Bathroom are too small. Only one person can use it at a time. If you have children is a nightmer with the small bathroom. One star is fot the beach and one star for the employes. This hotel was not what i expected from a hilton. Parkin is $15 per night, but there are signs saing that you park at yown risk. Ther is a resort charge of $28 a day, but no amenities at all. The beach chairs were not good, bring your own. Pool were overcrouded most o the time. Overall was a poor experience. We will not be back nor recomend this location.

I had an awesome stay here with my wife last weekend! The place was a little empty due to the threat of Hurricane Dorian, but the staff was incredible and really made our stay stress free! The hotel has direct access to the beach and the on site restaurant + bar was very enjoyable. The rooms were very clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel

Absolutely loved the stay. Great place and great service and great location. Amazing staff. Beautiful and clean rooms. Good price and easy walk to the beach. Something was wrong with the water though as if the pipes were leaching chemical or whatever but that could be the city and not this hotel. Definitely recommend this location

Just went to the Hilton recently on a weekend and I must say that this is one of the best hotels I've come across!!!...the rooms were well kept as well as the bathroom and had a nice shower...the staffs and hosts were incredibly nice and hospitable...and their food (recommend the angus burger and fries) are of great taste and worth the price!!!...the thing that I'd advise you is if you get the partial island view...it is exactly what it means...try to get an upgrade when you can...the "balcony" in my partial view was quite small with no chairs to sit in...and I saw more of the next door roof and the parking lot more so than the beach...also beware of the the "mini bar" in the room...it has a blue sensor light that when you touch something...you will be charged...the items are up there in prices....I grabbed a tiny pringles can and was charged $4...but on the upside....I love their tiki bar which basically sits near the beach...it's nice to order alcoholic (or non) beverages as well as a food made to order while looking at the ocean waves pass by...I also liked that this was a private beach with the exception that if you'd have to pay $10 for a chair to sit out at the beach...you can avoid the fee by bringing your own towel to the beach though...all in all...I'd love to comeback to this get-a-way...place once again on another vacation...and I'd recommend everyone to come here!!!

Wonderful, Beach front hotel! Staff were wonderful and accomodating, despite being sold out the night we were there. Rooms are small, but adequate. We had ocean view "with furniture" on balcony. Some rooms had very small balconies which allowed for standing room only. The facilities were nice. Pool was average size...but not huge. Poolside bar with cabana for water activity rentals like boogie boards. We didnt use this, so unable to discuss rates. The beach had comfortable chairs with umbrellas which appeared to be nice...again, we didnt use. There was one girl at check in, Kenya was her name, who was extremely rude and went out of her way to not accomodate any requests...stay away from her! Other than that, had an extremely wonderful stay and will definitely return!

Everything about the stay was great. Loved my room and my view. Second visit. Only complaint is some lighting didn't work and I ordered a steak from room service the was just a bad cut of meat (NY strip).

The rooms are old and out dated, the bed was the worst i have ever been on had to sleep on the couch which was also dirty and hard. The breakfast buffet was cold coffee was luke warm. Housekeepers on the third floor was very nice, concierge was very helpful. Would not recommend this hotel if it wasnt for the water view there would be no other reason to stay there.

We had a great stay. HOWEVER...even though we booked and paid through Priceline, Hilton still charged my credit card $118.20. They charged us $12 per day just to park and $28 a day resort fee. I am surprised that was not included in our original $302.84 that Priceline charged us. Very disappointed.

I have traveled all over the world. This is the worst hotel experience I have endured. It's like being in a 3rd world country. The concierge will try to cheat you every chance he gets. DON'T hire a taxi through them. They get a car service who charges 2-3x the amount and gives a kickback. The concierge is also looking for a tip from the guest/you! Definitely ask the price beforehand to see if it is worth it and then order your own taxi.
We witnessed one concierge continue to create dangerous situations, argue with the guest until the guest threatened to call the police. The self-proclaimed boss kept talking saying how great the concierge is and refused to listen to the issues.
Housekeeping is terrible. They did no service on the first day, didn't empty our trashcans the second day. Threw out some of our things. The housekeeping trolley blocked the hall and one day blocked our room.
The hotel is full of kids who are loud all through the night down the halls. People smoke just outside the front door.
There are no lifeguards on the private beach which is odd. All in all just miserable. We left early and went to another hotel.
The restaurant waitresses were very good.
The rooms are tiny especially for the prices.

Very nice hotel with prime location. Rooms aren't the newest, but felt very clean and safe with the Coronavirus cleaning protocols in place. The Front Desk Supervisor, Bens, was incredibly helpful during our stay and also knowledgeable on the local area. He really went above and beyond.

The staff was awesome... The oy negative was I almost flooded my car because the right side of the parking lot retains water. Informed the front desk and they immediately put cones out to prevent another guest from having the same issue. The rooms are spacious, the views are spectacular. The breakfast buffet looked amazing. Will definitely return and recommend.

Found the hotel staff nice enough however the building is Need of many repairs. Nails sticking out of beach chairs air conditioning systems that do cool properly, rusted and Peeling door Frames, Batroom vent fans blocked With dirt and lint. This Property does Not deserve the Hilton name!!!!

