Always a treat! This place always satisfies. Today, a lox cream cheese bagel and a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel with coffee. Sandwiches are good here, too; the bread is top-notch, varied, chewy, and delicious.

I won't be going back here. We ordered curbside: a bagel, an iced Chai, and two cookies. We got there 20 mins after we ordered online per the instructions on the order confirmation. I called and was told they would look for the order. I called again 15 mins later to tell them my son was having a meltdown in the car and they said it would be right out. It came out another 10 minutes after the second call. The chai was okay. The bagel was okay. We ordered two cookies for $5 each and only got one in the bag but I was so disgusted by this point that we just left.

The place was clean as always and the people were very friendly but the cinnamon buns were nasty

I know the food is supposed to taste good, but no tiny BLT sandwich should cost $7. Save your money and stop ordering overpriced food.

A little expensive, food taste great. Only go as a treat once in awhile. The bagels I bought to take home were not that good, they molded within a few days.

Stopped in for a quick bite with the fam first time- I think they might be selling themselves short in their name. While half of it is a very nice bakery they offer so much more. The baked goods consist of a wide variety of breads, bagels and pastries there's also a full coffee counter, a salad/hot food bar and a complete sandwich counter. Think Panera on steroids. Only black mark is the seating is on the sparse side, we had to wait for some folks to finish up before we could sit. Other than that, top notch.

Ordered a pepperoni begal, no pepperoni waiting 15 minutes for a drink horrid should have gone to arbys

Good coffee, liked the croissants and the scones. Went back for dinner for the sandwiches, but they were only so so.

Never leave reviews but this place is grossly disorganized. Had to wait 30 minutes for a sandwich. They forgot the order and never did I even get an apology. I would give this place zero stars if I could.

To be honest, it's hard for me to try new food places when I visit Ithaca because I'm so obsessed with Ithaca bakery. Try it for yourself and you'll understand.

** Edit 7/19 - Went back for lunch , our sandwiches were awesome , staff was really friendly and helpful and prices are fair. Nice place , Ithaca icon for coffee , bakery , subs and salads. On the day we went we just had coffees , teas and bakery items. My only negative is my slice of Oreo cake was a little past it's prime ( drying out, etc ) , and the frosting tasted more of shortening than cookies or cream.

Wide selection of salads, soups, sandwiches, breakfast items. Easily found vegan items in every category. Great coffee and kudos for offering soy & almond milk along with all the usual half n half, skim, etc. Not cheap, but wide variety and quality make this a great family roadtrip stop.

The serving sizes were relatively small but the food was good. Solid 4 stars for the balance between quality and cost

Too small to accommodate diners. Food ok, no hurry to go back. They Did allow to taste before purchasing, That was appreciated!

I've been waiting 45+ minutes for the sandwiches I ordered. My lunch break is almost over, so I guess I'm heading back to work on an empty stomach, having wasted $30 on sandwiches. This is completely unacceptable.

Always a must stop when visiting Ithaca. Great food and sooooo many options. Never happy with the prices though....way too expensive...but other than that...a great experience.

All the food tastes like MORE even when you're stuffed! The specialty coffee beverages all have 4 shots of espresso, will get your day moving on the first sip. Service is friendly and fast. Bathroom was clean. Can I live here?

Only go if you're planning on cheating on your diet. Amazing sandwiches, and I can never leave without something from the bakery. They do have gluten free bread for sandwiches.

Great food, nice people, and an Ithaca "vibe" make this place a stand out. Everything is made fresh and healthy. It's an open and airy space that's fun to hang out at. All in all its really one of my Ithaca favorites.

Great hot chocolate and delicious carrot cake! Loved the streetside sitting area as well!

Pastries rock, deli is awesome. Didn't get a chance to try any beer and for that I am ashamed. The people that work there are very friendly and helpful making your time there extremely fun. Try the place out and give Noah a high five for me.

I called in from overseas and placed an order for a cake to surprise my friend who is visiting her son in Cornell. The lady who attended my call was so friendly and gave me all options and what would work for the occasion. The cake was delivered at promised time and the writing on the cake was beautiful. Thank you Ithaca Bakery for making my friend's day memorable.

Amazingly large menu, multiple cashiers ready for a faster checkout. Just did the breakfast buffet, nothing was stale, just lovely. I wish the small tables outside had 3 chairs, they are chained down so you can't add. Ample seating elsewhere though! Thank you!

Food and beverage were of very poor quality. I find it hard to understand how they stay in business? How sad that this place is spoken of as a quality place, what has truly happened to people's taste buds?

I organized a family get together in a State Park and had Ithaca Bakery do the catering. They were fantastic!! Friendly, hard-working staff, and the food was absolutely exquisite! Came with everything we needed (good quality disposable plates, forks and knifes, utensils to serve, and even disposable chafers). We were able to keep the food warm for as long as the party went (about 5 hours), and even after such an extended time it was still delicious! Great quality. My guests also each had a huge portion of left-overs they could carry home (and we are biiiig eaters), so the portions are also definitely very generous. Even my most "picky" guests were amazed at the quality of the food and service. Will definitely use them again for future catering needs in the area!

Food is always good. Sometimes too busy to get seating and sometimes slow to get food out. If you are in a hurry get grab and go or food from the salad bar.

Great coffee, sandwiches and treats. We are here a couple of times during our stay in the fall. I really enjoyed the pumpkin cheesecake brownie.

When in Ithaca, NY...the Ithaca Bakery is a must stop for excellent food, drinks and great customer service! Every food item is made fresh to order...and healthy! I enjoy healthy.

The most options of all the Ithaca bakery locations can be found here. The dual ordering counters can be a bit confusing but the large selection makes up for it.

We visited after a couple year absence and it was just as good as remembered! The Milasese panini was outstanding! It was quite busy on Saturday afternoon but service was efficient and friendly. I wish we lived closer!

I went there looking to get a baked good like cup cakes or anything fresh. But what i saw when i went inside was chaos. I didnt see any bakery items or where they were. There was a line for baked goods but the menu chalk board had coffee options. I ask 3 employees who hurried through my questions and just told me to get in a line. I left confused, hungry and decided not to go back.

Food was good, but setup and ordering was confusing & stressful. There were not clear signs on where to order and pickup and the cashier for pastries should've been by the pastry counter, but it wasn't.

Had two meals here...loved the large and diverse menu.
