room and amenities vastly overpriced. complimentary dental kit was billed to my room. parking prices inflated and availability limited. compared to the competition on every street corner, hilton is not settibg themselves apart in the marketplace. my stay at the Oakes hotel down the street was far better and more reasonably priced

Booked there for my wedding in September and they screwed alot up for us. They over charged my credit card $3000 and then when they went to put the money back on my cc they put back what I was supposed to pay and not what they owed me so I was still out $2000 the day after my wedding I couldn't do much because there was a hold on there for 3 days to get my money back. They did not offer me anything like a free dinner or a compted room had to argue with people at the desk for about 6 hours and not much got accomplished. Although the location for the wedding was great the service I received was terrible do not book ur wedding we paid in advance and still ended up paying alot more for some reason not given to us.

Parking is a trap. No prices listed until it's too late and it's not cheap whatsoever. Not impressed with that, and the pictures of the views are largely misrepresented. Great view of the falls and bed was comfortable. Room was very clean.

Nice hotel and very clean. Walking distance to a lot of attractions in the area. Brasa restaurant was good... not spectacular. The bar in the lobby was nice enough. Avoid buying the severely overpriced bottles of water in the convenience store. Bring your own case. All the staff we encountered was friendly. Overall it was a good experience.

Location is amazing!! This is the Midtown, Manhattan of Niagara Fall. The over all hotel was beautiful, extremely local to the falls just two blocks away, lundy lane which had an amazing Gokarts and carnival and eateries. The rooms were dated and attention to details could be improved by house keeping. Even the standard room view from the 9th floor was stunning and we watched the fireworks over the falls from our room. If you stay here, park in the casino lot across the street as it is much cheaper and you only pay when you leave. Also eat down by Lundy Lane as all of the eateries around the hotel/casino are very high priced for tourists.

King Suite on the 47th floor was beautiful and had an excellent view!

The location is great. The first room had a very bad smell and they were able to change it for us. View is great, the room is nothing special.

2 queen bed room was spacious and had the most amazing view of the falls. Quick check in and check out.

The hotel is great and a short distance to Niagara falls and falls view casino. Would recommend to anyone who wants an amazing stay in Canada side of the falls. The concierge is also very helpful to get you discounts on the attractions

They were great. Rooms in the Hilton are fabulous. Fallsview is gorgeous.

The hotel is conveniently located right across the casino and is directly connected through a skywalk. The staff were friendly and room was clean.

Good overall experience, however the wait time to check in at the front desk needs great improvement! Way too long! Hope management can work out a solution for this as the price you pay for a weekend at the Hilton is paying their salary!

Very Dated room but tidy. Wi-Fi was not free as stated. Tv had very basic cable and no guide (think channel surfing in the 80's). Party going on in rooms down the hall so there was no sleeping as doors and people were a constant almost all night. Overall it was so much less than expected when you think Hilton.

Great location, decent price, rooms were good, clean and spacious(depending on the budget). Walking distance to many shopping centers, restaurants, etc. About 7 blocks the falls

great hotel conneted to lots of things which keeps you from having to go into the cold if you don't want to. pool, spa, casino, like 20 restaurants , and so much more all in one complex. great view of the falls from the room and the restaurant at the top.

Absolutely beautiful falls view room. A little crowded, there was a 2-3 hour wait to check in when we arrived on Tuesday, and we have yet to find a quiet time in the pool. We got married in the Myst lounge on the 34th floor and it was a great day!

Beware! I booked and received confirmation of booking a room with 2 queens and they had us in a king room saying that's what I reserved, waiting until day of to reserve would have been much cheaper, they add about $30 on fees as well as taxes, and parking.... they offer $35 self park off site but of course that was "full" which leaves options of $49 self park or $49 valet. So, like most ppl probably, I chose valet. However, this means that you may have to wait to get your car when u want to leave and the valet parking is off-site. If I had self parked, i would have been able to hop in my car and go. We had to soccer game to get to and there were about a million ppl already waiting for their cars!!! Luckily, they helped me out when I explained the situation and fast tracked my car for me. On top of this, it was really $61 to park and they add their fees and taxes onto the $49. Another parking option is to park across the street at casino and you can walk across, I believe theres a bridge, for $40. When the guy in parking garage at Hilton told me that, I thought for $9 I'm already here, I'll just park here. But I didn't know that it was actually $21 more as I didnt realize there would be fees and taxes on top of that. Wish I would have known so just making others aware!