We have been to the restaurant for holiday brunch for several years and this year they have really increased the quality while maintaining a very reasonable price. The service was excellent!!

I've stayed at this location on more than one occasion. I had an issue checking in on one instance when they couldn't find my reservation even after I produced a confirmation email. The issue was eventually resolved and "compensated" with reversed posting fees or something. However, it still put a damper on my stay.

The hotel itself is nice. The rooms with a view are fabulous and up to date. The bathroom is remodeled as well and very welcoming.

The restaurant's food was ok. Not the quality I expected for the price. However, I would stay there again. If it was not for the check in experience I would've given them 5 Stars. Great hotel with direct access to the beach.

Our family of 4 had an oceanfront room. The view was amazing. All of the staff were very helpful. Any time that we called down with any requests or questions, the staff was very polite and went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed. The restaurant was fantastic and the staff there were wonderful. We would definitely stay here again.

I really enjoy the place but given 3 star because of the lies to the future guest I am advise you don't let prices drag you in there is a separate fee for: parking, valet(optional $20), TV (optional if turn on) and last but not least RESORT?? + they respectively tax. and I ask don't this should be included on the room prices!! at least parking and resort prices all of this definitely put an extra $80 per night to the rooms so if don't use valet and TV that will cut off the etras price on half....... but yeah I will expect more honesty... other then that service is great good job to the employees .

The hotel was nice overall.. But definitely not worth the $400+ bucks its cost me for 2 days.. the wifi not so great and only 2 devices can connect at a time.. the lobby computers don't work too well.. And the water sports were unavailable during our stay.

My husband and I were married in February 2016 at the Hilton. They let us do a Christian wedding and get baptized in the ocean. We went in the outdoor pavilion and it was gorgeous. The service was gorgeous, the accommodations, staff, food, everything was prefect. Guests said it was the best wedding they've ever been too and I'm so happy with the Hilton for making my dreams come true.

Super chill, unpretentious, older oceanfront hotel kept in very good stead. Lots of rooms with decent views, and a few rooms with full frontal views. The menu should change more often, but then I am here, often.

My husband, my newborn son, and I spent Christmas at this hotel because our home was packed up and in chaos due to a delay in closing for a home. To get away from the mess and still enjoy my son's first Christmas, we took a tabletop Christmas tree and tge gifts with us. I liked the partial ocean views, the clean hotel, and very pleasant staff. They were very kind to us, and one staff member fell in love with my son enough to give him a tiny stuffed snowman. The restaurant was also really good. I forget the name of the salad I had, but it had some type of mango vinaigrette...the salad was huge and delicious! The only thing I can think of to mention was my husband requested a microwave twice and it never came, however, it was Christmas and the hotel was incredibly busy, so I understood forgetting the small detail. I'd definitely go there again, and all I can say is thank you for providing us with the room so we wouldn't have a depressing first Christmas with my son! It meant a lot!

The gentleman that checked us in, Sean, was awesome! Not only did he schedule our spa appt. for us next door, but remembered our faces the next day as we were on our way out and told us to enjoy ourselves. The room was nice and clean with a good view of the ocean. The pool was great and there was actually enough chairs for everyone poolside. Will def stay here again.

I booked a top tier room (Oceanfront view/King) with Booking.com who works as an agent for Hilton Singer Island Hotel. When I arrived I was told I booked a handicap room with no oceanfront view. I paid top $$$ for the room and ended up with a room over a roof.

On top of that the first front desk manager Shea was huffing and puffing when I told her it was not what I booked. She was very short with me so I left thinking I could cancel the room. Unfortunately, I could not cancel the room so we can back to check in. The young man that checked us in had a bad attitude and was rude. We did not feel like Hilton Honor's guest.

We have never been treated so poorly at a Hilton. We will never stay there again.

When we checked out, the same young man, would even talk to me nor said thank you and after he gave me my receipt he walked away and started talking to anther employee.

Beware!!! This is the worst hotel experience you can have!!! The staff is very unappreciative and rude!

This was literally the WORST stay I have ever had at any Hilton or any hotel. I paid for the room in full due to a promotion for an ocean view room. When I checked in the front desk charged me twice for the room and argued with me that they only did once when I had bank statements to prove it. They then stated that I did not have the ocean view which I was told I had and in my confirmation email. Once I got to my room the view was of the parking lot and they told me if I wanted to change rooms it would be an additional $100. On top of being charged twice and getting the incorrect room, the room was absolutely disgusting. It was clear the room was not vacuumed and their were remains of pizza on the floor from previous guests. The sheets were also stained. The wifi was going in and out and the signal was so terrible that cable tv could not be watched. The staff were completely rude and condescending. I am so upset with my stay and the lack of accommodations when I am a hiltons honor member that I will never stay at a Hilton establishment again!!!

The hotel is well located, being dr facing the beach. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The restaurant is open until 10pm, and the bar is open until 11pm. The stay offers several benefits for those who want to enjoy the beach. Meanwhile, free WIFI is restricted to 3 devices and parking is paid.

Had a great stay. Good food. Good prices. Nice bar and the beach is beautiful. Walked out the back of the hotel right onto the beach. Staff is great. Very high end hotel in a nice area. Best experience was ... During an early morning walk on the beach we got to see a couple baby sea turtles make their way from the best to the water. Priceless !
