We made the big mistake staying at the Hilton. Will never ever stay at any Hilton again. We paid 556 for a King size room. The room was TINY, there was a sliver of a window when you walk around behind the bed. The bathroom fan did not work, no bathroom privacy. Since we paid 556 Dollars for the hotel we thought breakfast buffet is included, no, we paid extra for that. That was 50 Dollars for the ugliest breakfast buffet ever. Tator tots are not why I go to the Hilton. Of course we had to pay for parking and that was another 45 Dollars. The pool or any of the fitness places were not open, the restaurants were also not all open.
Went to the concierge to ask about the restaurant we wanted to go to, concierge with a full mouth and spitting all over me told me its not built ready yet (suppose to have been) and then proceeded to tell me that I can go to the many chain restaurants. GROSS. Was covered in spit and crumbs,
Upon check-out I questioned the high taxes since we are local and usually stay at the Marriot, a great hotel that actually provides rooms and real breakfast. In any case, the front desk clerk had a hard time with English and it was incomprehendable to understand what she said. NEVER AGAIN HILTON IS GARBAGE!!!

Mixed up our reservation that was a two night stay which resulted in us getting locked out of our room and wifi getting cut off early, because of this our credit card was charged multiple times and us having to get fees reimbursed.Went Down twice to discuss the refrigerator in our room because it did not work and nothing was done about it.Staff did not listen mindfully to our concerns and complaints and just jumped into defensive mode. Great way to treat your Hilton honours clients

It was nightmare! We went with our best friends for the New Years Eve dinner, dance, overnight stay - $850.00... We were unfairly treated, robbed in the hotel and I'm glad to be home. We booked early in December thinking booking early would get us a good table. Wrong! We ended up getting one of the worst tables in the room. Even though we were given beforehand the table number of where we would be sitting, when we registered we found we were moved to another table. I nicely complained. Nick the Food and Beverage Manager was absolutely obnoxious. Hotel Management also couldn't explain why that happened. I guess someone more important needed a table and we got bumped to the kitchen and looking at the side/back of the band. On top of Nick's arrogance and nastiness we also got an unpleasant waitress with an attitude. While sitting at the table, my friends' purse was stolen off the back of her chair. Our table was by the serving station just before the doors of the kitchen - no guests walking by us. Security was called, all our steps were re-traced and then we filed a police report (hotel not happy about that). Our friends also got locked out their room and after being bounced back and forth it was found the whole lock had to be replaced - had to leave their room open. It was very stressful for all of us - we had to keep going upstairs to check - another mess. Never ever ever again will I stay at this hotel. After a rough number of years I decided we needed some fun and decided to spend the money. I was so looking forward to this evening - I ended up crying.

Great service and location, but rooms could be updated.

The bed was really comfortable but even with paying for a falls view the view was slightly obstructed by another building. We enjoyed having food choices in the hotel after a long day of travel.

Rooms are big and spacious and great view of the falls.WiFi is fast and the washrooms are nice as well, only con is that check-in took long and valet parking as well.

The room was beautiful! Both sets of falls from the 49th floor.

Was here a month ago, majestic view to be honest. Hotel room is big and neat. I mean, it is typical Hilton, is it not? The tourism desk downstairs was informative!

Feel like in Las Vegas during my visit in the Niagara Falls area, weird experience, eh?

We stayed here the other night and the hotel reservation desk had friendly staff working. Front waiting around was nicely & updated. Lots of construction going on though. When we got to our room it was pretty nice, but it look as if no one has been here for awhile. There was so much dust everywhere, and the towels were dirty the shower water pressure was non existence and the coffee machine gave us calcium deposits. I believe we stayed in the older section.

Very nice hotel. Beautiful view and large room. Clean. Has a safe to lock up valuables.

Dined at Brasa. Hotel seemed decent, one of the nicer ones in the area.

good hotel - had a great suite with amazing view on the falls on one of the top floors. Were able to see Canadian and USA falls. Big suite, very clean and comfortable king bed. Quite loud noises from upstairs (may be the restaurant). Breakfast good choice of everything and quality ok.

Great hotel and right by the casino, has pretty much everything.

The hotel is amazing... Always under some type of construction though... So if you're staying more than one day you will probably hear it during the day... Alot of banging... (Rooms where you don't hear it are over 300 for a night...) Super clean and lots to do inside the hotel... I was a little annoyed when you didn't get discount for staying multi days... full price every day you stay. Greedy.

Booked this room on very short notice, so was surprised that we were still able to get a king bed and a great view of the falls! Only stayed for one night over the Thanksgiving long weekend, but our stay was very comfortable. Felt very safe during the pandemic too.

