The hotel is a building and partitions. It is considered good for the distribution of buildings on a large green surface and the presence of indoor swimming pools, which enhances the internal use of those who have children or want to relax, but the internal mattresses of the rooms need to be renovated and maintained even to the existing and also strange things in a 5 star hotel. Enjoyed my stay here. Rooms are recently renovated it seems but few are not yet. Private beach. Yacht seaport. Staff are nice. Breakfast is truly Egyptian and yummy :-) Reception is a bit outdated but I'm thinking it's going to be renovated too. Will definitely come back.

Stayed there 7 days. Everyone is great especially Magd in the gift shop

I loved my vacation here. Mohammed at the front desk (and who also works overnight). Hooked us up with a villa. It was great and the overall service was amazing.

We had two spa days at a great price and enjoyed it and the massages both times.

Just at the pool witnessed how the pool supervision in the morning all first good places reserved, it only needs someone spendable (works with young ladies too)
to get good seats under umbrellas at a supposedly full pool

The hotel I adore Every thing has a masterpiece from the beginning of the reception, the reception staff, the moon, and the rest of the staff who are diligently above description from the beauty of their spirit, adding, sterilizing and caring for children and very sweet food.

It is really a very wonderful place and it is an integrated hotel, a tourist village overlooking the sea in Hurghada, which is characterized by its picturesque views and wonderful coral reefs. I recommend visiting it from the options available to me.

Large well maintained resort. Good value for money and staff have good command of English. Free WiFi available in the foyer, but WiFi quality is poor. Specials available make for good value. Extensive breakfast buffet but quality of food is not always great

Hotel was good but i didn't feel myself in a Hilton hotel. Maybe it can be one of the worst Hilton Hotels. They sell the room internet, only lobby has a free wifi. The meals were not so good but various.

It is all perfect everything including Aussee the rooms were once overhauled all very friendly and helpful on the beach including everything including cocktails and other drinks

Not comparable to the Hiltonniveau, but strives to regulate deficits. Too bad that despite all inclusive within the area still costs incurred in the bars and the minibar only with water filled up free of charge. Staff very friendly and helpful. The food is nothing to complain about. Great and clean pool area with attentive supervision. Too bad that the animation was very sluggish. The hung out plan would not be respected and speech by the animation team unfortunately not available rather they preferred each other, apparently no leadership.

The whole kit masterpiece in the hotel is a masterpiece

Friendly staff, clean and neat, food is different, but does not mean it is bad, Egyptian and different. Do not expect Hilton like in other parts of the world, this is Egypt anyway.

Very good place, very clean, good food, friendly service, amenities in pool and beach very good, the important criticism is that they only give WiFi in the loby, to have in the rooms you have to pay, incomprehensible at this time and for this category of hotel

The villa side rooms are very old. Broken pillow cases ansd dirty tower. The rest was ok to the budget price i paid.

Staff are friendly clean organized but the animation is so boring for my kids this is the only thing bothers us

Returned very disappointed with the so-called 5 * Hilton hotel and world tourism with which we went unnoticed no information for the departure we had to take care of obtaining the information ourselves. Regarding the Hilton hotel, people at the reception do not make the effort to speak French, the rooms on the other side of the road are furnished with very used furniture, sagging bedding, tinkered switches, strong unusable box, broken coffee table, very very noisy air conditioning, almost identical food every day without themes, no evening entertainment, no seats in the restaurant, forced to wait for a table to become available on certain days, the distance from our room to the beach was about 800 meters while it was specified beach side.

It was very nice place. I stayed as half board for 5 nights. Very fast check-in by friendly reception man. The roam sapce was good with very special place on a garden just few feets from the aquapark. The breakfast was very good. Dinner at first night was not that good but in the next 4 nights was great. Animation team are funny and very friendly. Two large poles are available. My children just loved the aquapark as well as me I loved the adults aqua, it was very funny. The hotel is very clean. A boiler is provided in the room but there is no refrigerator just cooler (something like refregerator but just preserves the cold stuff not cooling them) , the AC was very good. There is no available free drinking water I had to buy it from outside before i come to the hotel. Last day i went on a very nice journy by a submarine called (Royal Sea Scope) which was very amusing I reserved it from inside the hotel. I just enjoyed my stay and recommended it very very very much

The standard of food is not suitable for a Hilton hotel
All kinds of bread for breakfast and dinner, byte, dry, pasta, rice, and potatoes at home and hot again
There is food, but without taste
The room is excellent
The hygiene is excellent
Every thing is beautiful, except for eating

Nice resort with good facilities and helpful staff. The rooms are very clean and they seem to be always making improvements

In 2019 Hilton hotel are still charging for WiFi (375Egyptian Pounds) for 3nights which was so slow you could barely load WhatsApp message.
The pool and beach was nice, however impossible to relax as every 5mins you have a new person approach you selling the same thing ( tours, massages, private drivers) leave us alone!
Breakfast and dinner buffet was included, however the food was subpar at best, I got food poisoning from the day 3 breakfast which ruined the rest of my trip.
Rooms are outdated with most items in the rooms being damages/broken

Staff intentions may of been friendly but after the 10th time of different staff coming up to me saying nihao enough is enough I'm not even from China.....

Room 6206, next to the artificial beach and the excellent Lagoon restaurant where you can book a complete 'seafood' meal for 10 excluding drinks.
In all inclusive, booked in advance for 25 instead of 90 on site you will also have a bottle of water 1.5l / day, Softy ice included in the Bard pool from 14 to 16h. A treat to rest after a week on the Nile. Feel free to go out and discover other restaurants. Do not forget the earplugs ..

The perfect summer hotel
The food, service, and beach were amazing

We are disappointed, the ratings are overrated. Other than the spacious room overlooking a pool the rest is really not up to par. The food is really not good, this afternoon the cold mayonnaise potatoes were not cooked and the bananas still green were inedible. The bar staff is not so friendly. Believe me if you can choose another hotel in Hurghada do, for example the Alf Leila Wa Leila of the chain of hotels Pickalbatros.

Good: Pools, kids' pools, sea, beach, greenery.
Bad: Variety of food, internet, no toilet close to pools (need to go back to room or lobby, both very uncomfortable), room key problems.

Horrible state of hotel. The villas are in a bad state with old furniture. The air condition is as noisy as a small train.

The pools are ok and clean.
Breakfast is good
Wifi is not good

Behind the hotel is the Red Sea, with beach chairs and a great swim in the Red Sea!

My family and I came from USA and this is the best hotel in Hurghada, the staff is amazing, the food tastes really good. A special thanks to Mr. Haitham, Ms. Hana, the reception staff, the kitchen staff, and Chef Esraa. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone going to Hurghada!!

Let's just say it's definitely not a Hilton, don't be fooled by the name. Hotel for a couple of stars. In no case do not go to a beauty salon if you do not want to pick up something.
