When driving up the first sight is they are doing work on the outside of hotel, ok every place on the ocean needs to be painted often, we went in and they should be doing work there too. It is definitely dated, has a musty smell to lobby but we were exhausted and just wanted to sleep. Our 1st room was on 2nd floor with a view of a wall, after having to argue we ended up on the 7th floor which has a better view but still not quite worth the price because the room is dated. If you're coming to watch TV the king room does have an ENORMOUS one, along with a mini fridge, coffee maker, and roomy closet. There was a neat chair for 2 I sat in watching the ocean while drinking coffee because the porch is standing room only. We enjoyed the beach which is right out the pool area, they have a towel service and chairs which are included in their resort fee along with a nonmotorized rental. (kayak or paddleboard) There is also a parking fee.

It a very very VERY dated hotel. I bet they've been milking that hotel for ever, just because of it's location it still has some business.
They gave us a drink ticket each, which we could use at the bar outside, but you had to spend there good 20 minutes, trying to attract those ladies-bartenders attention and to get your drink.
That whatever-it's-name bar is the worst. Beverage choice is very limited, 5 standard cheap white and red wines. The menu and food are REALLY BAD!! There were 3 parties sitting at the bar including us, all of us found food disgusting. I finished my tasteless humus, but the couple next to us sent it back, my seafood pasta looked like gross soupy something with tiny shrimps, definitely not scallops and no lobster at all! A poor teenager girl from the 3rd party really tried to do her best to finish her soup.To our great surprise she went through a half of it.

I will start off by saying the views at the hotel are absolutely amazing!!! I usually stay at The Marriott, but wanted to experience this hotel. Not all of the staff members were welcoming. My room was not 100% clean. The sheets had stains as did the shower curtain. The tub was not well cleaned. I didn t have a full roll of toilet paper. I had to hunt down a house keeper to get another roll on Day 2. Be mindful the hotel is reopening from COVID. Your room will not be cleaned daily. My trash was overflowing as a result. I also did not have hot water on Day 2 or the day I checked out. Overall the room and cleanliness was 5/10. The staff 8/10. Not bad. I m sure they have a lot of stress being present during a pandemic. The views on the property 10/10. Access to the beach was amazing. I met some wonderful people there. Very close to local restaurants.
I don t think I will stay here again.

This full service hotel was amazing. The staff was very accommodating to any needs we had and Tracey at the front desk was more than helpful on multiple occasions. I loved our balcony and our bed was exceptionally comfortable. Pillows were comfortable as well. But the top notch for me had to be the shower. Ohhh man!!! I will come stay here again just for the shower. It's bright and the water stays nice and hot forever and the shower head is truly the star of that show. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Everyone was friendly when we arrived and checked in. Had a partial ocean view that was beautiful. Wanted a full ocean view, but none available.
Sadly, there was a leak in the light fixture in the shower so we had to move to another room. Still had a partial ocean view, but not as pretty and the hotel gave us two extra complimentary drinks at the bar and two breakfast vouchers for the inconvenience. That was very nice of them, but I think since I first requested a full ocean view, they would have let us move into one of those rooms.
Besides the view not being as nice, our neighbors thought it was a good idea to let their herd of kids run up and down the halls, all hours of the night, yelling and screaming. I got tired calling down to the front desk to complain.
Overall, the hotel was beautiful inside and the rooms were nice and beds were comfortable.

It was okay. The lobby is nice, clean, & open. Once you get up the elevator to the rooms, the hallways and rooms smell very musty, like it must've had a water problem where the smell lingered. It was like that the whole time we were there. The room was clean and adequate. The bathroom had some damage to it. We ate in the onsite restaurant a few times for convenience and the food was fine, nothing special but ok. One of the problems is that they advertise this as a resort and it is not, so perhaps that sets up unrealistic expectations. It is a hotel that is--other than the musty smell--a pretty good place to stay. It serves the purpose of being a place to sleep, but it is not a resort and they do need to address the musty smell issues.

Terrible u get charged for everything here. Take shallow breaths u get charged for the air as well. We was told our stay would be 130.007 per night until we got here for check in and our bill went from 260.00 to 383.00. I'm mean seriously who charges their guests to park in the motel parking lot. Idk where I'm from parking is included. Crazyness!!!!

Everything is right for a first class stay...except service and attention to detail that would have had a huge impact. Several things stick out in my mind that truly brought the experience down, however, having to call down to room service 2 hours after my ammenities were to be delivered ranks at the top of my list. Great place and location, excellent rooms and facilities, but someone in management really needs to go over the service aspect with a fine toothed comb or repeat business and reputation will suffer.