Hotel is great - couldn't ask for a better location. Room was good overall but smelled really badly of feet/wet socks, and there was a portion of the carpet near the window that stayed constantly wet (from the AC I think). Overall really good stay though.

I went there for one night for a bachelorette party over a Saturday. When we booked our room we asked to be near the rest of the rooms that were booked. We were assured it would be possible, and were promised two king beds and to be one floor above the rest of the party. When we arrived at the hotel the line to check in was a 45 minute wait. (We later found out there was a Christmas party there that night, which made the price go up 100 dollars more than just the night before) When we finally got to check in we found out we were put in a totally different tower than the party, which was on the other side of the hotel. When we said something, the man rudely obliged and told us we could have a room one floor above the party but it had a king bed and a queen pull out. We said that was fine (only one night, no biggie). When he actually gave us our room, though, we were on the 25th floor and they were on the 10th - we were assured it was the best they could do. The only benefit for us was that the room was on the corner so we got a bit of a view of the falls (which normally would also cost another $100 to be facing that direction). When we got to the room we immediately noticed how disgusting it was. There had been no vacuuming, there was still garbage in our room, and there was dust everywhere. Our clock wasn't even set to the right time (for $400 a night, you'd think that would be looked after). Anyways, we went out for the evening and when It came time to go to bed, I lied down on the pull out and I swear that lying on barbed wire and I cotton ball would have been more comfortable. In the morning, three of us had gotten breakfast vouchers and one of us tagged along to the hotel buffet. It was ten dollars for the voucher but $25 if you were paying along. The food was terrible- old, dry, and I found a hair in my food multiple times. (Definitely not worth the price). So when it finally comes time to check out, we bring our complaints to the the front desk and they offer to comp our parking. When we had come the day before, we were offered valet parking for $40 or we could park up the hill and across the street for $20. We chose the lesser but had two cars. So in total, we got $40 taken off our $400 bill. We were lucky the weather was nice because lugging our bags if it were any colder would have been the worst part. In total the stay was absolutely terrible and I would never recommend.

Always a good stay at the Hilton, if something is not quite right they will fix it, just ask!!

Got two suites for my family vacation. First suite smelled like urine. My mom asked the house keeper in the hall if she could come take a look. The house keeper just came in and said she already cleaned it. I found bags of dirty diapers in my suite. The entire place smelled terrible. None of the phones worked so I couldn't even call down to the front desk. When I walked to the front desk and explained about the dirty diapers, I simply got a Lackluster sorry and then got ignored as she answered the phone and refused to look at me. I waited patiently and When she got off the phone she told me she would cover the parking. The toilet was clogged and was so upset at this point that I couldn't go back to the front desk. My family went out for dinner and I made the call to the front desk while walking to dinner, as the phones in the room didn't work. I've been coming here for years, it has completely gone downhill. Zero costumer service standards. Also the air-conditioning didn't work but I was so fed up and knew that nothing would be done if I said anything.

The view was nice. We were upgraded to a better room at check in, but being on a floor with construction to me is not an upgrade. The staff was very friendly. Not sure I'd book there again.

Major construction in front and back of the hotel. Room was extreamly hot: 79 degrees F. I found out that guests in the South tower can't regulate temprature. I turned it off and the temp dropped to 78. Management offered no real solution except a fan to move the hot air around. Casino across the street (with very bright electronic billboard) distracts/obstructs view of the falls even from 21st floor.

Service was just okay, but check-in took too long even though we are HHonours. Also, room was a bit dusty and we didn't have a fridge.

But once we were at checkout we recieved a bill of $245 instead of $169
They ripped us off by putting service fee and tax on parking too ....absolutely unbelievable

I have been to other 5 stars hotels in Niagara which charge you what s on the website but this hotel is ripping people like crazy

The food was delicious and well presented. The service of the staff was good too. Good selection of the wines

Rooms are clean. But no bath robes. Decent everything but not quite excellent. Front desk girl was lovely however. Good overall.

Rooms are dated, 40 dollars for parking after paying for the room, and extra tourist costs out of the a**.

Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms clean and we'll maintained. Very convenient location. I would define try stay here again and recommend it to others.

A great room with nice view of the falls. Easy access to the casino and local shops. A great experience that my girlfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed. Hope to go back some day.

Service was great. When I had issues signing into the WiFi connection at the hotel the front desk asked no other questions and just gave me an access code to sign in with.

Great restaurant at top of hotel with amazing views worth every penny.

