Excellent Staff and Very nice rooms!! Been there a few times already. I did try the Sheraton and Marriott in Niagara falls but Hilton has always been a great experience. Plus you have to have a meal at there Watermark Restaurant. Amazing view.

Wow, TV's are locked so you can't hook up fire stick. No pool and under construction. Pass untill work is completed. Also, hotel adds on a ton of hidden fees. I'm staying at your hotel, should I have to pay to park there? Excellent view of the falls and crane from the construction on the 19th floor. AC did not cool the whole room, only a spot. Just pass, stay at the casino.

We love coming here , try to visit twice a year . The rooms are always clean and fresh . No view is a bad view . Great linens and plenty of towels and extras . Always love visiting . Just wish they were more informative about the Hilton rewards when you are at the booking desk .

Construction starts up 6am, men looking in the window of our room and scaring my daughter to the point if needing to leave the room early. No refund offered and manager stating that it is safe for my daughter and that she shouldnt feel scared for being there. No offer of change of room. Cut our time short and left the hotel at 10pm. Called and left 2 messages, no reply, finally spoke to another. Inferred that I was lying and they dont believe a child go be concerned or scared.

Poor customer service, no concern for a child.

Very nice hotel...don't bother parking here though, it cost CA$50 a night not whether you self park or valet and right across the street and the casino it's $30. Getting into the parking lot is abysmal, getting out just involved, spent about an hour waiting for my car right now. Check out was easy but when I asked a question to the person behind the counter, they looked at me like I had three heads, I travel a lot, I don't ask weird questions. Not very helpful. I have to say that the view from my room was fantastic, and and this is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in. Something else I'd like to point out with Hilton, is that if you book through a third party, like I booked through Chase, they do not recognize your Diamond status, nor do you get credit on your account for your stay. The hotel is old. You have to wait for 40 minutes to get your car (Valet). And they do not park your car in the hotel garage. If you re patient enough, come to here and spend your valuable time.

Pros...Great location, friendly front desk staff accommodations for much needed early check in. Other friendly staff included doorman, bell desk personal and cleaning staff. The Spicy lounge downstairs had great atmosphere, quite decent entertainment and excellent drink choices.

Cons... My friend chose the hilton because it offered a swimming pool, it wound up of closed down for repairs on the very afternoon of our arrival. (We were offered the option to use the one at the Sheraton up the street but chose not to make the awkward trek in our swimsuits and towels) Free WiFi did not work at all in our 10th floor room, could log onto to hhoners but kept losing signal (only strong signal access was free lobby wifi) and insult to injury, our very poor room wifi access was then shut off at 12am morning of our departure even though our check out was not until 11am. So in order to search for places to visit, directions, or places to eat or to check on our flights we went outside the hotel and use our own data plans even though we had hours before check out. My first time having to do that when staying in a hotel. Ever. Tried to use the hotel pcs on 3rd floor to check on our flights (delta refused us access from insecure computer) and when trying to print tickets for local attractions, discovered 2 of the 4 pcs were set up to print, one of those two had a keyboard caked in dust between the keys and froze permanently in the middle of trying to book a museum tour. We were also previously given the heads up by locals about the controversial unregulated tourist taxes that are often slipped onto hotel, shops and restaurant bills and sure enough, the hilton put one on ours. Front staff did not have authority or inclination to remove it as other establishments did at our request. So the added controversial tourist tax, the lack of Wi-Fi, the lack of a pool on premises and less than adequate working computers put a damper on what was otherwise a great weekend getaway.

If you'd like to have the worst sleep of your life, stay here.

The rooms are not soundproof, so you will hear everything your neighbour is doing three rooms down.

TV remote did not work, and our TV would not turn on to watch the morning news - had to call front desk twice. Still not working.

Security will roam the halls while you're sleeping, and their extremely loud radios can be heard from just about anywhere.

Rooms do not meet up to the price point.

Parking is marked up 1000% - across the street it's $10 at Fallsview.

We paid over $250/night and also look out on a giant concrete wall.
Construction started beside our room at 7am.
DO NOT STAY HERE!

I did not have a good experience at all with this hotel. There was no parking on the facility had to take a shuttle bus back and fourth to parking spot, just to pay $45 in parking... to get on the elevator it was a huge line that took about 10mins to get on, then when on your floor to get back down took about 15mins for an elevator. All said and done this hotel was not worth coming back ever!

The Hilton Hotel and Suites Niagara Falls was great for a handful of reasons. To be brief, the pool, service, fallsview, rooms and although this isn't a part of the hotel, BRASA was amazing. I would definitely come again.

The service and quality of the watermark Buffet at the Hilton in Niagara Falls is phenomenal. I am really enjoying my stay here. The buffet on the main level is a wonderful treat as well. The service staff is very attentive and helpful especially supporting me as a handicapped person.

The breakfast area is poorly designed. If you're seated at the wrong end you have to walk through a maze of people, tables, and doorways to get to the buffet and then do it again to get back to your seat. The rest of the stay was satisfactory, though.

