Excellent hotel. Location is perfect, near some metros and restaurants. Staff was very friendly, all of them! Beautiful clean room, pool was so great. I will stay here whenever I visit Dubai again!

Dined at the restaurant KRIS WITH A VIEW to enjoy their Iftar Buffet. Regretably, the spread didn't meet our expectations. In the past, we had dined at this restaurant and thoroughly enjoyed their International Buffet.
This time round, we were disappointed. The roast beef was rare , the ouzi was bereft of the meat. The chicken was not tasty. The dessert spread was very good along with the fresh fruit. I did advise the stewardess politely about our disappointment.

Only stayed here one night but the hotel was very clean. Service was good and the breakfast was pretty decent. As far as value for money goes it's worth staying here. Quite centrally located and close to the train and taxis.

Great place to stay and rooms are pretty cozy, the location is at d center of the city and close to metro as well. The price of the hotel is a bit on the higher side in peak season but a good deal in off season.

I really enjoyed the experience here in this hotel. Lovely and clean rooms, amazing food. Being a veggie, it was quite difficult to choose. Still I got so many things as per my choice and I enjoyed the same as well. Good staff, good services and such an extraordinary ambience. View from the balcony was extremely beautiful. I'll give this place full marks and will recommend to others as well.

Park Regis is a very nice hotel and the location is very good as it has proximity to metro, restaurants, pharmacies etc. Rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. Staff is good with their room service and breakfast served is also good. Overall, we had a nice stay at Park Regis.

This place is under construction and it is not quit. I tried to sleep and there were people working upstairs at 1:00 am. I called the reception and they transfer hang up on me.
Disappointed!

The stay here was good..never got opportunity to have any food at the hotel as there are many 24hrs food outlets just around the hotel.

5 Star hotel in Al Karama, Dubai. And one of the tallest hotel in Karama. Nice hospitality.

Really enjoyed the food & ambience. A lot of variety of different cuisines. Indian, Thai, Japanese, Arabic etc.

Checked in to the Hotel Early at 7 am , as i had an early arrival & inspite of mentioning the same to the Hotel Staff well in advance they did not let us check in to our rooms , or any other room for brief period of time , in spite of mentioning we had 3 elderly Senior Citizens & a 4 year old Child .

Alternatively they sold us the Idea of Moving into the Suite (312) for a additional Charge of 17K odd ( INR) for the entire duration of Stay of 4 nights .
However ,When asked to allow us to use the Suite for 1 day if not half a Day and move us to our designated standard Rooms later in the day or day after , the same was denied on the grounds that , the rate at which they are offering us the Suite would be applicable only for the Full Tenure of Stay & One Day stay would be 3 times more .

So , Basically , the hotel seized the opportunity to exploit my early arrival situation along with 3 senior Citizens & child to extract additional Money than what has been already paid for .

There was no empathy Showed to my concerns & we had been Compelled to move into a room which was not in out budget .

Since the hotel does not have a Proper Indian Menu at its Restaurants , you will have to move out of the Hotek to have your Lunch or Dinner , Only the Breakfast served is Indian , but of average taste & options .

The Hotel Staff Denied to even provide for Cuttlery in the Room for Food called from outside and it was only on account of a request made to an Indian Gentleman named Saurabh at the reception desk , the same was much later provided for .

The Hotel Staff is other wise Courteous & Helpful ( Bell Boys & Waiters ), but the service to a request made into the room leaves a lot to be desired , infact very Lousy & unresponsive most of times .

Location is Good , with nice Indian Eating Joints in the Vicinity & proximity to metro Station is an advantage

One of the best pocket friendly 5 star hotel in Dubai. Serves the best Indian Food in whole al karama ! I have come to Dubai for 5 times and have stayed in this hotel everytime ! I would reccomend people to stay in this hotel whenever they go to dubai

Good location for Indian food loved people. Big rooms with complete comfort. All eminities provided in the rooms. Good family hotel I was in jr.suite with my family.

I had a Burj executive suite. The room itself is large and spacious. Good views from the Rooftop restaurant. But lacks hospitality, staff is unwilling and a few corners have been cut elsewhere.

I chose this Hotel s Burj Suite as I was travelling with my family for a six day trip to Dubai. The check in was effortless with a welcome drink and cooperative staff.
The suite itself was even better than the pictures of it I had seen when booking. The bedrooms were spacious for a King stay and the bathroom were big, with all toiletries stacked well. The hall was very spacious with dining area segregated with a sittig place for four and a kitchen platform with an electric Tea kettle and a coffe maker. Room service was very good but vegetarian choices were limited, however whatever ordered was delicious and professionally delivered in the room timely and with a smile.
The housekeeping service was amazing with Mr Dipak of Housekeeping who was from Punjab, India- doing an excellent job everyday. There was no problem in getting adequate water bottles as is the case with some luxurious hotels in Dubai. A problematic fitting in bathroom was immediately fixed. So was light switch problem.
The laundry service was good.
The breakfast that came with the suite at the 19th floor restaurant Kris-with-a-view was very good with many choices of fruits, fruit juices and Indian snacks like Dosa, Idli, Vada , with S mbhar and chutneys , pickles somedays paratha subji, vermicelli etc. combined with bread assortments , milk and Indian masala tea and of course coffee. The buffet breakfast also had many non veg items but being a vegetarian I did not partake any of them but the photos uploaded by me show all the items.
The hotel is surrounded on both sides by Indian restaurants, food joints within 50 meters. So if you like Indian dishes just order on phone and it will be delivered to the Hotel s reception lounge where you have to pick it up after payment or you can walk down and eat there.
Walking distance from Bur Juman metro station makes it easy for Metro travelling. Cabs can be hailed right out of the main door being on Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed road.
The rooftop pool, the Marhaba lounge at Ground floor were very good.
To sum up , a truly five star hotel . I will be back there often.

The hotel is conveniently located in Bur Dubai close to the Burjuman Mall and Metro Station. The room was quite nice and cozy. The staff is quite courteous and helpful. Their breakfast buffet has a good spread. Both their restaurants offer a good range of cuisines.

Good location for tourists, centrally located in the city and metro stn

Hotel is good...but the service is saddening.. I asked for my tooth brush and paste ...but had to wait for 45 mins even after continuous reminders.. and no one to say sorry for that...

Good comfortable stay - just that during morning busy time lifts get so busy that you might have to sometime spend 10 mins to come to the ground floor coz lifts are mostly fully loaded with people. For top floor restaurant where breakfast is kept, they should think of keeping separate lifts

There's a filipino bar with great entertainment inside. a must visit

Best hotel in the whole of Dubai, affordable too, I loved this hotel, it was clean and very close to KFC for breakfast, I was in Bliss!

Fantastic Hotel. Highly recommend. the pool is very good and the views from the top. you see the dubai skyline!! cabs come all the time so transport is never an issue. There are many shops within walking distance. I loved this hotel. will most definitely be coming back ( I hope they offer some sort of loyalty scheme because I would most definitely join up)

This Hotel is in good location with hyper market, metro station and Restaurants nearby. Hotel staff is very helpful and polite. I loved my stay in this hotel. Easily accessible through main locations of Dubai. Breakfast was very tasty. I really appreciate the arrangements they done for my Karvachauth festival. Thank you!!

Unfortunately happened to be at 11'o'clock and was told that the kitchen would close by 12pm was served the left over buffet for the al la carte price ...disgusting spoke to the manager and he said he would look into it and serve fresh food which says that the food served was stale. Honestly l don't think that this place doesn't need to be reviewed.

Excellent hotel. Great service. Comfortable and clean rooms. Easy access to metro (10 min walk).
