Absolutely beautiful hotel with wonderful customer service. Highly reccomend.

One of the best, if not the best, places I've ever stayed. The rooms were clean, comfortable and the view of the river and city; amazing. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Convenient and accessible to everywhere.

Location is great for conventions, situated between convention center and French Quarter. Directly on streetcar line. Services are great and up to Hilton standards - reported an issue with room refrigerator and it was replaced within the hour.

Nice hotel. Was roused from deep sleep at 2:30 am due to fire alarm. Entire hotel evacuated. Still, good to know the alarms work as intended.

Clean rooms, got me whatever I needed, friendly, great amenities, professional, great experience overall.

The Hilton Riverside is situated in the perfect spot for anyone visiting NOLA, everything is within walking distance!

Lovely facility. Rooms are outdated not enough outlets and no usb ports. The clock in our room is missing its power cord.

I attended a social for the annual meeting for Biophysical Society in a very large ballroom (not sure which). There was catered ice cream and a cash bar. Architecture and room design did not stand out, but what do I know.

When ever I got to my room it was obvious that room service had not cleaned then yet, it was 9:30 pm at the time I called the front desk and they sent a manager up and he said that that was unacceptable and they handled the whole event very professionally and provided free parking and food.

It was a fabulous room and a great view. It felt more like a small apartment than a hotel room.

The hospitality that Elena gave us was beyond expectations on our second night. Elena made us change our minds of returning back later in the future

Get a room on the highest floors and the experience is unmatchable! The hotel itself is so well constructed and the prices are affordable! Beautiful place in NOLA!

How this hotel has an overall star rating of over 4 is very surprising. The rooms are OK and the breakfast buffet is good. The overall food at the hotel is a one star at best and is by far the worst food I ve ever had at a Hilton.
As mentioned the breakfast is the shining star as the wait staff is friendly and accommodating unlike the front desk staff that gives you the impression you are bothering them. Many other hotels in the area and this is one I would not choose to stay at again even though I m a Hilton Diamond member. Also unusual is I didn t receive a survey as is pretty much the norm from the many Hilton properties I ve stayed at. Maybe there s a reason why?

I loved that you can text the front desk questions. The employees were so helpful!

It's okay. Could use some updating and their water system doesnt consistently pump hot water when needed for showering.

Well, the review is actually for Drago's, in the hotel, who had amazing char broiled oysters, far superior to acme.

Staff is well trained, very polite and always willing to help. Event room was inmaculate and tastefully decorated.

Ok, but lots and lots of walking. Not enough elevators, not handicap easy accessible

High end Hilton, near plenty of great places to eat. Great staff. Wifi is good, I know because I installed it.

Not the largest room, but not the smallest. We were on the 13th floor, in a quiet corner, with a great view. The linens were comfortable, the towels were clean, and the service was great. Love the lobby! There's a Fed Ex facility, large business center, fitness center, and spa services galore.

I ate at Draco's. They have some great food and their gumbo is delicious!!!

Great hotel, great location, always clean. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Always enjoyed my stay here, if you opt for the higher level floor, you get a complimentary breakfast on the upper level, that brunch area has a great view of the city, its worth the 10-20.00 upgrade charge

Waited in line well over an hour to get checked in all while watching numerous team members talking in the back and one working the desk. After watching people coming in and out, I asked for more people to assist those in line which finally sped the process up. Very poorly managed front desk based on my experience.

Big convention hotel. Great views from the higher floors. Very slow reception.

We are in town for a corporate event for four nights and our stay at the Hilton Riverside has been great. It is attached to a mall that has anything that you'd need. Plus there is a food court with tons of options and it is walking distance to Bourbon Street and many restaurants.

Rooms were clean and really spacious. Hotel is right next to the river and I had a great view of the Mississippi from my room. The Dragos seafood restaurant is attached to the hotel and is an amazing place for seafood.

