Great hotel with plenty of quality spaces to run any type of events from individual meetings to big commercial public conferences.

The rooms were pretty worn out and the food was good. But they get 5 stars for the staff. Who arranged for a doctor to come to the room, when a family member had a severe panic attack.

A pretty typical hotel, but a bit difficult to find your way around

You have to be lucky with your room. Many are great, but even more are small smelly and do not offer any interesting views.

Stayed one night at the hotel and the first room we were given looked tired and dirty. After complaining we got an upgraded room which was much better and roomier. Quite dated hotel in need of major renovation.

Came here for a Christmas dinner. Wasn't the greatest. No real vegetarian options, and staff watched as people contaminated the gravy and limited vegetarian food with pork and turkey.

Location could be better. Need to catch a train to see things. Hyde park is walking distance. A very nice hotel over all.

Hotel strongly recommended. Worth more than 4 stars. Room very clean, tidy and cleaned every day. The only flaw is that the services are a bit expensive .... we paid a deposit of 100 pounds for services that we did not use (but a cancellation will be made at check-out). It is in the central area, surrounded by pubs, bars and restaurants (also Italian). It is very well connected due to the nearby metro station "Edgware road" and for BUS stops. The hotel is very clean. The WiFi works perfectly (albeit for a fee .... but a few words to the wise), there are areas reserved for shopping, leisure, physical activity, meetings and conferences. I stayed in a room for 4 people with a double double bed, a very comfortable bed (although the mattresses were not softer). The only flaw on TV, it has no Italian channel but only English and Arabs.

The hotel is conveniently located and the rooms are clean and of good quality. Unfortunately, although we asked for a triple room and we had made it clear that we were three colleagues living together, they gave us a double room. The bathroom needs to be improved and it took a long time to check in. If this is a private trip, I think it should be good.

Beautiful and close to the metro and train station and the rooms are spacious and the cleanliness is good and the service is fast

Time for the Black Hair and Beauty Awards we was verbally abused by a member of staff telling my colleague to shut up another colleague had gravy pulled over his expensive suit by a member of staff whilst serving dinner the whole event was absolute shambles

Beautiful, but you hear the voice of the workers with a loud voice as if they are working your side from 8 o'clock in the rooms

We are a family of 4. They gave us only 2 towels an no sope. I asked for 2 more towels and sope. They informed me that they will be in 5 to 10.min. they came after 2 hours. In the morning I discovered that we do not have sugar.. cofee. The service is for 1 star hotel. Their attitude lacks profesionalism

Not bad. Foyer smelled like a butchers for some reason. Somewhat outdated room. Everything worked but clunky Uncomfortable beds.

Hotel was nice enough. Had three meals while staying, two were good while the third was very poor. Well situated for touring London but there are nicer hotel out there for the money.

Nothing like the pictures. Absolutely nothing. We stayed on the 17th floor. In the tower.

Stains in the carpet, stains on the ceiling, very gross. And the worst part was there was a film on the windows so the 'view' was blurry. Except for one small portion that someone had previously pealed the film off. So disappointing for our first visit to London.

Always hot in the room. The air was turned on but never kept the temp down. Windows wouldn't open much so no fresh air. And if you tried to open it more it would break the curtains off the ceiling.

There was no bathtub. Would have been wonderful. So much walking around London, but no way to take a warm bath.
No hot tub either. And the steam room was broken. Just a crowded pool that also allowed in public guests.

Plus the key basically never worked to open the door. Took multiple tries every time. Every SINGLE time. Even asked the front desk the first day and they came to show us, and it took them multiple tries too.

Food was decent. Little over priced, but our first night fiamma restaurant went to charge it to our room. And we told them no, and used a different card. But at check out the checkout documents said they charged it to our room. But because it had been more than 48 hours they would have to wait until all things processed. So we had to head out of the country with being double charged and there was nothing we could do. Plus the meal wasn't that impressive anyways.
Will never start there again.

Cozy hotel, very good location near by the Edgware Road ( Arab Road) close to starbuks, costa coffee shops. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms.

Had dinner at the lobster&steak restaurant. Delicious steak and plenty French fries

Excellent service and courteous. Breakfast is rich and friendly for children. But in the restaurant on the roof of the hotel, you pay for the scenery and not for quality food ...

Fantastic location. Nice hotel close to Paddington walkable from Paddington Station. Hotel serves a good breakfast with a wide selection to choose from this is a good hotel for large conferences. Well organised. Polite staff. Clean and modern hotel. Cool bar with a great view and fabulous cocktails lovely dinner. Room and bathroom was clean but the bathroom was a little outdated. The view from the room was awful.

Recommended mainly because of the great location.

Nice location, good breakfast, serene and clean environment. Room well spacious. My kids are having fun.

Second visit here. Great location for access to City. Bus stops more or less outside. In Lively area with plenty of shops n restaurants. Good standard. Lovely room. Breakfast buffet amazing if u like a good breakfast! Happy friendly staff who make you feel welcome.

Room in the tower is mediocre at best, bad mattress, tired, smelly and dull. The location is all this Hilton has going for it, disappointed again. Hilton needs to up their central London game, their other brands are tending to be far superior.

Great location booked for a corporate event at the excel centre. Rooms were comfortable, clean and well stocked. Air con a little noisy but you get used to it. Bar atmosphere was great. Good food and drinks and not extortionate prices. It was a nice stay.