Came for vacation in Palm Beach and wanted a hotel with direct access to the beach and Hilton was most affordable with good reviews overall. Room was clean, but view isn't great. Partial island view room with double beds shows a bit of beach but mostly apartment buildings facing directly across from us. The first night we arrived late and decided to grab food at the hotel restaurant/bar. Our server Matt was great and food was decent, good size too. We went to the beach the next day and the employee brought chairs out to an already set-up umbrella, great. Pool area is underwhelming, could be updated. Later we wanted to rent bikes (1 hour of bike riding included in the daily resort fee) so we went to the hut next to the pool to get them. No one there so my husband went to ask the beach chair guy and he said he'd bring them to the lobby in fifteen minutes. The beach/pool area seems pretty understaffed as there were no towels at the hut and no one to refill them or clean up the dirty ones. The guy brought the bikes to the lobby and they were pretty banged up. Mine was rusted with semi-flat tires and my husband's wasn't too well pumped either. Need to be updated for sure. The hotel overall is nice and I would consider coming back for the price but it definitely needs some updates.

This hilton is in a great location. You can walk to local food/bars. It is just down the road from Sailfish Marina if you want to get a great fishing charter. The food has gotten significantly better and the staff is awesome. I have stayed here a lot over the last few years and have come to think of it as a home away from home.

While the staff was very friendly and helpful, the restaurant was very pricat, but the food was not worth price. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Overall, the resort for a non-smokers they would love it.

However as a cigar smoker, I had two options; to stand in front of the resort or sit in one of two chairs by the beach access. The chairs of shame. Both were completely unexpectable. The average cigar takes at least an hour to smoke. So, standing in front was not going to happen. The two chairs of shame had everyone who wanted to access the beach walk by complaining about the smoke.

This was ridiculous. Also, I enjoy drinking Scotch with my cigar, but there was no table to place my glass. This was a of revenue for the resort since I refused put myself through it. Had they had proper smoking section, I would have bought several glasses of Scotch throughout the night until I finished my cigar.

My wife and I scouted around the around the pool and bar area. They clearly had several areas that could have accommodated smokers and they would have increased their revenues.

As much as we like enjoy the resort, next time we are in the area, we will look for a more cigar-friendly resort.

The only really great thing about this hotel is it...

The only really great thing about this hotel is its head bellman, Mark. He is always willing to help, goes out of his way to please guests, and seems to be the only one at that hotel able to solve a problem. He should get a raise and a promotion immediately. Thank you, Mark!

The downside is that the rooms are extremely small and DO NOT have balconies as advertised--only little step outs (that you can't smoke on) with no view. 90% of the rooms face other buildings and have a view of ugly roofs with antennas, etc. on them. They show pictures of the oceanfront rooms online with full balconies and a view of the ocean, but those rooms are premium priced and they only have 8 or so in the whole hotel. Apparently Hilton bought the property from Holiday Inn (old, old) and renovated it. They obviously spent most of their reno budget on the lobby area, which is beautiful. There is a nice restaurant, but the prices are really out of line. Breakfast even though it says $14 each on the in-room information, costs $17.99 each and dinners start at about $25. They have a captive audience because there are no eating places on Singer Island. To go to a restaurant, you have to go back over the bridge, onto A1A and up the highway, driving for about 15 minutes. If you take children, be sure to take food.

My teen grandkids enjoyed the exercise gym and it was nice, offering ice water and tvs. The cable went out while we were there and their WIFI goes in and out. My grandson even had problems with cell phone reception. One of their two sets of elevators was broken and being worked on the 2 days we were there, so weight time during prime hours was long.

The beach is beautiful and lots of seashells for kiddos to pick up.

This is one of the best hotels we stayed in. Room was perfect with a sitting area with a couch. The room was very, very clean and modern. The staff at the front desk was very friendly, helpful and professional. They even gave us a bottle of water for being a Choice Hotel member. The lobby was nice and clean. Breakfast area was large. There were several kitchen staff members constantly monitoring the breakfast items. There was plenty for everyone, including tons of bacon. I definitely would stay at this hotel again.

It's ok, not bad, not thrilling.
Shout out to very strong and yummy cocktails on the beach/bar/pool
Good beach, nice pool, they have a hot tub which is always nice
They give you 1 hour a day of unmotorized activity (like bike rental) - we enjoyed a stroll to the nearest state park (15 min cycling to get there)
We had some billing issues and they fixed it kindly :)

The staff are the best part! But the housekeeping needs some improvement. Anything above 5 feet high was suuuuuuper-deep down dirty. Walk through the lobby / dining room and you'll see what I mean. The dining room has hanging big round glass ball lighting that has a crust of dirt on it that looks like Pittsburg before the EPA stepped in. We passed on the food there - who knows what the kitchen looks like....

Great hotel. Easy walk to beach.

