Well, comply, a little from the center but in your favor you have the hidepark next door, supermarkets and metro line. The street that goes up along the hidepark seems to be somewhat insecure but we did not have any problems. The facilities ok, comfortable beds, enough breakfast. By catching in advance you get a decent price

We slept well, the food was delicious, the room was nice and warm, the pool was outstanding, very kind staff, the bed was really comfortable the only issue was the fridge was empty. A hotel this posh should at least have refreshments (even if it's just bottled water) in the fridge. Overall it was an excellent and affordable place to stay I highly recommend

I have been in this hotel for four days. The praise is little bit good and the service at the breakfast was really good. But the service room is really bad. For me , it was the worst service room I have ever had. No one answer for my call even when I want to leave the room and want someone to take my bags . There excuse is THE HOTEL IS BUSY. Also, when the air condition didn't work very well , I called them and they said someone is coming but no one came.

Unfortunately this was the worst hotel experience ...

Unfortunately this was the worst hotel experience in a long time. Apart from small uncomfortable things like not working air conditioning and no towels on the room that I didn t enjoy but can live with, I feel absolutely UNSAFE here which is a major no-go for me. It seems staff is just walking in and out and sniffing around the room when you re not there.
It started when on our THIRD day suddenly we had a welcome sign in our room. They must ve put it there around afternoon, we found it around 6 pm. Also there were around 30 chocolates, 1 bottle of wine, 2 bottles of water and 10 Bananas on the desk, which seemed pretty weird to me because it was so much, but I was happy about the water and wine that we planned on drinking when we returned. We changed and left for the night. When we returned at around midnight everything was gone.
First of all I feel unsafe and uncomfortable knowing that staff wander in and out and around the rooms as they please even in the evening and also don t hesitate to REMOVE things from the room.
Second of all - you bring gifts to a guest and then decide to remove them?! Btw we never got any welcome gifts , not even at the beginning of our stay.
I wouldn t choose this hotel again for a London stay and generally doubt Hilton quality with things like that happening.

It wasn't a plasend stay. They don't provide you with WiFi, unless you ask and give them your email address. The breakferst rooms are to smal to handle the amount of people of the hotel. The pool is way to smal , sam as the gym and both are dilapidated. To get in too the pool room you need to sign in and out, which I never had to do anywhere and then you realize you have no bathrobe. Well the rooms are clean but also dilapidated. You only pay there for the name and nothing else. There are lots and lots of hotels around which are cheeper and you feel more confort.

I will summarise this place in a few small points

+ good wifi
+ quick check in and out process
+ super king bed and mattress was brilliant
+ efficent staff - (requested a hair dryer and came in 10 minutes)
+location in london really good

- avoid staying near elevator. Too much noise.

-bathroom needs modernisation
-no complimentary water.
-not the best view

Busy hotel downtown. Seems like it's used a bit by larger groups which congregate and cause a bit of obstacles and delays here and there in the downstairs shared spaces. I experienced some areas closed off due to private functions, including the restaurant during the lunch hour and limited seating in the lounges due posted reservation signs. The west wing hallways and elevators showed signs of wear and tear. All in all a decent hotel with quiet rooms and friendly and polite staff.

Worst experience

Worst experience
I writing this review whilst staying in this hotel.
I booked family room for a night stay..after hectic day spent at winter wonderland, I was hoping good night sleep especially for kids however after returning to hotel room found that room too cold , so I try to set temperature via central heating but unfortunately it was still blowing cold air so i called room service & requested to chk heating & send extra quilt .lady from other end told me that it would take1/2 -45 min.
meantime we were struggling with chilling room temperature especially I was worried about my little one.
Anyways after waited for 1 hr long I again called room service & I was told that there is one person serving 1000 room so might delay further.
Finally again I called in half an hr time , i got reply that quilts are finished & someone will come and chk heating. :(
Finally I frustrated & gave up..

My experience to this Hilton metropole London experience is worst..Looking their per night charge the service is zero.
Not sure how they would cope up with any emergencies?

Poor. Service and quality of hotel very poor. An old Hilton living up to the reputation of old Hilton s. Had the worst hotel room of my life and suffered extreme difficulties in changing it. The landing on 6th floor dated and smelly and our room 603 was absolutely abhorrent. Stale, smelt of smoke and a horribly stained carpet. Unacceptable for anyone to sleep in that room and pay the room rate. We later discovered that the hotel staff dealing with our issues can t have been the truth due to discussing how complaints from my colleagues were dealt with. Every time we visited reception, all we could hear was complaints. We had to keep on getting our key re-cut which is also unacceptable. Very very poor but the hotel makes money and doesn t care because of its location and conference facilities.

One of the busiest business hotels and yet well managed. For the location rates are reasonable. Staff is courteous and supporting even when it comes to extending stay and upgrades. Executive lounge is small but just about enough. The elevators takes too long and for a busy London life it is severely limiting. One of the elevator in East tower gets stuck. Long queue during breakfast is usual but staff is quick to clear it up.