Decent Hilton Hotel in the heart of London. Serves great desserts and delicious meals too.

The water sink and shower curtain were bad designed.

Centrally located, with easy access to London Paddington ( and hence LHR). Shows here age thow and the rooms could do with a fixer upper.

Called reception twice for milk and coffee replenishments, but the 'Magic' room service they offer wasn't apparent, it never arrived.

Despite switching off the noisy aircon so I could get some sleep, it refused to obey my command and woke me up both days - I was sleeping during the day while on a night-shift. The annoying thing is, as I got up to turn it off again, it went off automatically as I approached it... what's that all about? There must be some kind of movement sensor on it. When I looked at the control panel, it showed as 'off'. So I tried to turn it back on to verify it was actually off, but it wouldn't respond to any button presses. It's almost like it's purpose is to wake you up, but when you go to turn it off, you can't - it's ALREADY off. So there's a noisy aircon unit in at least one room (984) that's totally uncontrollable by the guest.

Hilton, if you can sort out annoyances like this, you might be able to regain your previous status as one of the best hotels on the planet.

On the upside, very comfortable bed... if you're lucky enough to stay in it the whole night.

This is probably the worst Hilton I stayed in.
Water kept leaking from the sink. Room was so cold and the guys there said engineers are working on it.
Rooms are so outdated and felt dirty.
I mean I was really lured to the brand. There are many hotels in London that are much cheaper with better quality and service.

The only star goes for the friendly staff.

The one thing I was unhappy with was the lack of a hair dryer in the room although it was stated on the site.

The hotel was used as a venue for a company meeting, heating didn't work absolutely freezing.

It's not the best Hilton I was in. The rooms could still be cleaner, as well as lobbies. Local restaurant was under-average.
One day we had a fire drill, fine, but next day the elevator got stuck - in both cases I was late for some meeting. And they "are proud to serve Starbucks" - it is the description on the wall. Personally, I found it discouraging.

I only had a meeting there, but hotel looked nice, and staff was very helpful.

Lovely hotel in a prime location. Reasonably priced with great service. Many good quality restaurants within walking distance. A great place to stay, needs a bit of a refurbishment as it's looking overdue. Friendly staff as you would expect from a Quantity hotel

The staff here is amazing. Totally great! Rooms good, a tad pricey, but amazing.

Easy to find, parking abit of an issue, but OK overall

Nice hotel but was very unimpressed with the mix up with our luggage. A porter came to our room and kindly took our cases and bags to the storage room for the day so we could have a few hours in London before our train home. He took the trolley straight into the storage room and came out with a ticket for 6 items. We returned a few hours later to catch a taxi to the station and they kindly offered to load our bags into the taxi after we had collected them. It was not until we got to the train station did we realise that a rucksack with my daughters ipad in was not with us. With only a few minutes until our train my husband had to dash back, only to be told that we gave in six bags and six were collected. We very naively trusted the porter to take those bags straight into the storage room while we waited in a queue for our ticket and did not count the exact number of bags(a lesson!!) Eventually my husband got the rucksack back but we missed our train and incurred extra charges. I explained this to the head of luggage and he said, "sorry!"

Really old hotel, small old fashioned rooms, stains on the carpets, scratches on the furniture and walls, wifi is not included (!) and the heater in the room doesn't work :(

Poor room, I asked for non-smoking and it was all stink of smoking. Called reception and they said this is a non-smoking room. They offered to come and spray my room, as if I need another poison... I asked to come and open the window... Not a real help... I hated any minute at the room... They never thought they should apologize for it...

Internet connection is pricey (15 GBP for 24 hours) should have been for 24 hours but I was kicked off after 12 hours...

The hotel is located in a busy neighborhood. The rooms are old and moldy. The in my room does not work and they cannot fix or change my room! Go to another hotel!

Comfortable bar area. WiFi is difficult to connect to the free network, with very little network availability inside.

Nice hotel, King suite was very nice, although I was confused over the mini bar in my room which was advertised when I made my reservation, to find out it was empty. I called down to reception and was informed if I wanted anything inside the mini bar I can use it for anything I purchase. The fridge wasn't even switched on? False advertisement! <br/>The executive lounge for afternoon tea and breakfast was excellent great range of food and drinks on both visits.

Kingsize room was lovely. Changed to a queensize room for a change of view and room was very cosy. Bathroom was nice. Complementary pears was a nice touch but took 3 days to ripen. Opposite Edgware station. Very nice chicken shop close by

I have been a Hilton Honours member for a while. This hotel is dated and the staff and lessor of THE SKY 23 bar are rude and racially motivated. Drinks overpriced and food is rubbish If you are Caucasian I would stay at the ground floor bars and restaurants which are not that good either. The management staff are disinterested in any comment or comfort from guests. You can do a lot better in London.

Very nice, accessible and affordable 4 star hotel with poll and gymn to enjoy.

Was a bit worried from other reviews, but so far not bad, room is only a 3 star not 4, heating is poor, staff are friendly though and helpful as much as possible good central place for seeing all the sights and about a minutes walk from Edgware Road tube station on the Circle Line you can see the hotel from the tube when you get onto the main street. Our room had no view though

Friendly staff, big hotel with bars,restaurants and shops but i only can give 3 stars because of old furniture, damage bathroom taps, walls, and expensive foods (better eat outside of the hotel). They should fix lots of things there for theprice they charge.
