Hurghada is beautiful. But felt like a cog in the wheel at meal time. HUGE selection of food but always crowded. Don't expect personal service.

Rest of resort is what I'd expect from a 4 star hotel.

I liked it there. It's old but nice, safe and clean. It was fun in aqua play, and people there are friendly.

Well to start with don't go. They say it's a 5 star hilton, more like a 3 star b&b.
Don't select a villa room as it's a 10 min walk to the hotel. All rooms needed updating.
The pool area was just falling apart. Broken tiles everywhere. Beach was lovely but the bar doesn't open till 10am so if your an early bird take a drink with you. Entertainment was at the very end of marina but the bar there was not included in all inclusive. In fact the only bar that is included is the lobby which seats 20 maybe 30 people max. The restaurant is not big enough for the hotel you will be queuing to get in. Plus not much of a selection. Lagoon restaurant lovely but additional charge, lovely cocktails at pool bar but chargeable, sports bar just to watch the football chargeable. From speaking to other people the whole of Hurghada is like this.

Beautiful garden and pool and beach. No terrace to eat damage. Restaurant not good at all, refectory atmosphere and food canteen.

We had a wonderful time, friendly service, very clean, lots of food and drinks options all inclusive is the way to go!

A good choice for a relaxing holiday in a personal atmosphere.
This hotel has been one of the best addresses in an ideal location for many years - was one of the first five-star hotels in the region - so rather a classic that is constantly renewed, expanded, optimized and renovated - soon also some rooms. Pleasantly that it is manageable size (just not one of the super modern, super large adventure resorts), rather personal atmosphere, so that even small special requests can be met. Less of Hilton's often assumed "international business style", more of a beachfront hotel. Good location right on the beautiful beach and near the promenade. Short transfer times from the airport - without aircraft noise. Extremely friendly reception team with the FOM Ahmed. Attentive service in the restaurants. Food was a successful mix of local and international, variety and choice were sufficient (ok, larger hotels have larger buffets), quality and taste fit. Only the Barteam would need a motivation boost again.
Speaking of bar: when booking and on site pay attention, which variant All Inclusive is booked ... the different AI programs can confuse.
Couples are just as welcome as families. Everyone finds their place, whether quiet at the pool, family at the small water park or lively on the beach (music can also be louder). Animation rather unobtrusive, if not very experienced. Good offer of diving and surfing lessons.
Very good price-performance ratio.
Tip 1: do not just stay at the hotel. In the evening, the promenade offers good options to stroll, shop and even outside what to drink (of course not ;-) AI).

You can never relax in this hotel! Irritating and bodering shop sellers, beauty and spa sellers, trip programmes sellers and animation team first of all! All personnel are not client oriented!
Only positive thing is the quality of food at the main restaurant.

The building is a bit old but not bad at all ... The beach is great and the pool is very well maintained. Food is Arab food, so don't expect much.

Excellent. Only thing you can't use the pool or beach after 6.00pm. It's so extremely hot during the day to use the pool and they won't allow use the pool or sea after 6.00pm and wont let you sign an indemnity. That's why 4 stars only.

Room service and housekeeping and front front office are excellent but the food quality and diversity of the food and animation level is much less than elsewhere.

The food is delicious and of excellent quality, the beach should be a little bigger, but there is no crowd and people are not pushing. Hygiene is 5 * no mistake. The sea is wonderful in one word. The pools are large and there are also water slides that are fun for all ages. The animation team is fun, the staff at the hotel is up-to-date and helpful, especially if you give a damn. The disadvantages are, for example, what is saved on juices in the sense that the mini bar is empty, the juice cups on the beaches are paper but small (about 1-1.5dl) but it is not a problem to take several of them at once haha (. Rooms (take the premium room I took too), it's perfect because it has space, it has a big terrace, a big closet, a huge bathroom with rain forest shower, you get shampoo, bath, conditioner and cream and soap all that x2, it even has ironing board, iron and laundry bag for washing if necessary. The hotel is also equipped for the disabled.
Also triple rooms as such do not exist, you get an extra bed, so you better take another room.
All in all the right place to enjoy

I am giving 5 stars for the hotel staff. They are wonderful and very kind. For everything you need there is for you, the pleasure is to help you. The hotel is clean, although it is ready for renovation. The building is excellent, the beach that is next to the hotel is very neat. The food that is on offer is diverse. I would return to this place again in everything.

This hotel is amazing the beach is one of the most beautiful beaches i have ever visited in hurghada the swimming pool isn't very good it's good the only problem that the current animation team is very unprofessional the best thing in the hotel is the restaurant every day they change the food kinds another proplem that the hotel is always very crowdy .

I don't know who the hell given 5 star to this hotel,its disgrace to HILTON name.by the way I have been hotelier for 55 years, I got no complaints about the staff they are very good but rest needs good revamp top the bottom.

The beach is nice and clean we enjoyed it

The facilities include three pools, a wellness centre (including gym and spa), multiple restaurants and a private beach. The service standard varied from staff member to staff member - overall, it felt vary transactional. The gym attendant tried to charge me for use of the gym, which there is no charge for. The room standard is okay (not five-star standard though), very clean but a little outdated. The buffet offered a range of quality food options to suit everyone.
