Pretty good. Beaches comfortable and clean. Friendliness of the staff. Excellent food I would have to fix the tubs.

A reasonable hotel, lobby is under staffed in the evening, so can wait a while for drinks. Overall a pleasant experiance.

I don't even have the slightest objection! People, sea, accommodation, beach, swimming pools, food choices, excursions ... perfection!

After the 5* hotels we stayed at in Cairo and Aswan and the 5* Nile cruise the 5* Hurghada Hilton felt like a crash back down to earth. The service felt like an inconvenience and the food was mediocre. Probably used to be 5*!

Very nice property to stay and enjoy and relax. Typical of Hurghaada this Resort is also spread on both sides of road. One end u have rooms sweeping pools sea coast. Shacks and on other side it's paid amenities and twin duplex properties for lavish stay. 5 different type of restaurants to enjoy. Shallow sea coast and private property beach is safe and secured. Daily some or the other entertainment programme is arranged. Various site seeing options can be arranged from here. Staff is polite and helpful. Recommended place for real holiday enjoyment.

A little 'tired', but very friendly and helpful staff. Not the best place for food if you're vegetarian, but pleasant. The beach and lagoon are delightful, and the pool areas are well presented and nice. If you're a meat-eater, you'll be happy with a massive selection every meal. Same if you want nothing more than salad, but if you're veggie or vegan, you might want to check out the menu first. Sauteed Vegetables are labelled "Healthy Option" every day. One positive, breakfast is great for the non-meaties ... Falafels are as good and fresh here as most places in Egypt, so fill up in the morning and you'll be fine.

The biggest gripe is the WiFi. 'Free' is available very intermittently in reception only. In fact it's so bad, you can buy an upgrade for 500EGP for 5 days, but even this is not always reliable ... The upgraded WiFi does tend to work everywhere in the hotel (inc your room) although comically is not so good in reception.

Our room is nice, if dated, and it pays not to examine the workmanship too closely. I could post pics of a very dangerous broken electrical socket, a fridge that didn't work (fixed on request), a broken sliding balcony door handle (fixed immediately), peeling paintwork on the balcony rail and grouting in the bathroom that looks like my mum did it (and she doesn't grout), but I won't.

The gym is good - lots of bikes etc and there's a squash and tennis court.

We paid not too much for a week away and whilst I would express surprise that this is a "Hilton", overall I'm not disappointed. In fact, I'm pleasantly surprised at how relaxing the week has been so far and I'd probably recommend the hotel to someone looking for a quiet week away.

Even the Anamacion haven't been too annoying.

The level of the addition is very weak rooms are full of pills and the restaurant is bad in all sense the real word does not deserve the title of Hilton

Did not deserve the name "Hilton". Hardly enough space to sit outside in the evening, room quite old. Waiters were super and very child friendly. The staff at the reception unfortunately not

In general, everything is fine. Except for the mosquitoes on the ground floor, the little plastic cups in the bar, and the booze painting. The furniture is old, but overall the staff is working properly. The beach and the animators are excellent.

It's spacious and it's a resort, so you can be free or uncomfortable because each building is open ^^ But the ocean is right in front of you, so you can reduce the sunset and the sea together

A good 5 star hotel (Egyptian level) about 5 minutes drive from Hurghada airport. We stayed in a villa across the street (it has its own pool and bar). The rooms are big enough with small flaws, but you can overlook them, because you hardly stay there anyway (the renovation has already started in the main building). A safe to store valuables is available in the closet. The housekeeper cleans thoroughly every morning and is happy to leave a little surprise behind such as a crocodile made of towels (I don't know if it was just the tip). The beds offered good sleeping comfort. The TV in the room offers 2 German-language channels. The service in the hotel (reception, waiter, gardener, LifeGuard ...) was good and I felt really comfortable and well looked after. Unfortunately, it was also the case here that some sellers on the beach did not give up and were very annoyed after 2 days ...
The sandy beach is large and clean. There were enough pool chairs and umbrellas available.
Unfortunately, there is no direct reef at the hotel, but if you swim a little further out, you will find enough small reefs with all kinds of marine life.
An animation program is also offered, but I had the feeling that the entertainers were mostly Russian and only addressed the Russian guests.
The food was good and varied for our taste. Please do not expect original European cuisine! (You are going on vacation to discover something new :-))
The wellness area is very well developed and the applications are recommended. (I had a back massage twice). We would love to come back! :-)

No free wifi in rooms, rooms are a little dated but still very good for Egypt which is 95% 2 star hotels

I've been in several Hilton hotels around the world, but this is the worst so far, reception is totally disorganised, room smells cigarette, full of mosquito... And the all inclusive depend on... everything. I do not recommend this place.

A place worth recommending! The room in the villa part did not live up to expectations, changing the room to the other side after an additional charge was trouble-free and quick. Hotel staff very nice and helpful! Serviceroom at a high level! Food very tasty and certainly everyone will find something for themselves, restaurant service great. Thank you for a wonderful holiday, I will definitely come back here!

This hotel does not deserve the name Hilton! Used and, among other things, refilled shampoo bottles ...

The bathroom was dirty and rundown, even every hostel looks cleaner. Towels were partially stained and insects / ants provided.

Internet was only in the lobby and in the room you had to pay 8 per day, which is a bit ridiculous.

A / I hotel with subject misconduct, you get before 1000 o'clock drinks only in the kitchen or in the hall if you have breakfast.

If you want something in the lobby or at the pool only from 1000 clock or against payment? A little ridiculous!