The welcoming reception is exemplary, please feedback to your staff especially Alba, on the reception desk! She was efficient, personable and friendly, what you need after a day travelling.

I have stayed in some lovely hotels and will add that I will be staying in your hotel again for service and great price to stay in central London!!

The sky bar Kojawan on 23rd floor has horrible service. I ordered a few cocktails and was asked to wait at a table for 5min. No problem with that. After 15min asked the bartender about the order (meanwhile guests who came later got already served) and he said that it will take a moment. We still waited but meanwhile he kept serving new guests. When we complained to his colleague, she was apologetic but didn't tell when and if we could be served.
I need to stress that the bar wasn't full. There were free seats by the window. So I don't understand how Hilton bar can work like this.

So this is Hilton Hotels? One of the worst hotels I have been to!

The nightmare started at check in, where you have to wait ~10 mins because of many people and too little open desks.
The real nightmare are the rooms. They look like built in the '90ties and are very badly maintained. Here are the top worst points about the room:

+the room was completely worn out
+stains on the walls everywhere, but the carpet was the worst - I was disgusted to walk on it
+ dust cloaks around
+ there is lime all over the bathroom + stains of mould over the shower

+ and last but not least the bed was a nightmare. The mattress was so worn you could feel every rusted spring in it. Never felt so uncomfortable to sleep.

In the end, you get an outdated low-class experience for 150pounds+ a night.

This was my first, and for sure my last stay in a Hilton hotel. Never again!!

Great service from reception great bedrooms with very comfortable beds. Not the best executive lounge I've used at Hilton, ran out if diet coke and very slow to replenish food and other drinks.

It's a pretty impressive hotel. Very wide variety for breakfast. Our room was unfortunately, suboptimal. Broken chair, dirty ventilation cover. We reported under the "make it right" policy but nothing was done during our stay. On check out however, we had a really helpful member of staff who refunded a percentage of our rate with her apologies. Location is great, easy access to Marble Arch, Park Lane, Baker street and on Edgware Road.
Would stay again, hopefully a nicer room next time

The hotel location is very good. I took an executive suit which was nice and spacious. But it over looked the motorway and buildings. The view wasn't so great. The gym is tiny 2 treadmills and about 5 workout machines in total. The pool has a nice skylight but surrounded by the hotel rooms. The service is good. But did not meet all my expectations. I stayed with my cousin who came from dubai and he was disappointed by the quality of rooms. Definitely needs a refurbishment.

Excellent location about 100 meters from Edgware Road metro station and close to many Italian markets, bars and restaurants. Spacious and clean family rooms. The only negative note (if we want to look for the needle in the haystack) formed after mealtimes, by the presence of bags of rubbish in the corridors, outside the bedroom doors.

Great staff and location. The lobby and bar areas are also good. But the room (room 1205 tower block) was not great. I was expecting small but not claustrophobic, water leaking out of ceiling onto carpet outside bathroom, timber around bathroom door rotten, keys didn't work and had to be reprogrammed a couple of times... I think it's time for a makeover.

Factory hotel. Bedding family rooms in the west wing very uncomfortable, to change. Friendly staff but a sense of customer service very random and just courteous. Buffet breakfast very complete. Pool small: we were denied entry with 2 children for lack of space. Good location with Egware station 2 steps.

Fantastic location, within walking distance of Paddington Station. Considering the hotel's size and amount of foot traffic, it is very clean and well-appointed. We utilized their breakfast buffet which was excellent, and had coffee, tea, pastries, or sandwiches from the Starbucks in the lobby when we were on the go, or too tired to go out. (There is an excellent restaurant just feet away from the hotel called Pizza Express. 5 stars! See our review.) The hotel's gift shop sold post cards with international postage stamps which was extremely convenient. We are a family of four, two adults and two teenagers from Colorado, and we stayed here six nights. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a fold out couch and views of the London Eye. We would stay here again.

We visited during Summer 2019. I had no idea the Hiltons across countries were so different. They were clearly overbooked. Everyone was waiting in line for ages just to check in. You'd see folks faces who'd just got to the counter drain as they were told they're rooms were not ready. We fought for our room but it was poorly. Stained curtains, damaged furniture, weird stickers on the walls. A collage brides bodies with the heads replaced with some guy. Shower door wouldn't close and bathroom would easily flood. That said the breakfast was really good, that made this review 2 stars instead of 1.

Great location, multilingual staff, friendly helpful, but .... We were a family of five, in a room of four. The old-fashioned bathroom guaranteed only a quick shower curtain. Breakfast in the queue, abundant, but not very healthy. It does not offer a balanced value for money.

Decent hotel. My room looked like it was renovated. No mini bar. The bathroom sink in my room was clogged and I had to call twice to get it cleared. Hotel is good for business conferences, but if you're going on personal travel I think there are better options available.
