attendant that handle towels amazing girl alway with a smile in her face, the tiki bar drinks amazing the best that I have had, the restaurant staff amazing people. The pool area very clean, also they have a kids pool very convenient for my three daughters they enjoyed our 4 night stay to the fullest. The beach gentlemen that sets up the umbrellas and chair super attentive amazing person. The breakfast was great buffet style if preferred. Happy hour is amazing their smoke fish dip and queso dip exquisite. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that is looking for an enjoyable vacation with Great service and amazing food.
Quite area, staff nice and helpfull. Beautiful beach .
First time staying at this hotel but I probably wouldn t stay again. Marriott is much better. The staff was very friendly. But my issues were the bathroom in the room was extremely small, it didn t even have a bath tub. We had a ocean front view which we enjoyed. The room didn t have a microwave which was very inconvenient as I have a 4 year old I brought left overs for and he couldn t even eat them. The hotels restaurant had literally like 10 items total on the menu and was ridiculously overpriced for the food. The waitress also sucked and tended to us one time as we were eating. So we had to refill our drinks ourselves. Overall the beach was the best part and worth it all but I would take my stay elsewhere next time.
Nice facility. Very friendly staff. Enjoyed a wonderful event with friends and family.
My home for 2 months. Hidden gem. But watch out for mandatory surprise hotel fees
This is place is WAY overpriced for what you get. We like staying at nice hotels and based on the pictures this looked nice. The location was the only positive, which is why I gave it 2 stars. The sink drain came loose, the hook on the back of the door fell off every time we tried to "conserve" and save our towels for the next day. The hotel needs to be updated and minor things like drain spouts and towel hooks to work. Very disappointed.
Economic hotel. small rooms. It's old but it complies with the basics
Prices for a beach front hotel were great! (November). Nice room with a fridge. Balcony overlooking the pool and beach. I was sad to see a lot of small trash on the beach. Hopefully it s because storms washed it up but will be cleaned up. Hot tub was lovely.
I travel for my job and since I've found the Singer Island Hilton I won't stay anywhere else. Natalia and Helen are wonderful at the front desk and are always ready to help. Randy is a blast at the bar as well as Joe the Lawyer. The cleaning staff is prompt and thorough. It is family friendly. The views and beach access are fantastic.
I left an item or two behind on my travels and they were promptly sent back to me.
The one negative I have is the room service food quality isn't as great as ordering from the restaurant but it's more fun to go down there anyway.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
They have a huge private parking lot, but charge $12 a day to park
Very nice and attentive staff. Would give 5 stars but the kitchen has gone down hill in recent years.
Loved the bar...rooms are beautiful. Good food and the view was exceptional.
For the price of the room I was not impressed. Both the sink and tub stoppers kept getting stuck down and when the tub filled while running the shower the water was GREEN!!!!! I tried calling guest services and the phone just rang for two minutes before I just hung up and went all the way down to the lobby! The only great thing about this resort are the hospitality staff (not front desk staff). Barbie at the pool was absolutely amazing and the gentlemen getting beach chairs for everyone were extremely friendly and made you feel welcome!! Overall it s ok as far as the rooms go but I certainly was not impressed considering this is a Hilton and a resort :-(
Been visiting and staying for years. Smaller property on a great beach. Easy access to all area attractions. Service is top notch.
Great place. I'm doing work up there and they treat me awesome.
Generally clean. $34 per person resort fee is stupid. Hotel is generally clean, people are friendly but far from a resort unless you typically stay at Motel 6. No problem and five for 1 night. Definitely not 4 star.
We had a wonderful time. Since the first moment Nicole on the front desk made us feel specials. Bed room was so comfy! And the breakfast was outstanding. The hotel is small but really cozy. We really loved it.
This hotel has courteous, friendly staff. The beds are amazing! You will sleep well and the mobile check in and digital key is nice. Other parts of the hotel are a bit dated.
My concern was around the other guests. Some families and many loud people. Several guests walking around barefoot. They walk from the pool and beach through the dining area to get back to the elevators and it seemed unsanitary.
The beachfront is beautiful, pool is quite clean, and it has good (walking) access to beach shops and bars. 3rd party equipment rentals are directly on the beach behind the hotel. Breakfast buffet is comprehensive and pricier but only average.
