The staff was very loud with dishes/trash during some of the speeches, drowning out some of the quieter ones. Otherwise an excellent venue

The service was impeccable!!! How dare they only give you 's. The staff is very friendly and attentive.
Great service , very helpful staff and a great location . Can walk to tons of places for food and drink
Escalator stopped halfway down, but it was still an enjoyable stay.
They call us the historic Hilton Fort Worth. The reason that is historic is it is the last hotel that JFK stayed in prior to his assassination in Dallas. Right outside the hotel there is a memorial that is pretty cool to check out and absolutely free. The rooms were clean but had some issues such as the chair looked like it had to tears in it from a knife or something like that. The shower curtain had a stain on the outside of it that to me look like blood. The beds were clean and the floors were vacuumed and nice. I don't understand in today's age why hotels don't have more Outlets next to the beds or on the nightstands though. Check-in was easy and there's a Starbucks in the first floor area which was awesome.
I am staying here because my employer sent me here on business to attend a conference. Their security is top notch, customer service is awesome while being very friendly, they will accommodate you in whatever way possible, and is conveniently located by many great restaurants and entertainment. I would definitely come back when the opportunity arises. This is also my first time staying at a Hilton Hotel
Ditch the powdered eggs and go digital with your valet already and you got a winner
Hotel = Not Entertaining (Read whole review)
Food = To die for
The hotel has no pool and no hot tub; the bathtubs in the rooms are pitifully small. They have no options to rent movies in your room. We went to Best Buy and bought a new Apple TV to hook up to the reasonably new LG flat screen in the room but we forgot to buy an HDMI cord.
When we returned to the hotel room, we called the front desk to ask if there was any possibility that they could find us an HDMI cord and they told us that the HDMI input on all of their TVs were either disabled or won t work!
This hotel is a slightly spruced up Motel 6. It is a fine place to sleep. That s it. If you re coming here to get away and relax a bit-expecting any kind of entertainment other than peace and quiet you will not find it.
HOWEVER:
Their restaurant is AMAZING. I actually wrote this review last night while I was mad, laying bored in the room trying to be entertained with my phone. This morning we had the most wonderful, relaxing, flavorful breakfast we ve every had. The staff is SUPER helpful. They read your minds on what you may want. The bacon is so good and crispy. The eggs are perfect, the sausage to die for, fresh, fresh fruit...Any and everything you could imagine prepared to absolute perfection. I would come here every day of my life for breakfast and never be bored!!!
I ve stayed at many Hilton properties over the years but the Hilton Fort Worth is easily the worst property in the franchise. I ve stayed at enough properties that I was given Diamond Elite status or something like that. I ve stayed at the Hilton Fort Worth twice now and both times have been less than satisfactory. Let me run through the list of problems.
- I made a few Arrival Requests via the Hilton Honors app which was confirmed by email. Upon arrival, these items were never delivered to the room.
- The rooms are outdated, worn, and shabby. It s a historic location. They re really missing an opportunity to make this a luxury hotel.
- I ordered room service for dinner. After confirming my order, it promptly arrived but was completely wrong. They eventually corrected it but the whole procedure took over an hour.
- They have these door tags in the room for ordering breakfast. It s simple. You check the items you want and the time you want it delivered and hang it on your doorknob. I selected coffee and a small breakfast to be delivered at 8 AM. At 8 AM the following morning... no breakfast. I waited until 9:15 AM and then finally gave up. I m not sure if I was charged. I m still waiting for them to email me my receipt.
- I tried their little restaurant for breakfast. They had two of the most disgruntled gentlemen waiting tables and seating people. One of these gruff fellas sat me down at a dirty table and then never returned. I was waiting for a menu that was never given. I finally lost my patience and left. It was easier and cheaper to go to the Corner Bakery a block away which serves a wonderful breakfast and coffee.
- The room cleaning service is very poor. They do the basics like make the bed and provide clean towels but that s about it. I stayed three nights and there continued to be crumbs on the table from my first night s in-room meal.
- One morning, I went downstairs in desperate need of coffee. Every other Hilton property that I ve stayed has either a self-serve, complimentary coffee bar or a little cafe/pantry that will give you a complimentary cup. I looked around and couldn t find anything of the sort. I asked the front desk about coffee. She gave me a blank stare and said Starbucks and pointed at the little Starbucks that had a line out the door. I explained that I just wanted a simple cup of coffee. She told me there was a coffee maker in my room and I could make my own coffee. Then I suddenly remembered seeing a sign on the elevator for an executive lounge. I was never told about this amenity at check-in and wasn t even sure if I had access or not. I went up to the 15th floor and I did have access. Fresh, hot coffee, finally!
- I had some leftovers from a very nice steakhouse that I wanted to eat. I could not find a microwave anywhere in the room. I went up to the executive lounge but there wasn t a microwave anywhere in sight. I called down and, to their credit, they were very responsive about bringing a microwave to my room. However, it was an old, beat up RCA model that had to be placed on top of the desk, was very unsightly and made the desk unusable for anything other than a microwave stand. This goes back to the idea that the rooms are in woeful need of updating.
- On the morning of checkout, I called down to the front desk and said Can you please check me out of room 1236? She said, What do you mean? I said, Can you please check me out? She said, Check you out? I don t understand. I finally said, I want to leave the hotel. My bags are packed and I am leaving. Please mark me as checked out. It was a very weird conversation. Usually, I am automatically emailed a receipt promptly at the moment I check out but that has not yet arrived so I think they STILL haven t checked me out of the room yet. That was 3 hours ago.
I ve stayed there twice now and have been displeased on both occasions. I will never stay there again. There are too many other nice hotels in the DFW area that are much nicer and much cheaper.
