Our stay at the Hilton Fort Worth was phenomenal. Every service we received was superb. The only issue was a coffee pod left in the coffee maker. I called about it and we received a "make it right" card, good for a free drink of our choice from the hotel. The room was incredibly comfortable. The food from room service was especially delicious and the concierge service was impeccable. I would definitely choose this hotel again.

Stayed here Wed 12/30 through Sat 1/2. It really was great. There were a few issues with the room (cleanliness related) but it was addressed and fixed quickly. We did not want to change rooms after the long drive. It was a corner room on the 10th floor and it was very nice. I would recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay here again. One thing to take into consideration: Parking is $31 per vehicle, per night. We had two vehicles and stayed three nights... so that was a shock. Free parking is too far away.

This lovely hotel is right in the heart of downtown Fort Worth. It's very nice without being pretentious or ostentatious. It also has a Starbucks and a Ruth's Chris on the first floor with ample seating. The confrench rooms were perfectly adequate.

This is a very nice hotel with no public parking. As in there is only valet parking available since it is downtown Ft Worth. The area is vibrant and has a lot of activities and restaraunt in the area. Our room was smartly laid out and my family had a great trip. Be warned that there isn't a pool which is clearly stated on their website but explaining that to my 4 year old was difficult.

We were attending a concert in Fort Worth over the weekend & this was the only hotel available in close proximity. So The location of this hotel is good. However this is NOT a 4 star hotel as advertised. This hotel is old & in rough shape ! Needs updating & maintenance! The escalators didn t work , the lobby restrooms on the first & second floor were locked & unable to be used by hotel guests, the elevators were scary & rickety, the room was hot , the a/c unit was very loud , no towels , cleaning staff didn t want to provide us with 2 towels , hotel room was not ready when we arrived , we were asked to wait in the lobby for an hour & 1/2. Hotel staff was sub par on customer service. The valet took our luggage & didn t give us a ticket & then couldn t remember us or our bags, luckily after a lengthy search our bags were found. I would not book at this hotel again. I m skeptical of any 4 star reviewers of this hotel at this point.

Perfect spot to stay for the Parade of Lights but I was really disappointed in the appearance. It seemed like they are still back in 80's. Everything seemed old, paint, carpet. They did have a great bed and good nights sleep. No thrills. We did eat the buffet the next morning, not worth the $15 but was good.

A little out dated but cool historical place. Room wasn't thoroughly cleaned. Side of bathroom counter looked like it hasn't been cleaned in ages. Ceiling in bathroom was peeling. Ventilation was poor but it is an old building.

Staff was fantastic however and why I gave any stars at all....

Lovely hotel with friendly staff especially the breakfast waiters who were really helpful.
Was overcharged when checking out but it was resolved quickly.
My only real complaint was the wifi which was a bit slow.

I really enjoyed the hotel. The room was great, the shower was spectacular and the service was excellent. The only sub par thing was the bed and the front desk said they were in the process of swapping them out for new ones. All for a stay on points!

Alec, Eric, and big poppa Mike met and exceeded all expectations. They legitimately care for each guest and made me feel at home. I cannot say enough, if I was able to give 100 stars I would.

My organization recently held a conference at the Fort Worth Hilton and thanks to their amazing staff, the meetings went off seamlessly, which I can rarely say as a conference planner. They have one of the most dedicated, professional, detail and customer-oriented staff that I have ever come across, specifically their Convention Services Manager, Director of Catering & Conference Services and their Director of Banquets. These three individuals were so attentive and made sure that they, or their staff, were always available to me, from the planning stage to the final billing. The hotel itself is modern and airy and includes just the right amount of a nod to its JFK history. The guest rooms were clean and spacious and the meeting rooms are very spacious and allow for many different room sets. The location of the hotel is a perfect distance to Sundance Square with lots of options for dining. If I could hold my conference in Fort Worth every year, I would!

