The visit was fantastic and the service was excellent and the garde was nice and I wish to visit it at least every two months and the Grand Plaza Hotel is excellent and wonderful

It's not bad for having good time but the service is not that good and also there was no variety of food

Lovely place. Big pool. Nice beach. Excellent buffet options.

I have to say honestly it's an great hotel with great stuff as a first point.
Beach Pool Gardens Aqua Almost every thing is Simple Great.
As a Time of COVID-19 with limitations in everything they doing them best while I am sure they have more which already I saw in my brevious visits...

Villa rooms are excellent as his the pool. Sea is good with good facilities and activities. Entertainment is very good sometimes especially for children. Pools exce lent. Massages excellent x

Room and swimming pools very nice. Beach quite small and artificial. Buffets of varying levels. Beware of the nonsense of the marketing manager of the diving club ...

The food is a CATASTROPHE, not even close to a 3 star hotel let alone a 5. As for the room, I can't complain it's new and clean for all praise, except for the ants we had in the room .. there are many better hotels even the lower price my recommendation is to choose another hotel. Not even close to hilton hotels in europe .. you get a good room of course for a fee ... hello!

It was a nice stay but wifi network was terrible pools weren't heated enough some food wasnt good but there were varities which is nice staff are nice and service is good

Was a little disappointed as the standard I met was not of Hilton standards .. they need to review the cleanings issue in the rooms and retaurant

Place which has undergone renovations, I was lucky to have a brand new room, first client. The bedding and great, the walk-in shower is made of a pretty beige stone.
The food is not bad, lots of choices. I recommend it for holidays with family or friends. Only downside, having to pay for internet throughout the hotel. Otherwise free in the reception hall.

The truth for being the Hilton this subtraction and much compared with the pairs of the world. Badly organized, in theory I had old inclusive and they wanted to charge me things. In the area have better resort

Excellent location, quiet and quiet. Excellent service and cleanliness

The room is a bit old-fashioned but clean and bright, the buffet meal is not bad, the resort facilities are enough, you can take a leisurely vacation here, and the sunbathing in the Red Sea is empty.

That's not acceptable for a 5 stars resort!! The third bed was old, not neat at all. The rooms are old and need refurbishment. I was disappointed in general from the rooms and the follow up with the front desk.

I was very disappointed by the large number of crowding, as there is no social distancing and the lack of nightly programs or bars to me in the reception and I think the most beautiful in the rooms. I did not complete the rest of the trip and moved to a second hotel

Spacious and clean rooms. Cuisine for all, for 500 guests ... Pleasant pools and beach rather restricted for so many residents. A place to wait before a cruise on the Nile.

Rooms a little bit old and needs maintenance specially bathrooms if you don't complain they won't fix it, air-conditioner was a disaster, there was no entertainment whatsoever but the food is good the staff is cooperative and the view at the beach is nice

The hotel is very nice and friendly food is repetitive but edible
If you book just make sure you book the room you want we booked a standard room an we where across the road from the main hotel so we had to upgrade to get in the other side not cheap to upgrade so just be warned
