The staff were excellent, did all they could, to me the food let them down, same meals every day. Otherwise good service.

Very nice customer service on restaurants. We always felt like going more there. But the barman downstairs consistently has always sour face, is rude to everyone with dark skin. My sister went to order a drink and there was a man waiting before her. She did not know if he was waiting for drink but she was shouted at saying queue! Queue! This is not five star level of service at all. He could have been polite but instead he tried to reason saying other patrons might get upset because of queue jumping. So are we not patrons of the hotel then? We are british and nobody loves queue more than us! Just because we do not look typical british family we have been made to feel different by not all but a lot of staff. He always greeted other people hello but always had sour face for us. We like to drink tea and relax after dinner but he commented "why always tea? Its like a bazaar!" Others have tea too but I doubt he would dare to say something like that. Bazaar because of our skin colour? While a lot of staff made us feel so comfortable, things like this soured our experience. Hilton chain of hotel prides on training their staff to go above and beyond but this five star hotel staff might need humanity training

Great place, nice for families, but the buffet is very up and down. Nice facilities, great rooms, all in all great.

We take this hotel with all inclusive regime, the truth is that it has much to improve, although they are reforming the rooms, (we ask that they will change the one that had been assigned to us, an old, small room, maybe what one expects from a 3 star hotel but not one of 5 much less than a Hilton!) The AI system does not work like any 5 star resort example: empty frigobar, canned drinks are paid, the bar inside the sink and the bar on the dock they are not working, only 1 thematic restaurant ("the house") because the other is payment, at the bar only a few drinks are free (there will be about 5, the rest is to pay for them), in the Buffet most of the time missing crockery , the Wi-Fi is free only in the lobby, you can obviously buy, does not offer any free water sport (kayak, snorkel) like most resorts all inclusive, nobody speaks Spanish, cleaning is regular. Point in favor: the pools are beautiful especially for children. And as always, there are people who luckily collaborate to make your vacation more enjoyable with your good disposition despite not speaking the same language.

After we spent over Christmas 2017, 9 days and liked it so much, we booked it in June 2018 for a week. Good value translated. Food was plentiful and we liked it. Service 1a Plus. Nice beach hotel. Konmen again.

WiFi is really bad and only available in the reception area. Otherwise you have to pay. Construction work was going on at the time we stayed. Ok overall.

Unwelcoming and racism staff ever, no way 5*. The room badly in need of updating so old it looks dirty.
Not a good choice of snacks or lunch to buy. absolutely NO way is this to Hilton standards and NO way 5*.
beach water was turbidity, not good for snorkeling, food eatable isn't great and not meet 5*.
Pool guy not friendly, not near to anything or any Mall. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The perfect rooms. The hotel hall had shortcomings in terms of cleanliness. The sofas cushions were dirty and allowed customers to put their feet on them ....
Hall bathrooms are obsolete. The all-inclusive beer left a lot to be desired and the service was not consistent with a hotel of that category.

Turkey in the test. They are not far from the Antalya region, but they are a bit small.

Hotel is great. Nice beach friendly staff.
Diving club inside hotel , by the pool , are very very bad. Don't go dive with them. They sad you had 2 dives that last 25 minutes but in reality you get 2 dives around 15-18 minutes and they are pricy comparing to other. They charge 45 EUR for something that you don't get.

The hotel is divided into two parts. One of them is the main area of the hotel, where we find the reception, restaurants, swimming pools, the beach, etc ... The other is across the street. There are part of the rooms, a pool, a bar and the massage area and the gym.
The rooms on this side, at least the one that we had, looked like fresh out of a war (although they assured us at reception that it was very good). The furniture was very worn, old, worn. That added to the fact that in Egypt they are not very given to cleanliness, making the outlook bleak. Nothing to do with a hotel of these stars and with this name.
Not being satisfied with the room they moved us to one in the main area. What a difference !!! You can't expect much from cleaning, but the room was another story. It was much more cared for and was something more similar to what is expected of this type of hotel.
The buffet restaurant has a lot of variety of food.
The pools are very nice and well-kept.
The beach area is beautiful and perfect for relaxing and sunbathing, or for signing up for daily activities.
The staff generally quite friendly.
We had a great few days there. I recommend it.

Had the most amazing relaxing holiday here. All their staff were fantastic, the housekeeping amazing and the food was delicious! So many options especially for vegetarians!!
The villa was spacious and comfortable overlooking one of the many pools.
I highly recommend for anyone wanting a great vacation. Many thanks!

It is a very nice hotel, with a dream beach. The rooms have a balcony and very good view, the staff is very nice and tries to help and please in what is needed. The spectacular food !!! The best of the resort

The hotel is currently being refurbished to a large extent. New rooms look great, old because of the passage of time are no longer in the standard. Food very good but not varied. Drinks also with a small selection. Beach and pool impeccable. Most of the guests of Arab origin (60%) the rest of Asians, Germans, Balkans - Poles almost at all. The biggest advantage of this hotel is service. Nice, helpful, helpful. They let you feel good. Going outside - ideally after dinner, there are a lot of tourists on the boardwalk and you are not strongly encouraged by shopkeepers. You will marry during the day and you have no chance to walk because you are the only one on the 200 meter section.

Good place but there are many areas of improvement to reach Hilton standards, beach is Sandy and wonderful but beach towels are too old, gardens are wonderful, TV channels not stable, reads no signal, mini bar sound is noisy, you can't sleep unless you unplug the cable, switch on/off buttons are old, you may need to press several time, the room door as well.

Food is OK but less quality and variety than other Hilton hotels.

Entertainment activities are good, violin show at lobby should not be missed.

A beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. Very well managed services, good food, good rooms, good service. Ambience is lovely. Had organised a lovely New Year party 2020 for its guests. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Highly recommended.

Very nice place to have a vacation . Food is ok. Not the best but the hospitality of staff is very satisfying . Housekeeping guys is the best .