To start, our stay was fine. This hotel is not worthy of the number of stars. I've stayed at lesser starred hotels that have been much nicer. It's in the details, not how nice your lobby is (it's pretty fancy). The faux red alligator wrap on the beds was ridiculous. Bathroom had some DIY style fixes to fixtures. Do not pay more than a double digit price negotiated on Priceline. I expect more from a 4 star.

I called twice yesterday (3/15/17) until the phone connection was disconnected itself twice. Then again today and pressed 1 for reservation to see if anyone would answer and 3 minutes later finally an answer. I asked the desk girl my question without any answer she transfers me so again I wait until the disconnection ends. Poor poor service.

We went here for a corporate holiday party. The venue was nice and had a good layout. The hotel staff were very friendly, but may have been a bit too eager to take our dishes. I kept having to go back and get a new plate and more food when I got drink refills and losing my food that I had not yet finished. Some bartenders asked for alcohol drink tickets when getting non-alcoholic drinks. Frustrating but overall enjoyable.

It isn't true, that all things are bigger in Texas
Extremely disappointed with their generic breakfast buffet. There was absolutely nothing available that would set it apart from a Denny's.
Ordered eggs benedict off the menu, again, highly disappointing with the lack of canadian bacon it's suppose to come with.
The hostess and server were top notch, but than again, the server seeing how the food was sparingly prepared should've had it corrected before bring it to the table.
This Hilton needs help compared to others we've stayed at when traveling.

I was with a group of 25 to 30, for a conference and for 2 days had lunch at the restaurant. Both days it took almost an hour just to get our meal, and 20 minutes to fill our drink orders, ( we had people getting to help themselves to the pitchers of water left nearby) Seems they only had 2 waitstaff for the lunch crowd. I had ordered a cedar salad, they brought me a Cobb salad, then returned with the correct order 10-15 minutes later.....I could not refer this restaurant in good conscious to any.... food quality was lacking, service was horrid, ..... at least the silverware and napkins were clean.

It's a Hilton. It's downtown. Great location, great chain. Very pleased. You can walk across to the Convention Center and experience the dining, etc. of downtown Ft. Worth. They accommodated my early check-in with pleasure.

An enjoyable venue for a conference. In-hotel services can be pricy, but during business hours there are many nearby alternatives with a bit of walking. The building is historic, so don't expect brand new rooms. However, they have lots of light, comfy beds, and are well serviced. Plus, the staff are all very friendly and always ready to help.

Hotel relatively comfortable but a bit dated. Lack of amenities for a Hilton. The bathroom is not very modern but functional. The cleanliness is limited and my room was not made the first day .. the wifi really does not work well. This hotel is the equivalent of a two or three star hotel but certainly not a reference for a Hilton. I certainly do not recommend it.

The Hilton is a great downtown hotel that's walkable to everything in downtown Ft. Worth. The rooms are all above average size and nicely decorated. The restaurant and bar have great service and good food. Of the downtown Ft. Worth hotels I've stayed in, the Hilton is the best!

I highly recommend staying at this hotel or just stopping in to meet some of the nicest people! I was staying at the hotel next door and wanted a drink which my hotel didn't offer so I went here. I was greeted by the nicest hostess and server at the restaurant bar. They had nothing but kind things to say and I was having so much fun talking and laughing with them that I told them I would visit them again the next night. The next night not only did I have a grand time I met the best chef, bartender, guest service staff etc... They even went out of the way to help me with printing and scanning things for my work. The food was also delicious, made fresh in no time! I will be visiting them all again tonight because I consider them my friends. Also the hotel itself is kept in immaculate condition and located just 3 minutes away from downtown Fort Worth.

When for a work event and stayed over the weekend. Rooms were clean and the food served by the hotel was really good. You have to pay to have you car parked, and the rooms never cooled down to my liking but overall a nice hotel in heart of downtown with lots of fun shops and restaurants in walking distance.