Room was clean and tidy. View is amazing. TV is small and the lack of privacy provided by the translucent window separating the bedroom from the washroom is disappointing. Beds are comfy and staff is helpful and professional. So all in all a good place to stay.

My husband and I had a room on the 38th floor for two nights with a fallsview. This is the best view!! Peggy when checking in was great, very efficient , and she had a great sense of humour! We loved being close to the casino, and all the action. The street bar that they have is awesome, great people watching.

Excellent hotel! Clean and spacious. Staff are accommodating. Shout out to Bianca at the front desk. She made our checked in easier. Also this hotel is right at the center of the water falls. We can see the falls from our room. And every night at 10 pm there is fireworks on the falls. We viewed the fireworks in our room. I will stay here again.

I made a reservation for a suite on the 23rd floor overlooking the falls of Canada and they did not comply with the agreement. They accommodated us wherever they wanted. The 10th floor and the view was to a part of the USA caratadas. Parking is expensive. for 5 hours in the hotel I paid 35 dollars (which I think is expensive). A tv where you can't watch anything because you have to pay for everything. Anyway, nothing about this place surprised me. Very basic for what they promise on their website. They showed several photos of the suite that I booked very different from the suite they gave me ... I was disappointed.

No water you have to ask for water max 4 a day otherwise you have to pay 4 dollars at machine. Been here twice both time pool is closed for renovation. They don't tell you parking is 50 dollars at night which is a bit rediculous. Rooms were clean.

Stayed the night at the Hilton for my anniversary the room was beautiful however there house keepers need to pay closer attention to detail there was blood stains on my blanket and the shower was not properly cleaned were in a pandemic and I feel these issues should be paid a little more detail to

A view of the falls is breathtaking. They even pushed the vice until the opportunity to see the falls since his bath.

Location is fantastic, easy to walk to from any of the main hotels. Visited Brasa Steakhouse and had a great meal. Little bit pricey but fantastic service made up for that.

Room was great, very clean and the beds were without a doubt like sleeping on a cloud. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the pullout bed was all bars and barely a mattress but it is sort of expected with a pullout. Overall stay was great though.

Room was nice. Great view of the falls. Would have been better if the pool wasn't closed.

Booked in for 1 night, requested a room on a high floor and were placed on 15 (there are 51 floors) some issues with the room (jacuzzi faucet did not work, water temperature and pressure was all over the place - even at 3am... - stained towels and no extra pillows or blankets as requested)
Although the manager was willing to listen to concerns and adjust the price of the room, for a Hilton hotel I expected so much more from it! Not my best experience, but however, the breakfast buffet was delicious!

Clean room with great customer service. A requested crib was delivered promptly after check-in. The amenities close at hand are conveniently accessed without having to step outside into the winter climate. Cleaning staff very helpful and courteous.

Paid triple the price for a full view of the falls, only to find the window dirty.

All in all an enjoyable stay, but I was a tad annoyed when I quested this tourist tax. I have talked to numerous residents from Niagara who told me I don't have to pay it. When I talked to the man at the desk about it and said I didn't want to pay it, he informed me that a new law came into affect that day. I would have accepted it be it during the week, but it was a Sunday. Seriously don't flat out lie to my face and expect to get away with. Amazing what lengths some people will go to for a few extra bucks

The room was really nice. My only complaints are. I requested a room with an Niagara Falls view and I got a view of the falls but there was a desk in front of that window and I also couldn't see the falls view from our bed because of the position of the bed and also because of the desk being in front of the window and we only had one chair to set at the desk in to watch out the window so one of us had to stand up.

We were at the hotel for dinner. Very nice location. Nics staff. Clean.

The view was awesome from my room. Staff was friendly and courteous.

Hotel is great. Check in was quick and easy. The newest tower is the one that goes the highest.(51 floors or so) There is a tunnel that takes you to the casino so no need to go outside. Plenty if shops and restaurants nearby. Brasa is one of them. There are a few restaurants and a bar inside the hotel as well. The bar has live entertainment as well. Would suggest parking somewhere close by even if staying the night. We parked overnight not knowing it was a $45.00 charge even if you are a guest. And they take this out if your deposit. Aside from that was a good trip.

The view from my hotel room was good , the housekeeping staff needs to improve their skills due to the fact the room was not dusted and vacuumed properly. $100 were taken off of my bill after my kids got stuck in the elevator in the middle of the night for almost 20 minutes, on the other hand got charged for the parking spot that should be included in the reservation, we were not locals so we can leave our car at home and walk to hotel for overnight stay.

