Not recommended at all . Rooms are awful . It have a broken stuff even the safe was broken . The staff are not knowledgable they could not even process my room payments correctly and i need to talk with 4 of them until it finally processed . Didn't see this in any other hotel . Hilton hotels in london are big waste of money so i don't recommend it .

Swift meeting in a superb hotel with excellent business services.
Clearly designed for residents conferences ans occasional business users.
Plus spotted a couple of celebration treats for when the deal is sealed! (The watches in the aisle shops.)

Hotel was nice
Room was a little dated and needed some fresh paint, a noisy air con, bathroom tired looking
Breakfast was very nice, good selection of cooked food, cereal, pastries, fruit and vegetarian options

Very helpful and friendly personell. The room was a bit tired (old), but the beds were great. No complaints for cleaning or food. The breakfast buffet was very busy, but probably to be expected around 9am.

Terrible experience for me.

Had to take the fire escape in the mornings to get down to the lobby since it could take over 20 minutes for an Elevator to Arrive.

Room service went into my room and cleaned it even though i had set up a do not disturb sign.

Room service came into my room at the last day of my stay and took all my remaining belongings before i had checked out to the lost and found.

No power outlets anywhere near the beds.

Awful, heating didn't work the staff were rude and would talk down to you. The reception kept passing our request for a different room around to a different area. Went for the breakfast which tasted a lot worse for what you expect to receive. Would never choose a Hilton again.

This place is grossest dirtiest Hilton I've ever stayed in. We've had one blanket for two beds. The cleaning crew didn't even bother to get a second one for the second bed. Don't use the cups or spoons in the room they aren't washed properly. It's over crowded, they can't keep the place clean cause they allow families of 6 to 7 in one room. I recommend avoiding this place if you can.

A 2 star hotel masquerading as a 4 star. Dreadful rooms, looked like they hadn t been updated in about 30 years. 2 single beds, not what I booked but was told there was nothing else available. Air conditioning didn t work - I was offered a fan instead. Curtains didn t close properly so the room was light at 5.30 am. Avoid this place at all costs

Lobby, bar and restaurant are all well presented. Beds are reasonably comfortable. Gym is unfortunately extremely small for the stuff of the hotel, and the pool is only 12.5m but there is a pool nonetheless. Try and get a room in the East seeing or the West wing as the tower is dated and in serious need of a refurb.
Service has been pleasant despite being put in a twin room when I booked a king, but I'll make a little fuss about that when I checkout.
The hotel is also very close to edgware road tube station with access to a few lines, so it would be good for easy access to get around sightseeing. The stations are very busy at peak times however.

Great hotel for a work trip. Do not recommend lodging if you re looking to rest or get some personal time. It s really busy and great for very active schedules or business activities. The breakfast arrangement however, needs improvement because there s always a long discouraging line.

Have you ever seen 'The Shining'? This hotel is from the seventies, it stinks to high heaven of old food and sewage, the food was terrible and also very expensive for what it is. Never again.

I have stayed in hotels of the highest ratings as well as in hostels, and I can say that this hotel was the worst of them all. They have no respect for the elderly and the disabled, their staff can't do a simple job of sending up shopping bags to your room (they lost our bags and couldn't locate them), and their housecleaning department steal valuable things from the room (our diamond ring was stolen after housekeeping). To top it of, they don't take complaints in a respectful manner and speak rudely when they are addressed to the staff. Please do yourself a favour and never stay here. Really did not expect this from the Hilton hotel industry. The ridiculous way this hotel is managed would make me laugh if I hadn't undergone this horrible and scarring experience myself. One star is one too many for this disgusting hotel.

Location in the city is nice. Quick access to underground, markets and restaurants. The rooms however left lots to be desired. Out towel rack in the shower was hanging out of the wall with its anchors barely holding it up, tiles were cracked and could see holes in the wall around the back of the toilet. Our TV didn't work when we arrived and it turned out all the cables were unplugged from the back, also there were stains on the curtains that were either blood, pasts sauce or something else red (not large stains but small and noticeable). The pool and steam room were both out of service for our 3 night stay as well. The lobby is nice and lively and the staff was helpful but want overly happy with our stay for what we paid.

Nice lobby, helpful staff. Reasonably well situated.
Its quiet considering its situated right next to the A4 (one of the main roads into/out of London).
Iron and ironing board worked well one of the best irons I ve used in a hotel (and I ve used a *lot*)
Door key didn t work on first attempt, the staff told me to hold it and slide it in a certain way which I did with the new cards and one worked, the other didn t. The next day neither card worked so I had to get them replaced again.
North Tower 5th floor smells old (could be cigarettes) which increased considerably in my room. Walking across to the other tower the smell was absent.
When I first got into the room the toilet had paper which hadn t been flushed, disappointing but could have been worse.
Bathroom is very small (roughly 4 6 x 6 or 1.4m x 1.8m) but functional; taps, toilet and shower all worked.
Room decor is aging and in desperate need of refurbishment (See photos); stained carpet and stool (see photos). The springs in the mattress on the bed had virtually no spring left.
Broadband was functional (~1.5Mbps down, 4.5Mbps up), certainly sufficient for Netflix, Skype/Teams calls, email and VPN worked without issue.
Too few plug sockets two by a desk which had a desk light and kettle plugged in and one free near the wardrobe for ironing. They were all functional but you have to unplug them to charge laptop / phone etc. No USB charging points and no socket near the bed to charge the phone over night and within reach.

Almost a 4. I was by the elevator shaft and it made a noise every time it was used. A tiny bit annoying but I slept through it. Staff were good. Breakfast was a bit crappy. Location was ok. Just ok.

I stayed at this hotel in winter. The room was surprisingly beautiful. However, if you look at it later, it may be that the agency person concerned chose a clean room.
Because it is expensive, holiday inn may be better.

I cannot believe this flies under the Hilton flag. Old. Tired. Worm out. Rooms in the tower section are all old and in desperate need of a refresh. They are charging close to $180 for rooms in this shape and it is appealing. No heat. We were lied to by the front desk. A truly abysmal experience. I heard people chatting about the poor state of rooms.

Breakfast spread is okay, usual eggs and meats or croissants yogurt, bottomless coffee.

A really nice pool facility that wasn't overcrowded. But the rooms were absolutely disgusting. The mattresses were shot with spring coils poking through. I asked for a new room but they said they were all like this.

I'm platinum with IHG and never again Hilton after this trip.

And oh, working fridges only for guests who need to refrigerate medicine, yeah.

Pretty basic hotel, clean rooms, long wait to front desk and elevators. Good for business purposes but not too fun for tourists. Also it s not a walking distance to any of the attractions so you have to drive or Uber everywhere. Not too bad for the price though.