Booked a room, extended to 3 nights and they wouldn t apply the booked room towards my stay. It s unfortunate corporate policy over rides common sense! I now have the opportunity to spend 3 nights in the motel, eat 3x more in the motel, leave positive reviews, but no.... some kind of policy prevents this. BE AWARE!!! It s so sad that common sense doesn t prevail! Never again in a Hilton! They could fix this particular reservation if they wanted, but no........ just know what you are getting into! It s absolutely HORRIBLE to operate this way!

Very overpriced and they stole from me. I left a hand bag inside hotel room I realized I left it so I went back to the room and it was gone. While I was in another country on vacation I was noticed that a couple of check were written. Use the safe if you stay at this hotel.

Attending a conference at the Hilton. Excellent venue, with friendly staff. Comfortable rooms, and convenient Cafe and restaurant located right in the hotel. Walking distance to all the major hot spots in the French Quarter.

Very nice, clean, and great location. Only complaint was that house keeping didn't get rid of obvious trash or wipe down kitchen table. Really liked the door employees who help you out of your car when being dropped off.

Went to Drago's. Self park garage and valet parking available. Drago's will stamp your card for half off parking. Got the shrimp pasta, but really didn't like it. The staff was great and replaced my entree with another choice very quickly.

My family had a wedding at the Hilton. The staff was great and we had no trouble with anything regarding the hotel.

Chalk boiled oysters and alligator first time ever eating alligator and it was delicious.....

My hotel stay was excellent. The room was very clean and up to date. The hotel was also very professional and nice when asked about local attractions etc. I would definitely recommend staying there to anyone.

Room was small, but the bed was quite comfortable. Placed a request for hypoallergenic pillows before arrival, no such items in room. View was fantastic.

So if i could rate the night shift front desk woman whos name almost isnt pronouncable but starts with the letter F. Id give the hotel a zero. She literally said to me "i dont even want to deal with this". I now know why shes employed for a night shift while she goes gray in the hair! Great respectable person obviously. Security guards are on top of their tasks. Other than the degenerate at the front desk 5 star

We sent a large group of cruise related guests to this location last April. For almost a year, we have been trying to get a response from management and have received no reply regarding the terms of our booking. We've tried the analyst department and left messages with the confirmation numbers with no response.
Thank you for replying. I am just requesting to be able to reach any managerial department or the analyst department which we haven't been able to get a response from in weeks. Is there any way to be given a number of someone to finally contact? Thank you.

Very comfortable room. Great service. Excellent location convenient to everything we wanted to access in the French Quarter. Able to walk to everything within 20 minutes. Enjoyed all meals and the bars. Highly recommend this hotel.

It was a great place for my company's work conference

Attended a conference here. Great conference hotel, lots of meeting space, cafe, bar, some of the best charbroiled oysters in New Orleans, and intimate but still large enough and versatile enough meeting room space.

Haven't stayed here but the bar is AWESOME. Ron, Becca and Howard are great. They make great drinks. Enough for a local to go to a hotel bar!

Disappointing. Service poor and rooms need a good clean. We thought we could rely on the Hilton brand. Would not recommend.

We had a wonderful stay for the convention we were at. Great staff and rooms. Only negative was distance to parking garage for luggage.

This is a really nice hotel. The staff here has been nothing but amazing. The rooms are very clean and the hotel is within walking distance of a lot of interesting locations. The health club is stunning with 8 full size tennis courts(4 of which can be used as basketball courts).

Heart of New Orleans so easy to walk to all the sites!

Beautiful room with amazing views! Great location and staff. They had a nice Mardi Gras reception in the lobby for guests with complimentary Hurricanes! Walking distance to Bourbon St and other restaurants. Parking is expensive but Will stay again.

The place was really nice! I only went for food and it was really yummy! Service was nice and quick.

Just was in for a drink at the cocktail bar. Tabitha was a fantastic bar tender and made fabulous cocktails. Very friendly as well.
