Their collective strengths fostered mutually beneficial and highly desirable outcomes for all parties involved on both occasions. A group with a genuine and strategically superior approach to navigating a sometimes complex market with impeccable integrity!
Ann and her team were the best. This was the first time selling a house and they walked me through the process of getting it ready and on the market. Sold in 3 days! Then they were there through the closing process to explain everything to me. I emailed Julie with so many questions and she was very patience and helpful. I feel so fortunate to have worked with them.
We called Ann with our desire to move to another part of town. Ann moved quickly to make recommendations on paint colors, de-cluttering and even furniture placement to help our house show at its best. She then sent in her design team with her own staging materials, (from furniture and wall art to even the little details like hand towels, soap dispensers and shower curtains). The entire house flowed beautifully from room to room with a cohesive design scheme. My husband loved it so much, he wanted to duplicate it at our new home. Ann helped us overcome some challenges with a neighbor who was rebuilding his car in the front yard which made for an unsightly appearance. Her solution was simple yet effective. She bought a car cover at her own expense and gave it to the neighbor as a gift and asked that he cover the car when he wasn't working on it. It worked! We had multiple showings and received an offer at almost our asking price within the first week! Another home in our neighborhood had been on the market for months without our challenges and still hadn't received an offer when we sold our home.

From the first day we met him for a tour of a house we liked, he has been the most responsive, thoughtful, hardworking agent. As first-time buyers, he fought for our best interest every time. He guided us through every step of the process, and he never pressured us to make a decision one way or the other. When we had questions, he either answered them immediately or found the answer and got back to us within hours at the most (and even then, he doesn't let 5 minutes go without responding to a call or text message!)
We cannot overstate how much we loved our experience with Arvind. Even after we closed on our new house, he worked to make sure the transition was smooth. The seller had failed to remove all of their belongings, and Arvind arranged junk haulers to come get it, and he spent three hours at the new house to make sure they got everything out without damaging the floors or walls. He truly cares about his clients, and he will do everything in his power to make sure you find the home you want.

Since last August, my now husband and I sold both our homes, and bought our new one, with Ann and her team. Using her team helped us save over $38k on the sale of our homes compared to other companies! On the day we were moving out of my husband s house, we found out there was a mixup with our moving company and the movers were not showing up. In a panic I called Ann s office as we were not going to be out by the deadline and within a short amount of time Ann had rounded up 7 people from her office and had them come over and help us finish packing up, cleaning and get everything loaded on the truck. Ann came by for a bit as well!
We were still a couple of hours late getting out but they coordinated with the buyer and made sure they understood what was going on, and even had the lawyer come by so we could sign while we loaded the truck. Needless to say, without their help we never would have made it out of the house with our sanity... or at a decent time. We highly recommend them!