Unfortunately, my wife and I had a disappointing experience here at the Hilton hotel in Niagara falls. We originally reserved a room at the Embassy Suites which is down the street but decided to stay in the Hilton which was a bad decision since the Embassy has a better view of both the horseshoe falls, the Canadian side of the falls, and the American side of the falls. Given that this was our first time to the falls, we didn't know any better. Next, when we checked in and went up to our room, we immediately noticed that our view overlooked the falls on the American side only which was disappointing. It would have been nice to have a room with a view of both sides of the falls which wasn't mentioned in the beginning when booking our room. Next, it was about 65 degrees in our room and when we used the thermostat to heat the room nothing was happening. After about an hour of being uncomfortably cold we called to complain. They said that they were in the process of renovating the heating system. To our disappointment, they didn't tell us this in the beginning but just let us suffer til we said something. We felt this was a dishonest thing to do and thought what other things might they be hiding. There was definitely more to come. During the day there was a large crane outside our window obstructing our view of the only side of the falls we had. Our whole vacation was about the falls and part of it was being taken away from this experience. But the list goes on. The construction was noisy as one can expect from being next to a construction site. And, the parking situation was horrible. Again, due the construction, it was dusty, smelled like diesel fumes, and we had to use a dusty, dirty, staircase due to the lack of parking. The workers were parked in there with their large trucks and took up the convenient spaces which could have otherwise been used by the guests. Of course, the construction wasn't mentioned when we booked the room or the inconvenient parking situation. This pattern of hiding these inconveniences continued. As I mentioned before, we now had to use a dirty staircase not an Elevator that one might expect when staying in a hotel like the Hilton. And lastly, upon checking out, we had to use that same staircase to get to our car but this time we had our luggage with us. I have a small walking impediment and almost fell. There was an elderly couple behind us having a difficult time and my wife helped the wife up the stairs with her bag. Seems like the Hilton hotel chain doesn't care about their guests just the enormous fees they charge to stay in their hotels without being upfront and honest about the inconveniences one might experience when staying there. The only reason we didn't give 1 star was because the room was clean due to the hard working cleaning crew. I recommend looking for a bnb place to stay instead. As for us, we probably wont be staying in the Hilton Niagara falls again. We do quite a bit of traveling and will look for somewhere else to stay when we go to Europe next summer.

To have a good view to see both falls you need to be at least on the 30th floor or above. This hotel is a bit old, specially the elevator systems needs to be replaced. Stuff was super professional and friendly. Rooms are clean, without any issue.

This was my destination for a March road trip to attend a concert. Our room was very nice with what Hilton calls a "City View". I was surprised at how busy the hotel was because I consider the month of March to be off season. My wife and I were very pleased with the hotel and staff. We also enjoyed the location of this hotel because it is right across the street from the Niagara Fallsview Casino. They have a covered walkway on the second level that provides a short walk to the casino without going outside. Be prepared to pay for parking at the hotel or the casino. I recommend this hotel and the location was ideal for exploring the area.

Good experience overall. The person who checked us in was pleasant and extremely courteous. We felt so welcome when we checked in! The person checking us out, however, was not on par. He was not friendly or as courteous. We checked out in relatively casual clothes so perhaps if we checked out in the same outfit we checked in with, we would've received the better service the gentleman before us in line had received.

The room and lobby was very nice. It is attached to the casino. Unfortunately, the pool was being renovated at the time so I didn't get to enjoy that facility. Overall, I still had a nice experience here.

It was a nice hotel but not very clean, for the price you pay it is NOT worth it, when we got to our room, there was stuff in the drawers that was left by they previous guests and we got a towel that had BLOOD ON IT? Not going back

Don't be fooled by the fancy name and the nice pictures. We paid for fallsview (Niagara Falls) and a whirlpool. Got a room with fallsview but the whirlpool was a tub in the bathroom, nothing like the pictures. Poor customer service. Pool was closed for renovations and had to go and get a special access to the pool at the front desk. When booking, nothing was said about the pool, why we booked the hotel in the first place. The worst smallest hotel room with no fan in the bathroom. Do your research when booking this hotel, very overpriced for what it is. Never coming back.

We stayed at the south tower. It does not offer an unobstructed view of both the Canadian and US falls. The casino is right in front of Hilton.
Overall the experience was okay, the sofa in the room felt dusty.

False advertising. This hotel is across the street from the falls. The falls are visible but the view is obstructed. The hotel is dated. The rooms are disgustingly dirty especially the carpets. The television didn't work. The parking ridiculously overpriced. Shame on this hotel, dont waste your hard earned money here..
The only positive is the location, it is within close proximity (walking) distance to the falls and other fun attractions.

We have stayed here twice on a Groupon. The first time I would give it a 4, the second time a 2. The first time we were in a partial fallsview room on the 26th floor. We had a good dinner at Watermark on the 33rd floor, enjoying fireworks and the view. We also enjoyed the room view and walking around the area.
The city view room was on the 21st floor, had music blasting from somewhere outside late in to the morning and what sounded like a train all night was actually the elevators. Neither of us for much sleep. Buffet at Watermark was fair, View amazing though. Dinner at Brasa was okay, oddly my favorite part was the salad, bananas and pineapple and one really skilled server of meat.

Worst hotel ever. Got a room that was told to have a great city view. Got a view with a wall and a construction site right underneath. Wall was covering half of our window, and there was construction site right underneath our room. Apparently the hotel employees think of some walls and construction site when they read/hear the word "city view". Well, the thing is, I didn't. Also, the wifi wasn't even connecting, and the shower curtain was stained. No, it wasn't a design I'm sure. It was just dirty. Hated it.

I applied for an inexpensive room on the internet, but I was surprised at the large room and the large bathroom with a view of the Niagara Falls on the high floor.
I took a photo of the waterfall's night view and the waterfall at sunrise, but I thought it would be disappointing to have a single-lens reflex camera and a tripod if the scenery is so good.
Breakfast was satisfied with the buffet style. I think the hotel is good for dinner. We searched outside, but there were few shops around, and it was not good to eat.
Transportation from Toronto Airport will be taxis, Niagara buses and car rental for individual travel. It is convenient because the Niagara bus stops in front of the hotel.