Great hotel and great location. Clean and excellent views. Don't opt for the breakfast. Go out for it. It's expensive and the food was bland and the buffet was sparse. Regretted going down and some ding $60 for breakfast when I could have gone to a restaurant for less and eaten far better.

Some of the rooms definitely need renovation as the wall have water stains n mold started growing. Parking is way too hectic, need to be revised.

Beautiful hotel. Went to Brass.....not a single bad thing to say except....they overfeed you! Lol the expierence and atmosphere is amazing. Ive been several times and plan to continue to make it a regular in my life.

We came here to mainly because we had our Tesla that needed to recharge, the parking place was super friendly and amazing. The man greeted us and helped us get settled. We spend an amazing time, ate there and visited the casino. It was an amazing and unforgettable weekend.

Great stay every time we visit. We love the two bedroom suites overlooking the falls. Cannot wait to visit with our family again!

The room was ok, the hotel is under renovation. On the other hand negative point the cost of the parking $ 35 + txs for a space outside, $ 49 + txs for a space inside !!! They have Tesla and J1772 charging stations included for $ 49 .... but still. Buffet breakfast is $ 55 for 2.

Being very large it is confusing, especially the breakfast which is not up to the Hilton standard. Clean rooms, excellent view of Niagara Falls

Great views. The movies on TV were pricey but they had a great selection. Only downside, there was water everywhere on the floor when you used the shower. Not well designed...

I had the most amazing view from my room...that was my favourite part. The staff in every single department was great ! My whole experience at Hilton was just all round amazing!!!!

Couldn't of asked for a better view of both Falls, and the hotel was clean and accomodating. A short walk to everything attraction.

I booked the fallsview king suite on groupon for 2 nights. Upon arrival there were no more rooms left so we got bumped up to a higher view which was nice. There was a jacuzzi tub in the bathroom with a big window where you could still see the view. Only issue was that the phones were down in the hotel on the first night when we tried ordering room service but when we ordered from the front desk the food came up to our room quite quickly and was quite good. Another thing to note is that the hotel is currently renovating so in the morning we hear drilling but it wasn't too disturbing. Overall a good stay, would definitely come back.

My wife and I originally went to this Hotel 6 years ago, then it was immaculate, clean rooms that had a posh sort of feel to them the hotel was undergoing some construction to expand which is understandable. Fast forward to today and the rooms are dated the hotel is a mess, and under construction again and way more expensive for a lot less. The room was untidy, it had holes in the walls from screws (assuming moving paintings around) scratches and dents along the one hallway and the best part! Paper thin walls and a door with an extremely poor seal (heard everything going on in the hall all night backed up by the loud elevator behind our room). I'd honestly suggest looking around for better options, had it of been the same nice experience that it was years ago it would have been money well spent, but it wasn't, we checked out early and one evening with parking was a staggering $600+

I absolutely loved their service and their beds were so comfortable and amazing. My kids didn't want to leave, they wanted to live there haha

Studio room king bed jacuzzi with fallsview. There are ways to get around paying for wifi, they have promotion codes. Parking was efficient and check in was extremely quick. Beautiful hotel.

It was a good stay, enjoyed both Canadian and US views. The breakfast was good and even after we checked out from the hotel, they agreed to keep our luggage while we went around the falls for a second visit before we headed back home. It was a good gesture from Hilton.

Stayed there for one night and got Fallsview on north side tower. Hotel is under major construction so make sure to ask for north side as it s the newest completed construction part of hotel. I heard negative feedback from other sections of hotel and when on vacation you don t want construction inconvenience... Great clean room breathtaking falls view!!! Highly recommended

Luxury hotel very touristy but with quality services. The rooms are clean and the view we have is of course very urbanized, we guess the falls just behind the buildings ...

Not really impressed with this place. Not friendly and they charge astronomical parking fees. The sheets were soiled and when I complained they acted like it was a huge inconvenience.

We stay here every year. Beautiful place with amazing views. Connected to the casino with a walkway. Never disappointed.
