For the second time i have been met as the most important gust in the hotel by Mr. Adel Fathy the most professional receptionist in Hilton Hurghada Resort a lot of thanks to him,the housekeeping is awesome too, and the main restaurant is providing a good food and service.

Oh ya. The Hilton in hurghada. The location is very posh. All branded hotel in a line. The whole street is expensive and posh. Sightseeing and all available at hotel. Different shows happen in hotel in evening. Very good breakfast.

Excellent place in terms of services and accommodation

Not more than a star descending. Abgewonnen room is all old and kapput. Bath very terrible. Only staff is friendly. Once and never again.

Seemingly only for money. Pool bar not occupied. Drinks themselves are served warm (vodka lemon warm ... delicious). Cocktails are not shit. Snapshot shot can be filled up with the syrup water.

Breakfast was ok. Lunch / dinner undefinable meat in gravy. Vegetables / salad look OK.

#Room

Totally rocketed. Climate is as loud as a train no matter what level. The room boy does a good job as far as possible.

Overall, I can not recommend this hotel. All inclusive is somehow trying not to make usable here. Never ever.

Service bad, food does not work, everyone wants extra money for whatever, I will not go there

Nice and professional staff, very tasty and various food, big and spacious rooms, very interesting beach, nice pools. Value for money.

The private beach is awesome. The grounds are green and well maintained. The pools are great. The staff is nice and accommodating. The food and drink has always tasted. The sea view rooms are very close to the beach. The only thing you can fault is the condition of the rooms: old and worn. But the rooms are clean anyway. In the hotel but some rooms at the first pool have been renovated, as we have learned from other guests. This will certainly continue. With children you can go there well (baby pool and children's pool). The hotel has everything you need.

The hotel is located directly on the beach and is divided into two areas. The first area is located directly at the main house and is mostly renovated. This area is located on the seafront and is equipped with two large pools, both of which have a children's area and one with a bar in the water. The second area is across the street and therefore has no direct access to the sea. This area is equipped with unrenovated rooms and a pool.

We have basically no extremely high standards for the room in the hotel, but were extremely dissatisfied with the originally booked rooms (lowest price category). The room was on the unrenovated side of the hotel and was very worn and aged. The room was not dirty, but we felt very uncomfortable. On complaint at the front desk, we could the renovated rooms (suite and normal double room) on the side of the main building, which were completely renovated and much better equipped. Thankfully, we were able to move one of the renovated double rooms the next day. The Reininungsservice was always great! Therefore, I can only advise to pay attention when booking one of the renovated rooms (a bit more expensive). Since the renovated room was exactly what we wanted, we would have liked to give full 5 stars, but have to deduct a star for the extreme differences between the two room types.

The service, to which we both the front desk, as well as waiters etc. count was unfortunately dependent on the day. Basically, you can expect that you will only be served with a tip, or, for example, when wearing the suitcase a corresponding tip is expected. Since we knew this before, we refused any help.
The waiters clear empty drinks only, it is rarely asked, if you want something new. That's why the queue at the bar is always relatively large. The free Wi-Fi in the lobby is very good during the day, only in the rush hours for breakfast and dinner it is slowly not usable.

The dinner offers little variety and unfortunately it is not always something for everyone. However, sweets and desserts are always delicious and available in large quantities. The breakfast is with fruit / vegetables, cornflakes on eggs with sausage and bacon up to pancakes very good, only the offer of sausage & cheese was very small and had not promised us personally. The drinks, especially the cocktails, are okay, but here should one or the other with a sensitive stomach if necessary make sure not to give ice cubes. Extremely disturbed us that at every bar drinks (sparkling water, coke etc.) only from 10 o'clock in the morning spent. Only still water and a rather inedible artificially tasting orange juice are available around the clock.

Sea / beach: 3/5
The beach is equipped with enough beach chairs and umbrellas. A big drawback, however, was that the headland, which you can see in some pictures, from this hotel not allowed to swim / committed. This can only be visited by the neighboring hotel. In addition, the swimming area is staked and must not be left at any time.
You also have to be prepared for the fact that the first 1-2 days, some daily, a lot of traders is addressed. We found it nice to start excursions on the water directly from our own jetty.

Unfortunately, we will not visit the hotel again.

Not the ideal hotel for people with reduced mobility

I stayed in this lovely hotel last March and should have stayed longer than the three days planned. Superb service, especially from Guest Relations Manager Mahmoud Abdelsamie. Great room, quiet, and overlooking one of the outdoor pools. Delicious food in the restaurant, great service as well.
Need to come back here next year and stay longer. My thanks to all the personnel there--I loved being in Paradise!

We got rooms in the second part of the street in neglected cottages. Old rooms, gray towels from wear and crumpled. The late breakfast at the bar is a mockery, two artificial cookies, everything devastated as communism with us. Inedible meals. The kitchen was a breeze: everything tasteless: whether meat or pasta tasted the same. A 3-star hotel. I do not know who writes these opinions, people from the deep village, what they eat in mac donaldsie?

