brilliant in screen 1....... a bit average in the smaller screens...... nice recent refurb throughout and prices inflated to match..... i don't know how odeon justifies charging more than Vue for inferior sized cinemas....... make sure you get the best seats in screen 1 and on a quiet day and you're sure to have an amazing time x

Great cinema, love the reclining seats, very comfortable and I like that there's a little table for each seat too. Good service at the bar. Will make this a regular cinema choice from now on!
Usually brilliant. Can be pricey depending on which screen you choose. I say chose the dearer screen then you avoid the riff-raff and ragamuffins, you get a lovely bar and good old usher service. I believe it is closed at the moment (09-Aug '20) but I could be wrong.
As luxe cinemas go this is fine although the sound is a bit loud for the size of the room. A nice wine though from the foyer. Definitely prefer the Lounge cinemas where you get service during the film, but this not being one of them, it would be unfair to compare the two.
I miss that the art deco bar is closed well it was last time I went. I didn't ask if it's permanent. Shame if it is as it made it so different to other cinemas.
Great cinema, lovely seats, great movies and sound. Also lovely staff, but recently out of the corner of me eye i had seen a disgusting mouse running up the stairs going towards the exit (when the movie had finished) .I was speachless. When i was ready to leave i wondered where it went, but i didnt have to because the mouse came towards me. All of a sudden i started to scream then the mouse went the opposite direction and enventually went under the seats. From seeing this i think this cinema should work better on there hygiene. I also told a person that worked there that i had saw a mouse and they said and i quote "ok we will double check that for you" They wasn't even shocked or said sorry that i had seen the creature. In my opinion i think they knew the mouse was there but on the other hand maybe not. Who knows...
This place is awesome. The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. These guys know what customer service is and they have implemented it perfectly. The seats in the screens are leather adjustable, reclining armchairs... So comfortable. Screens are huge - best seats in the house are F10 - F18 Highly recommended
A cinema with absolutely no waiting times at a time that would be really busy. Very cleans sand very helpful staff. The chairs were extremely comfortable and were clean as you'd expect. We were sat at the back and the screen did seem rather small for the room
It's a great venue to watch the top movies, very comfortable and has several screens and is easy to travel to. With a underground station yards away and several buses that stop behind and across the Finchley Road from it.
This is a very old pub. Very nice to visit. Beer lovers are provided with the normal number of beer and other drinks that differ from the rest of the Pubs. There are tables outside the establishment where you can smoke. I didn t notice the parking, since I came to the Pub as a pedestrian. Good luck visiting the Pub!
I will forever enjoy coming here! Staff are friendly! Food range is awesome(5 strip chicken)! And their iMax is AMAZING! I used to dislike iMax but Odeon really knows how to put on a show, with their recliners and pull up tables. Love it!
Tonight Boris Gudonuv was ruined by the lack of volume in the sound. It was merely a whisper and spoiled the production that was wonderful for me. I heard a lot of other people complaining. Went especially there for the Imax sound but it simply wasn't there!!!
Not long ago, this Odeon had IMAX screens. Now they are replaced with smaller "Luxe" screens but include plush adjustable leather chairs and at a good price. A more intimate and chilled experience.
This is great old style student cinema. Staff is very friendly and tickets are reasonably priced. It's facilities are a bit outdated but people makes up for it.
I really find it sad that I have to write this review about a cinema that has gone so far downhill but it's better to share that hopefully they will fix it one day.
This is a shoddy badly run cinema with extremely poor management and dire customer services . I would strongly avoid this place as they can t seem to do the basics right.
Their management don't know how to deal with customers and treat customer like criminals instead of guests if they complain about poor service.
This cinema claims to be an Imax, however don't confuse it with the Imax in central london. These digital Imax branded screens ( called by some on the internet as Limax) don't offer the same 70mm breathtaking images.
The cinema would be great if wasn't for rude and poor management staff that just don't seem to care. It's toxic culture really doesnt create a great atmosphere to go enjoy a film with the family.
With so many amazing alternative cinemas in the area - there is a lot better options for your nights out. I would love to see them improve but frankly it s shocking to see how their customers are treated.
Absolute favourite Odeon branch ever! Great location (close to me), luxurious seats and everything seems to be cleaned and reasonably new. Customer service is spotless. Definitely recommended
IMAX is nice and comfortable. There is a bar/lounge outside the IMAX theatre, but it never seems to be open. Went on a weekday and weekend night and still wasn't open. Other than that, it's a good spot to catch a movie on the big screen.
Best seats. 1st class, reclining, good loos. Expensive. BUT AS ALWAYS the food/ confectionery is a BIG PROBLEM. It's NOISY. Total experience of fab film ruined by people trying to unwrap sweets or crinckling crisp packets slowly and quietly. Total let down and MAIN REASON Odeon will never compete with Everyman and Curzon, despite better seats. Shame.
I live near buy so this is my go to cinema. Only aw movies in IMAX so can't say anything about other screens. IMAX is great and very comfortable the staff are friendly and helpfull. The only thing I don't like is that they have like 10 dors at the entrance and only 2 can be opened. So everytime i get there I have to try and opened couple of doors like an idiot before i can get in. Other then that cinema is great!
Just watched a movie in the IMAX cinema, it was so cold in there, had to sit with coats wrapped around us. Not an ideal viewing experience! Staff did apologise and offered us a free coffee to warm us up. Unfortunately this was lukewarm too.!!
I went to watch a movie at the Odeon Luxe Swiss Cottage. The seats were very comfortable but sitting toward the back of the Cinema the sound quality was awful. You could hardly here the dialog of the movie and I really wish they put some more time into checking the audio setup. The screen size was good but again I had to really listen hard to make out what the actors were saying. I really wish I could have given them a 5 star review but unfortunately I did not get to enjoy the movie as much as I hoped.
Worth the comparably little more for the experience. Imax at its best! Minus 1 star due to the 'unhelpful ' collecting tickets, issue with the print out from their machine & he wanted me to go down ( imax top of building) to queue to get sorted, did say quite firmly that i was not prepared to do so as film starting literally & he fed me the 'calm down' line, which is more provoking than de- escalating! But apart from that A1 :D
Went to see the marvel 10 year anniversary the winter soldier but unfortunately their IMAX screen had broken. They were very apologetic, gave us a full refund and let us see crazy rich Asians too! Would have liked to see the IMAX but still had a good time
Great screen and sound.. Pure Imax experience. But what a shame to keep winter jacket while watching a movie. Think the 4d design for 'the day after tomorrow' is still in place as the temperature in the cinema is way below the acceptable.
