Rooms okay but leftovers found in fridge and room ...
Rooms okay but leftovers found in fridge and room door was difficult to unlock with key card. Hotel nice enough but should be for the price.

very poor conditions room was not clean. Booked a deluxe king suit the room was small and the 'king size bed was to singles pushed together. Was a very dangerous socket coming out of the wall to the lamp. 'Elegant bathroom with exclusive products' was not a sold felt like we stayed at a 2 star hotel not a Hilton. Waiters and staff also un helpfull. Me and partner only stayed a night and are overall very disappointed with our stay.
The room never clean the surfaces and the carpet never hoover. Is not safe to leave anything in concierge my items was went missing.14th April I left Items for my friend and she did not get it at all no one called to her room until now they cannot find my Items.
Firstly we arrived at the hotel at around, 11:45 and we were told our room would be ready in a couple of hours. Upon out return at around 14:45, there was a huge queue to check in with only 2 desks operating. Having already paid and signed paper work I was i formed I could collect the room key on return. When I approached the front desk to see if I could collect my key I was told I mist wait. I then queued 45 minutes to get back to the front desk at which point I was told my room was not ready, by now I was already late for an appointment.
For the breakfast the next day we were told if we arrive around 8 there would be limited queue (important as we have an autistic child with us). We attempted to use the lift at 7:30, after waiting around 20 minutes for one with seceral other guests we attampted to find a stair case down. Everyone failed in this. We made it to the queue for breakfast one hour after attempting to eat. We then had to queue for a further 40-45 minutes to be seated. A large group of guests infrony of us spotted three people they knew already eating and walked straight to the front of the queue and were let in. On top of this I was informed that for all the hassle And added stress that I could have my breakfast refunded, which is a pathetic gesture, and as of writing has still not been refunded. Appalling customer services provided. Additionally the parking I pre booked for 2 days is so ridiculously small that to exot my vehicle I had to climb into the back seat and squeeze out of the rear door injuring my leg (im 6 6).
Great hotel. Delicious English breakfast. Well located.
Very nice hotel. Nice rooms, clean, decent food, great view from the higher floors. Will come again.
Great looking place looks clean and and new and the cafe is affordable love it in general
Big busy hotel with good rooms. Quality of the room is based on the rate or offer. Great location which is close to Edgware Road tube station and Arabic restaurants/grocery shops.
Attended the National Care Awards here. Great food and helpful staff
I am a Hilton Gold member and this is the worst hotel I havehave stayed at under the Hilton brand. My view was of air conditioning ducts and other room windows. I had to keep my curtains drawn the whole time. The heater/ac had one temperature. The room had one electrical outlet. One. On the plus side the location is decent and the lobby and staff were great. If you stay here demand a room with a outside view. Bring a power strip.
Stuck in the '60s hotel, in sore need of renovation. Serves yellow colored water labeled "orange juice". We had to climb the stairs to our 23rd floor bar after party, because the lifts were not functional. Aside the location, nothing recommends this hotel.
Mediocre at best by the standards you might expect from the brand. Good facilities and most staff friendly and helpful but some others perhaps a little rude. Maybe I just caught an off-day or maybe staff over-stretched and stressed. Not my favourite hotel experience but also not my worst
We waited a long time to be served in the cafe (Starbucks), when there were 5 people in the queue and the tables were not cleaned. The female lavatories was not clean.
The brand new Kojawan restaurant on the 23rd floor is AMAAAAAAAAAAZING! Go! At once!
It's a decent hotel. Not fancy, not shoddy, middle class. Location is fantastic. Breakfast is very good. A bit expensive for what you get, but I suppose that's London for you.
Horrible experience. First thay cancelled our confirmed booking without informing us. Then they gave us a room for handicapped persons that smelt of cadavers. It took three trips to reception from the 7th floor to get them to provide a fold away bed. No one answered reception or room service via phone. Took an hour to check in and longer to check out the next morning. It appeared there were three persons altogether running a 300 plus room establishment. . I'm never going there again just looking at it gives me shivers. The Hilton Paddington is soooooo much better and cheaper too
Very friendly concierges and bar employees.
Very comfortable.
The best breakfast!
Room with adequate value for money, but small bathroom.
Great hotel, super well located and with perfect service
Huge meeting and conference room, staff well organized
Very professional, one of the better venues I've attended a conference at
Nice facilities. Well connected to local transport. Helpful staff.
Lobby is beautiful, modern and sophisticated bar but the rooms are hilarious - so dated: cheap furniture and bad carpets. Shower curtains and bath mats - seriously?
Not clean, poor costumer service, manager was talking on the phone while checking us in. They charged us 5 pounds for delivery of a 5 pounds bottle of water !!!!! A delivery charge of 5 pounds for every order you make to the room !!!! The worst hotel I have ever been to in any country and I have been to alot of hotels. Must avoid !!!
Great staff, big hotel, easy access to all laltttactions either by foot, cab or tube. Right on Edgware Road - so fantastic to lal huge selection of Arabic restaurants and cafes
Business trip took half hour to get keys but rooms were great
Faulty towers of the hilton chain. Litany of issues.. so poor that the management refunded 66% of our bill!
Packed during breakfast which was annoying. Close to train stop, was in a full on multiculture area
A little dated on the exterior but beautifully furnished on the inside. Reasonable prices in the bar.
Staff were friendly and approachable, the room was well kept, as well as very comfortable and spacious. Events facilities were also high class
Very disapointing! Rooms are very old, none are fully equiped or properly functioning... Not to the Hilton standard!
Love the location of the hotel. Nice rooms East or West wings only.
Easy access to Paddington station, clean and friendly
Reasonable hotel, slightly thin walls and short curtains.