The Hotel "Hilton Hurghada Resort" is extraordinary, all the people is friendly, very professional.
The "all inclusive" service: outstanding, the breakfast, lunch and dinner very delicious, complete.
The room very modern, comfortable, spacious, with a balcony with a view to the pool.
In front of the hotel, in a walking distance there are all kind of shops.
The only thing that must be improved is INTERNET, it is so slow that you go to sleep and only one photo was sent, 5Mb is the speed and we have spend 500 EGP per 5 days.

I think it's a good hotel for the Egyptian realities, but it's far to the European Hiltons. Nice beach. Rooms quite dirty. Inedible breakfast.

Do not believe the five stars of this garbage. A mediocre hotel with old furniture ... broken sockets .. a broken iron ... and extremely lousy internet. Only after three hours was it possible to connect to the Internet. The staff on all questions only smiles happily. The function ... all inclusive ... is indecent. Bar in the room for money .. Internet in the room for money. Breakfast is rich in the presence of ten varieties of rolls ... greens and scrambled eggs ... which one cook prepares ... and therefore the lineup ... Meat .. fish ... and other preparations at this hotel are not welcome. The name SHERATON and five stars can be safely written on the trash can and this option will successfully compete with this institution. After living a day in this barn, we moved to another hotel .. with four stars ... which really corresponds to the class. Be careful with advertisements for this hotel. All that is written in Bucking and travel company advertisements ... FALSE.

A beautiful and quiet place and the sea is sweet and oily

Excellent .. Service and rooms .. Perfect also food and private beach. The pools offer a great alternative for children to play

This hotel has 5 stars but deserves only 3. I've been in way better 4 star hotels. It doesn't deserve name Hilton. Also name "all-inclusive" means that everything is included , but here , you have to pay for something like wifi 10$/h . Room for eating is small, you have to wait in line to get in and then wait in line to get a meal you want. Hotel room is clean at first but if you don't leave a tip , they won't clean it very well. Loby (the only place where wifi is free) is always full, because it is small. Pool works till 6 p.m. , and bar works only 2h a day. Everything has diffrent timings and if you do not have paper with working hours of everything , you will have difficult time relaxing here. There are more flaws than this but the bottom line is that this hotel is ok , but it doesn't live up to five star rating and Hilton name, and it's not worth the money we are paying it. I've been talking with people here and there are far better hotels here for same price. My suggestion is to avoid this hotel.

I can't say anything bad about the hotel! We stayed 9 days and worried even about the many bad comments!
But the opposite was the case!
Everything is as it should be in a 5 star hotel.
Great service, super friendly staff, the front desk is always manned and are always available for questions or problems.
You will be well looked after!

The hotel itself is nice but some of the rooms still have old furniture, the staff could be a little polite, the food is ok, the beach is very good, the animation team should be more professional and treat guests with respect, but overall it was really nice vacation.

This hotel is one of the best hotels in Hurghada, This hotel has very wide king bed in its rooms that strong comfortable, and the size of its rooms is big enough the arrange you luggage and clothes and books & papers, also inside the rooms there is a private toilet that is cleaned daily by professional room servers
The private beach of the hotel is very interesting and gives you chance to swim and dive and interest in watching coral reefs of the Red Sea .

An excellent hotel, good location and staff, the food is of a good quality, but it is an international palate.
As with all Egyptian hotels the alcohol is not to a European standard.

Excellent offer for the money and generally very good resort. Clean rooms, swimming pools maintained daily, good food. Resorr has 2 parts. The other one is accross the street organised as very "rich" looking villas with gym, sports terrains, inner sw.pool, more quiet for relax loving people, the first one is with reception lobby and reataurants .GREAT ANIMATION TEAM with very unique guy with funny hair called Shiko who is basically everywhere doing his work to make your stay pleasant at any time. Recommended for families with kids. Beach is private with lots of palm trees at the spot. Greenery throughout resort is excellent.

. The Hilton Hurghada resort is just 10 minutes' drive from Hurghada Airport, and it features a private beach and 3 swimming pools, including the resort's private water park with 7 water slides. The resort's water sports and diving center provides scuba diving equipment in the Red Sea, cruises and surfing.

Private balconies or patios are standard in all Hilton rooms that overlook the surrounding gardens and large pools that offer panoramic sea views. All rooms have a marble bathroom, refrigerator, tea and coffee making facilities, an iron and ironing board.

Very poor service in all areas of the hotel. The bathroom in my room was smelly. I complained a few times. They went there and only put a scent, but soon the scent came back. The food at the restaurant leaves a lot to be desired. Wifi only in the lobby, which nowadays is absurd. And yet, it does not work well. Anyway, this is a hotel that does not honor the Hilton brand.