This hotel is closed in my opinion!

There were stains on the blanket and at least 4 bed bugs were bitten during the night. Everywhere rash on the feet and calves. (Mosquitos are / were not!)

And a big no-go again from these tourists reserving beach chairs while they are having breakfast. Which is no problem for me, take a towel and put it away.

Very nice stay in this hotel, the beach is very beautiful and the room classic but comfortable.

Rooms good food nothing exceptional had to go out a few times to have a change from chicken only had one bar with very little sitting one out door bar only has 4tables Not a4*posable 3*very disappointing for a Hilton entertainment

Traveled here to vacation with my wife here who booked the Royal Suite here so we could enjoy room service etc together in a living room etc and celebrate our 2nd anniversary. She is American and I'm Egyptian and so they put me in a room across the street which is an entirely separate hotel. We couldn't even stand in the same room despite it being a suite. The front desk said they would not accept our marriage documents and never even looked at them. They didn't even have my reservation upon arrival so that was a waste of an hour. The internet didn't work making it impossible to communicate with her. It was a nightmare that we dont ever want to repeat. We just called and booked first class tickets back to Cairo after only being in Hurghada for a couple of hours. My poor country has a long way to go before being normal.

Super nice staff, courteous and always trying to make it enough. Great beach and nice pools.
Everything was very neat and clean. We felt very comfortable and will always come back!
The buffet was always rich, a lot of choice and good quality.
The location is also great, not far from the airport and within 10 minutes by car in town.

Well-kept hotel. An option for every budget. We were on the other side of the road, a little further away from the beach, but 3 swimming pools around the corner. You are free to go wherever you want. Helpful staff. Had a nice ending to a nice holiday.

Dirty beach, there are hygienic wipes in the hotel beach.
Well maintained swimming pool, too bad people do not respect the instructions, you can see people there bathing in dresses and veils, Asians who spit with a disgusting noise.
For Wi-Fi, it's limited to the lobby, with a restricted flow (rotten). Or then pay.
Workers ask for bribes all the time.
The sellers are harassing you, with a record this Saturday morning, 5 different people come in 2 hours while you want to rest in the sun by the beach.
Quite unpleasant stay, civilization / population not welcoming. Constantly asking you for money. The shops scam you.
Prefer to go to the marketing hub for cigarettes and drinks (you can take them to the hotel if you don't have the all-in).
Besides, the all-in is not great, not much to offer in drinks, cola sprites and local alcohol, vodka and gin. A tasteless ice cream. In short, Djerba was nicer.

You have to do 1 hour by boat to find a pleasant diving spot (40 euros per day).

In short, run away from this hotel and this place.
Ha yes, not only is the beach artificial, but the "hotel city" is also.

The hotel is realistic with 3 *. Honestly, I am very disappointed for what I gave the money for. The choice of food is a disaster, almost every day a diet. The only good thing is the beach and maintaining cleanliness in the rooms. We drink pizza in cardboard cups, although not in other hotels. PASSIONATELY!!!
For this money you can pay for a much better hotel !!

Quite hotel. Improving services. Good place for families

This hotel deserves 3 stars. The food is the same, every day the same. Animators are trying to create an atmosphere. The water in the sea was with jellyfish for days, dirty. Some rooms have been renovated, but most are old and dilapidated. For ive suffering, however, better accommodation can be found.

A hotel I love very much but there are some drawbacks to be corrected

I really have no complaints, wonderful offer, cordial service, various food, wonderful entertainment facilities, well-kept beach and aqua park, a high degree of prevention Covid-19. A heartfelt recommendation!

Given this year s situation because of the corona here at the Hilton it s OK. They regularly clean and disinfect. Food is reduced everywhere this year, but no one will stay hungry. The rooms are new, probably recently renovated, the bathroom is spacious and nice. Staff friendly. The beach is sandy with a gradual entry into the water, the tides are not pronounced so that even at high tide you can swim nicely. Animators fun. All in all, a nice holiday

Good overall
Great staff, food okay as all inclusive but gets a bit boring. The downstairs 'a la carte' restaurant is terrible. Good private beach, main pool cold in December. Sandstorms in February. Snorkeling in the sea is great but you need to make a trip to get to the coral reefs.

Some of the rooms are shabby and badly need refurbishment. Terrible wi fi and you have to pay extra for the slow wi fi in the rooms. You are always being pestered to buy massages or trips.

staff friendliness and helpfulness i observed at this hotel is not up to Hilton's standards. room service food was one of the worst i have ever tasted esp. the pizza avoid at all costs. chicken nuggets is something i cant even describe. slow paid wifi. breakfast buffet is good however there is no fresh orange juice which is a rare thing to observe in hurghada hotels. in one of the two rooms we got the fridge is not working. important point: when you make reservation double check and know beforehand where are you being placed as they have to locations and in our case in order to reach the beach you have to cross the main road for breakfast and to reach the beach which is really inconvinient esp. at 40+ degrees and of course when we asked for a different locarion we got the "we are fully booked" answer.

Aso honestly am very surprised and disappointed the worst the room quality !!!! And the staff rude! Do I have to check out again and never again?

All very nice BUT when we arrived in Istanbul I realized that I was missing things: a clslina a pants a shirt a dress and fragmentably

Very bad hotel I been in several hotels at hurghada but this only 3star I can say.
Food same from Monday to Monday. Stuff not to bad but not smile.
Again going to Hurghada after 7weeks and again going to book 5 star but not big names like always I done before.