Stayed in a king room with a wonderful jacuzzi tub facing the falls. Service was great. Upon arriving we received a text from concierge services asking how our room was and if we needed anything. They were great also promptly answering questions by text as they came up. This was the first time I received this type of service and it was fantastic

Thank you Brittany (near Hilton honours desk) to save the day. When we booked a night away as we had previously done we expected to Canadian view the falls from our room. Unfortunately the room we were given for $200. faced the American falls. Not acceptable. We called the desk to ask for assistance with this and were told the rooms were all laid out the same. This is not true,.we have been here before. We went down to the front desk and were given another room. Went back up and viewed the room that had the exact same layout as our original room. Back down we went and we placed in the Hilton honours line and Brittany tried very hard to help us. She did it. In the third room we see the falls without having to move the furniture. Not only that she sent up a voucher for breakfast in the morning. Dinner at the Watermark was a let down. Although the service was good the NY steak was not. Full of grizzle. It was sent back and another was brought out that was better but while waiting for the new steak to come out my meal got cold. Neither of us wanted to eat alone. The bread and butter pudding was good.

The valet parking could use a bit of manners training.

While the valet pulled up our car and offered to put our luggage in the car, my husband when to get in the car thinking the valet would open my door and seat me. He walked right by me and went into the hotel. My poor husband was furious. For $30. parking and tip, regardless, he should have opened the door.

Not very pleased with this facility. For the amount of money I paid to stay there, I should have been wowed.
Wifi didn't work Front desk gave excuse that it wouldn't work through the concrete? Could have mentioned this to us at any time.
Had to call to have room cleaned after being out all day when the sign was up for service. Front desk sent someone back up around 6pm when we were just about to eat supper. Very inconvenient but, didn't complain.
Pool was closed. No mention of this when I booked my room or in any of the confirmaations or reminders that they sent me by email.
Small misses that I would never have complained about but they sent me a text asking me to tell them why I wouldn't rate them a 10 if there was any reason so I answered with these issues. Employees that answered the texts were snarky and abrupt. Totally disregarded the wifi issue, offered to send someone to clean my room when it happened the day before and then stated that it shows on the website that the pool is closed.After explaing to them 3 times that it did not show when I booked my room, I got upset and told them to stop texting me.
The kids left wet towels on the floor, when they picked them up little bugs scattered everywhere. When my husband went to investigate to see where they went off to as we were on the 20th floor, he saw that there was mounds of dust under the vanity that you could sweep under. I also noticed there were dust balls on the ceiling in the corner by the closet in my room.
The maid never changed my bed on our third night so I had to strip it so she would change it the next day and also had the nerve to take my change of the nightstand even though it was pushed under my plugs and the rest of the stuff from my pockets was there. Mentioned this to front desk and they were supposed to check into it. It was on the 2nd day we were there. I have been home over a week now and still haven't heard back. To top it off, I was told it was complimentary self-parking for the cheer group when I checked in. so after paying $1130.00 to stay there, I was charged another $46.00 to park my car. Kind of put you in a spot and have no choice since I drove 16 hours to stay there and need to put my car somewhere.
Lots of construction going on, very noisy, all of these small issues together would have changed my mind about staying there but, it was too late to not stay when you only find out the issues when you arrive.

Excellent hotel stay and a beautiful experience. Room was clean and the view was outstanding. Melissa at the front desk was incredible with customer service. Great location as well.

Staff failed to give clear directions to rooms, construction site rooms not cleaned properly and should not be in use. Carpet very dirty.
Entrance is spectacular gives you impression that rooms are the same when it s the complete opposite.

One of my favourite place to stay when in the Falls.

The hotel is under construction, so at 7am all we could hear was the construction. It was extremely loud. They should of at least given us a heads up. Very disappointed. Will not be coming back. I do not recommend if you are looking for a relaxing stay.

Great hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and had an amazing view of the falls. We loved that our hotel was within walking distance of just about everything. The restaurant options at the hotel were.amazing too. Can't say enough good things about the Brazilian Steakhouse. When we come for our next visit, we will be staying at the Hilton. Best hotel in Niagra, hands down

Worst hotel experience ever. Don't let the pictures fool you. The shower was dirty, towels were dingy and old, rooms were dirty, service was horrible. DON'T GO THERE, YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!

If you come here, pick a higher level floor. The view is amazing

Washroom lock doesn't work. Water goes from icy cold to scorching hot with the slightest turn. Drainage doesn't work and I had to shower in the bathtub. The fireplace doesn't work either.

We love this place there is 3 restaurants a lounge , coffee shop without leaving the hotel . Then you can go to casino and another
3 or 4 restaurants without going outside. The service has always been great here. Would highly recommend.