Great hotel. Easy walk to beach.
They will nickles and dime you to death. Parking fee is per day. Need a luggage cart, another charge. On site restaurant has great quality food. Prices range from $15-$30 per person per meal. Drinks at the tiki bar are $10 and up. Each.

Each room has a small fridge, so bring your own drinks and food to save money. You are given a $25 voucher for breakfast, a free hour of non motorized item rental for ocean (surf board, canoe, etc). You are also given two vouchers for free house beer, wine, soda at the tiki bar.
The Continental breakfast is NOT complimentary.

The gym is tiny, with a few ellipticals, and a weight machine. Free weights are also present.

We had water leaking from our light fixture in our bathroom. We where moved to another room, with a lesser view, and given a $25 breakfast voucher, plus 2 additional drink coupons. I expected something more to be done, since we lost our ocean view room. Manager Did Not contact us.

Check out was painless. Except for not being to just get the luggage cart.

We stay here for a family vacation. We were charged $28 a day as a resort fee, but the only thing opened was the beach and pool. There were no paddle boats, kayaks or bikes as promised. The restaurant was opened from 11-6 pm with a very limited menu. We were scolded because we brought in our own food and We were eating it on a common area. We didn t want to eat in our rooms since there was no cleaning service and wanted to eat as a family. Not once did I see anyone wiping down the common areas. Yes, they had hand sanitizer but nothing by the pool to wipe down the chairs. The beach chairs are about 50 yrs old, not kidding! Made out of wood, moldy and uncomfortable. It felt nothing like a resort! I love the location but will never stay there again.

The oceanfront room has a great view of the ocean. The room was clean and comfortable. The only issue I had with the room was too soft pillows, but that is completely personal preference. My favorite party of the room, beside the view, is the water pressure in the shower.

They've had some damage from hurricane Irma and are repairing, however the rooms are excellent and the staff is very good. The beach is just outside, and the pool is great. I have kids and the little wading pool is really nice to take them to! I just wish there was more shade outside at the pool, my kids and I are all redheads and need shade!

Beautiful beaches away from crowds with many local things to do with families such as the Beach parks for snorkeling, Turtle Sanctuary, Flagler Museum & The lighthouse. The hotel itself is very convenient as its right on the beach. The have a bar/restaurant right on the water but it can be pricey.

Great views for the price. Customer service is not so great but then again it's not Marriott. The room I stayed in was ok, looks pretty dated. Overall the location being right in the beach for the price is great.

Affordable place to stay, super close to the beach, has a giant pool which is at least 20 meters long, everyone was really nice and helpful, and those who clean left everything really organized, clean, and pretty. (Amazing view as well.)

Great location, steps away from the beach, eateries and shops. Satisfied with the room, it was clean and had a great view (room 420). The beds we're amazing, as we're the pillows. The bathroom was a little small but not a big deal. I liked Peter Thomas Roth toiletries. The hotel is clean, staff is friendly and on site restaurants are good. Would definitely return. The beach is clean, clear, warm waters. The chair and umbrella attendants are attentive, we received two chairs and umbrella. Highly recommend.

Let down is the best way to describe how I felt about this hotel. My husband and I came here for a quick get away. I wasn't very impressed with the cleanliness of the room, it wasn't "dirty" but it could have been much cleaner. The water smelled like I was bathing in a dirty lake, and had a yellow color to it. Not to mention the construction right outside our room. We had to pay a decent amount for a room PLUS resort fees and the daily parking fee. I'm upset by the amount of things this hotel doesn't offer, but hey we got our beach front hotel.....just wasn't anything near what I expected, especially for the price.

The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly in the hotel and at the beach and pool. Beware they charge $15 a day for parking which should be included if you're staying in a hotel. And the resort fee is also ridiculous, housekeeping, beach towels and beach chairs should be accessible period.

One of the best hotels we have stayed at. The front desk people were very friendly and joked with us. The pool and hot tub were very nice. The shower, wow, so much water pressure, so hot, it was perfect! We didn t eat in the restaurant because it seemed a bit expensive for such basic food but we saw lots of people there so it must gave been good. The supplies provided for the beach were great except they collected the items from everyone at like 5pm. The pool also closes at 9pm which is the earliest we have ever seen a hotel pool close. Good location with good parking. If we could recommend any changes it would be to extend pool hours and the extras on the beach.

The desk staff, especially Tanaya, is outstanding. All the staff members that I met were friendly and accommodating. The room furnishings are good and the rooms and public areas inside the property seem to be well maintained as long as you don't look too closely. Once you start looking closely you find peeling paint on the balcony railing, peeling paint on the side of the building facing the ocean, a tired looking pool area and a mysteriously moving bagel left in our room from the last guest (the 1st day it was between the bed the and the nightstand, the 2nd day it was on the nightstand). It's sad to see this property go downhill.