Tube station and bus stop within 25 yards. Rooms are quite small yet clean and comfortable.
Facilities are OK, expensive to use extras (e.g car park & WiFi), breakfast was great
Service Professional but room for that price not in Hilton standards. Upgrade unfortunately only to executive for 70 pounds per night.
Hostess was fantastic, server was horrible. Also chicken schnitzel was ok, but wiener schnitzel was mushy on the bottom. Well not return again.
Nice pool/steam/sauna. Really friendly staff. Bit annoying when loads of kids are in the pool so go after 7pm in eves
Very big hotel ,good conference halls and kind staffs
Renovated rooms are i.O. but quite small. For the cleanliness there's full score. Buffet breakfast is rather subterranean for a Hilton group hotel, especially considering the price.
Centrally located, horrible looking building with average rooms. Over priced and over rated.
Ronnie good. Staff good. Bars are ok for reasonable not brilliant
It was ok but under construction when I visited mid August
Tower wing slightly run down, bed has broken springs. Bed linen quality not usual Hilton quality
Downstairs lobby and bar area are fantastic. Rooms in tower wing are a bit out dated and need massive refurbishment.
Very nice, clean and friendly staff! Will be coming back!
TV didn't work.
Carpets had Dirty stains.
Staff had very poor English and were Rude.
No Life Guard at swimming pool.
Operators didn't answer phone.
Not a Hilton Standard hotel.
More like a cheap 3* Star Hotel.
Will not stay here again.
Although very clean and lovely staff. It is very dated and much in need of a revamp.
This property is a "bait and switch" experience. The lobby is VERY nice; upon arrival, you'll be encouraged by the common areas. HOWEVER, once you get up to your room-floor, you'll noted that this is a dated property in much need of updating. I requested a non-smoking room, and the 1st & 2nd room wreaked of stale cigarette smoke...no good. As a gold member, I attempted to switch rooms after my dis-satisfaction with the accommodations and was denied because my company booked this stays as part of a group; Understandable at face value, when they realized the room wreaked of cigarettes, they need to be flexible with their repeat guests. This is customer service that you would expect from a 2/3 star. No excuse for being under renovation, nada...Room size is small, but in town, I can live with the room size...
Hilton's are not boutique hotels, I don't think I am asking too much when I say, " I expect a certain level of experience when I visit a Hilton property. I find it hard to believe that Hilton would allow this particular property owner to keep this location in such poor shape. Not even Hampton Inn or Courtyard quality
Most of the visit was fine but felt scammed by the front desk assist and airport transit. They said it would be flat rate 65 pounds to Heathrow. Cab arrived and said 70 because we were at terminal 5. When we got to the airport the driver said that was a special "cash only" discount so we ended up getting charged 75 pounds. I think they have a scam going on so beware and arrange your own transit.
Some of the rooms seem to be outdated. Others are good.
Great work event. Room slightly out dated compared to others.
A terrible night with little sleep. Shame that the room had no heating/air con control. We were unable to reduce the temperature below 24 degrees. At 4 am, after a few hours of intermittently messing with the control box & no sleep I called reception. Maintenance did arrive in Within in 45 mins. They said the valve had stuck & set it to the required 17 for us. But alas it never achieved below 22 degrees. I registered a complaint yesterday morning when checking out, but get the impression I won't hear back!
Otherwise a lovely room (tower 1714). Great location. Good breakfast.
A little dated. Rooms not great for a Hilton. No 24 hour room service. Check in and check out very easy. General cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired for a Hilton. Looked like some of the carpets had not been vacuumed for a few weeks. Poor TV services and toiletries in the bathroom left a lot to be desired. Overall would not reccomend staying here for the prices charged.
Amazing views, rooms to high standard and the bars are excellent!!
I stayed here for 3 nights. The travel radio has long changed the project about this hotel. The hotel is really clean, with plenty of hot water and a comfortable bed. The main thing is the delicious breakfast. In London, this is a very good value for money hotel.
I've only visited the health centre but the pool is warm, the sauna and steam rooms clean and the gym, although small, is reasonably equipped.
Wonderful and clean and the atmosphere is distinctive and its location very beautiful
Breakfast was incredible. Staff were ok. The room was small. Location was a bit uncomfortable. I think this was the biggest hotel I've ever stayed in though. Gigantic!
EVERYTHING JUST NOT A HILTON - SHOULD BE HAMPTON INN! MOVED OUT NEXT DAY TO THE REAL LONDON HILTON LANE PARK!
Conventional central London conference venue. Not the best. Not the worst. The finger buffet food served was excellent though.
Hotel location is great, very nice building and facilities, however rooms are old and definitely needs renovation.
Excellent newly renovated room, lots of plug sockets and nice decor! Friendly and helpful staff, decent spread of food in the Exec Lounge.
A very plush hotel right in the heart of central London. Easily accessible and great multi-level space with brilliant elegant interior decor suitable functions of all kinds and sizes. Another awesome Hilton Hotel...
Stay at this place is comfortable and nice ... stayed here for 4 days and have no complains as every thing went smooth
This is an absolutely average hotel. I've never seen the Hilton brand being used so shabbily. Their breakfast is good. The location is all right. I wouldn't say it's the best. The rooms.... Are just terrible. They are old and rickety and it feels like a motel. You'll probably get a larger room at a motel to be honest. It's small and claustrophobic. I'll be surprised if you can fit 2 large suitcases into a double room. I've come here on a conference so it's convenient for me but I would never book this hotel at it's price and quality.
Best place for shopping and to visit lords stadium all important places are walking distance
Everything was premium level. Costs a little bit more than average but it is worth it.