P.S. The air conditioning cannot cool the room adequately.
Very clean amenities. There's a restaurant and a Starbucks in the lobby area!!
Rooms service is very fast and reliable and staff is very personable, they always make sure you have everything that you need.
Definitely will be staying here again!
We had a great stay at the Fort Worth Hilton. The staff is profesional and courteous. The hotel has staff on hand to expain the historical signicance of the hotel and the history of downtown Fort Worth.
Ideal location, rooms quite a good size and very comfortable.
I fell in the fountain, I didn't actually stay but Google is making me review it
We have been at this hotel before & we'll be back. It is right off I-75 at exit 15, very handy to get to. The rooms are very nice. The only criticism is the small mini fridge. They serve supper every evening with 3 high octane drinks per adult. The menu varies but it is quite good. The breakfast is...
Great historic hotel located really close to convention center.
In downtown Fort Worth, well located to get to know the city center
I would recommend this hotel to all of my friends !
Couldn't offer us a view I'd any of the rooms, but we're very helpful with all our other questions
Not too bad. Place is nice, and the upgrade to the 15th floor is best.
The walls are paper thin, you'll hear your neighbor's entire conversation and they don't have to even yell! Now that was going to be my only complaint, but it got worse. Much worse. My dress was left hanging on the back of the door and the housekeeper did not return it. It was a beautiful, brand new gown I'd just purchased for an event and now it's gone. Someone in Texas will be flaunting my attire and Hilton has nothing to say about it. How is this ok? If it were money or jewelry would they also just keep it for themselves???? This is despicable and I need answers!!
every comfort in the center to the city ssle meating beautiful wifi efficiently clean and welcoming
Was here for a large company meeting and the facilities were great. A/V went off without a hitch, the catered food was actually really good, and there are plenty of places to go between meetings to get some work done or have adhoc conversation.
Great hotel in downtown with minimal amenities. Nice decor and great personnel.
This place is nice. I love the history of JFK and the building. It's really close to great eating spots and shopping too!
I came in for a few drinks. Though they were busy, it was still a welcoming environment. However, it was more expensive than other bars in Fort Worth.
Hilton in Downtown Fort Worth. We went for the Marine Corps Ball. Rooms were clean. Service was great.
Excellent front desk staff. Very helpful and accommodating. Just wish someone would have thought to put a changing table in any of the rest rooms.
Watch for hidden charges. There was no where to park and the only means of parking was valet and yes they do charge. Also there is no microwave in the rooms and our bed was hard as a rock.
The staff at the Hilton were exceptional. All were willing to answer questions and willing to ask how your visit was going. The next time I am in Ft. Worth, I will likely be returning to the Hilton.
Stayed here and had absolutely incredible customer service. The entire staff was outgoing in making my stay as comfortable as possible. From dinner recommendations to staff being awake and vivacious even at my late 11:00 pm check in. Booked this location again and Front Office Manager Kate was able to help me with reservations issues. She made a quick fix and I am beyond satisfied. This will be my destination anytime I am travelling in Fort Worth.
The elevators are terrible and our rooms weren't ready but otherwise this is a nice comfy place. Great beds, huge bathroom, quiet, comfortable.
Nice hotel, comfortable beds and great service. Only small issue I found was the low water pressure in my room on the 4th floor
This hotel is absolutely beautiful and the staff is outstanding
Hilton Honors Diamond member, staff were disorganized, offered excuses for room not ready, all ice machines were not operational, valet disorganized, breakfast was not stocked well and many items were tepid at best! On the plus side, convenient to the FW Stockyards and room was clean and nice. Have grown through the years to expect better than my experience this weekend.
No provided parking, no ice machines, no microwave in room for the price is crazy, staff were not understanding.
Everyone from the front desk assistant to the waiters at the restaurant were helpful and cheerful. The Crystal Ballroom was lovely, the chairs comfortable, and all in all added to the great day!!
Was very busy; however, employees were friendly and helpful.
Good service for professional event. AV team was amazing!
The Hilton Starbucks is well maintained and the staff are very courteous and prompt.
One of the nicest hotels in Texas and the only one where I LOVE the banquet food.
The atmosphere was really nice and calm. It is a pretty large hotel, with a lot of historical information and pictures. There are several amenities and the rooms were clean and we'll stocked. :)
This is the other location I frequent the Starbucks.
The hotel refused to cancel my reservation when I was unable to attend and told me they would still charge me for a full night.
Wish I could say I've had great experiences here. The internet is horrible and there was hair in the shower that didnt belong to me.
Great service, bar could use a better drink selection. Basics were there though. Would consider staying again.
Clean, comfortable. Stayed there one night on business. No complaints.
The hotel was a great location with the convention center and great restaurants. The rooms were great and very comfortable
Great place to stay, great staff and a Ruth's Chris Steakhouse adjacent to the lobby! You can't ask for anything more... well public parking would be nice, if you have a car the mandatory valet fee is $30 per day.
Some of the staff, like Mike the concierge are great, others don't Speak clearly nor do they do a good job. Bell service is non-existant. I had to do it myself. I've been coming here for over a decade and the elevators are always malfunctioning. After I checked out I was called on my trip home to see if I wanted to extend my stay as I had left belongings in the room. Not missing anything I called back but no one could tell me what I'd left behind. Paying too much for this place to have to deal with this incompetence.
Spotless. Excellent staff. Interesting architecture.
Gorgeous hotel. Great location! And food on-site was delicious.
The rooms are very nice the hotel was Immaculate and and very swanky.
An extraordinary facility ideal for business or taking a well-deserved rest
This is one of the best hotels in the area. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are great.
