We held a conference three times here. After two times we forgot some things. Unfortunately the staff never returned items. The administration takes a strange position: "we keep everything left in a special room - there is nothing there." Obviously, this is a cover for simple theft. The third time the projector in the room did not work, they could not replace it, the money was barely returned. Sad facts especially, a hundred otherwise good hotel: food, location, rooms

The atmosphere was amazing. Such a stylish venue. Great food and customer service.

Excellent rooms and restaurants gym and pool are small but good to have for the busy traveller

Very very nice very close from Hyde park but there are a lot of noise in Edgware road

Overall a nice hotel. Large lobby with resturant, bar and sportsbar. Rooms had some sign of wear.

Low class and cheap quality. There is no water complimentary for guests, this is how cheap and no free WiFi in the rooms. Miss leading advertisement on the Internet.

Big comfy, lots of eating and drinking areas. Dog friendly. 1 minute from tube. Concierge not so knowlogeble

Nice stay. Maybe needs a refurb in a few of the bedrooms and corridoors. Quick and convenient into the city centre. Would recommend and use again

Fantastic hotel, the rooms have been renovated and are very comfortable. The hotel's location is ideal if you arrive from Heathrow by train to Paddington

Poor service. Guest services doesn't call you back even after leaving the message for 30 min. Rooms are very old and basic. Definitely not worthy the spend.

Attended for a meeting. Really easy to get to from Paddington and great standard inside. Food was good quality as well

Premium price for subpar accommodations. Feels old and unmaintained.

Great hotel, very close to tube station and local shops, super facilities, but has 3 Towers, easy to get lost by taking the wrong lift. Good pool, sauna, steam room, over 1000 rooms, breakfast can be chaotic.

Nice hotel ... wish there was a fridge to keep milk for my son that he needs through the night they charged us 7 pound a few times for glass of milk ... apart from that it was a nice stay and staff were lovely, decent look too x

Location is very good. Have rich breakfasts.
Staff and housekeeping is very polite.

Room was small and very outdated. My mini fridge nor TV worked. 2 stars for customer service as they did come to repair my TV but did nothing for the fridge. Would not pay the amount they were asking if work was not paying for my trip. Definately would not recommend.

A very good hotel in an excellent location. The staff are friendly and accommodating.

Stayed for two nights arriving on one of London s hottest days of the year. We have stayed here many times before but think this will be the last time. The executive room was shabby, the toilet didn t work properly, the bathroom door couldn t be closed and the aircon was inadequate. Upon returning to the room on Saturday evening we found the large plate glass window swinging in high winds! The window had clearly been left unlocked (guests can t open) by the cleaner. Although we thought we d managed to close it tight at 5am Sunday morning it was blown wide open again !
We were compensated for the toilet and door issue but as we checked out the reception staff member admitted that the rooms were in need of refurbishment and if we stayed again to ask for a room that had been freshly decorated!!
Come in Hilton, ALL the rooms should be of a good quality, after all you don t charge less for the ones that aren t spruced up!

My family stayed here for Christmas. Wonderful concierge service. Great location for seeing the sights. Very good Hotel staff and service. Anyone staying over a holiday must, must, make reservations at the restaurants in advance. We didn't but the room service was great.

Rooms are old, dated and somewhat unclean (walls in bathroom, etc) TV doesn't work and we are tired enough to not want to deal with it tonight. Air conditioner is not very efficient. Room quite warm even though it's not that hot out. Liked last year's tour hotel better.

Large function room. Seats were locked together which made it feel cramped. Afterwards drinks were available outside the function room in a space that was far too small for the number of people. Not sure if it was booked that way or if that's just how the venue is. Didn't stay.

Terrible hotel . The air condtioning did not work, electronic key did not work for the room. I kept on going back to the main lobby to have it changed, filty and smelly rooms. Housekeeping is poor. A supervisor check later just to see if is is done but they see that the room was poorly cleaned yet they check it off that its done. the operator answers but could barely hear them. from maintenance to the restaurant help. Very sad case yet they charged a lot. whoever has plans to stay here should think again.And please deodorize the elevators. I nearly passed out it smelled to bad that its disgusting!If i did not pay ahead of time i probably look for another hotel. shame shame shame!

A really nice hotel in a very good location. Always stay here when I am in London.

With 400 guests in our party, it was a shame only 2 lifts were working. Lack of toilet facilities (often had to go 2 flights of stairs to access).

A good place to host a conference: spacious, well-furnished and good customer service.

Took two stars off because it could really use some renovation as the rooms are old. Also, the breakfast, which is supposed to be a calm and relaxing experience in the morning, is a bit anxiety inducing there s almost always a line, never enough staff, very little attention to the customer from the waiters, and really (I mean really) awful music choice... Teen chart hits and punk rock to prep you for your day ;)

But these are the only negatives I noticed. The staff is lovely and the rooms are comfortable.

Great hotel for a stop over the night before a trial.

Nice place to stay. Home friendly staff. Special thanks to the manager for Herb and kitchen Serena, who is always smiling and willing to help, very friendly. And also there was another lady on the front desk but I don't know her name, she was so helpful to me, she changed my room straight away when I didn't like my room, thank you so much. All the staff is nice. Keep up the good work. A special thanks from a Nhs worker, thanks for looking after us.

Hilton London Metropole is one of the best business meeting points that I came across. Great facilities and nice Coffee and Bars and Business Lounges.

An unpleasant experience! Not only were the rooms hot, the air conditioning did not work properly.

Clean but room was a bit small especially if you were American tourist

Lovely staff, very helpful. Dated rooms, window wouldnt close. Cooked breakfast was cold and sausages under cooked. Bed very uncomfortable.

Excellent service, good location. Rooms are tidy and functional. Restaurants and bars are top notch. Special thanks to the receptionist who literally saved our holiday.

Stayed two nights. Staff are very attentive and really friendly. Hotel facilities are good with swimming and sauna. Delicious breakfast. Well located within reach of plenty of places to eat out. Edgeware Rd tube station is a minute walk. Once we checked out we left behind my daughter favourite robe and my sister also lost her ring there. Only once we got back home realised. Called the hotel,they were able to locate both items and were brilliant in handling our query and offered to send it out to us. Will definitely stay here again!!

Hotel in a great location very close to the underground and the bus stop. I stayed in a room with a panoramic view of the city. Satisfactory cleaning. Continental breakfast. Helpful and kind staff. I was at the Hilton in April and going out for a walk almost all the shops were closed in the area.

Twice the room changed. The first was a hole, in the second the air conditioning did not work. Hilton? Never ever!

Nice hotel, a little bit sterile and impersonal. Very good location

Very poor service, room looked 20 years old and banged up, thermostat controls didn't work and it was bloody expensive. I will not be back and will encourage others to run away.

The South Asian break fast buffet + Halal food was amazing

Beware there are rooms that have not been renovated. Make sure you ask for updated room at check-in. Being a Gold level member, I still got two rooms that were dated. Worn carpet, old fixtures, etc. Room still pretty clean though.
