I have stayed at other Hilton locations and I can say that this hotel is definitely not a Hilton material!
We got a premium suite, the toilets were not cleaned, the shower was not good and the TV was very old. Not sure why their service is better at other locations.
Not even one water bottle in our room. To get a water bottle we called five times and they kept saying we will bring it . Took them two hours to bring a water bottle.

Such a poor service. Definitely not worth it. Would never book this location again.

Really good quality service and a 24 hour check in! Beautiful view to offer of the falls and very clean. Would recommend 100%! It might be on the expensive side, but is really worth the cost!

So this has to be one of the weirdest hotel experiences ever! But first the good: it's a Hilton, and beautiful and classy in the Hilton way. The concierge was very kind and helpful and our view on the 52nd story was INCREDIBLE!! Clean, neat, etc. The bad: when we got to our room, half the lights weren't working, but we called maintenance and they eventually came and fixed it. When we were getting ready for bed, I plugged my phone into the outlet and the outlet thing sparked, smoked and then half the lights went out again in our room. We had to call maintenance AGAIN and wait AGAIN for them to come. In the meantime, this weird bell starts dinging. We don't know what it is or where it's coming from...we tried calling front desk, but only got a busy signal. We wonder if maybe it's the fire alarm, but neither of us had ever heard one like that. It's midnight...do we start walking down 52 flights of stairs? Or? We dont know what it is...its just a quiet, annoying gong sound! After about 5 minutes it stops. Then half hour later maintenance shows up to figure out the outlet. Needless to say it wasn't our favorite night in a hotel. But the view....just WOW!

One of the worst hotels I have stayed at. The beds hard as bricks. Someone thought they were a designer with the bifold frosted glass doors that open from the bathroom to the rest of the room. So late at night when you need to use the washroom everyone in the room is awaken by the light and the flushing toilet let alone anything else. On top of that allnight you can here the elevators going up and down in your room. So at 1am after no sleep I decide tolet the restoffamily sleepand godown to the lobby area to read. There is business center, no quiet place to seat. Waste of money and NOT recommended.

The room is as good as the others, but the elevator does not arrive at all. Waiting for more than 10 minutes and finally come in a lot of people. If you don't act early, you'll be late. Hotel should improve elevator Another customer talked to "crazy elevator". I think it is the same opinion except me.

Overall a good stay, everything was as expected: clean and tidy. The only thing that I would say could be improved would be the ventilation for the Brasa restaurant as the BBQ/smoke smell made its way to the 35th floor!

Hotel employees helpful and courteous.
However, we had to change rooms 3 times.
1. Dirty - floor and counters
2. Air conditioning not working - took too long for someone to fix
3. Dirty - human hair in sink

For $375.00 per night, I expected better

WORST WORST WORST EXPERIENCE AGAIN FOR THE SECOND TIME !!!!! I dont get it is it because the name is HILTON and they dont care about their customers anymore or what?!!! First time computer system was broken had to stay in line for 3 hours to check in no accommodations and not even an apology , staff extremely rude !!! This time we brought a guest over from Turkey and guess what happens ? 7 in the morning the start to fix a washroom in the main lobby and the drilling sound came all the way to our 12th floor which woke everyone up keep in mind the night before we asked to change our room because we thought we got falls view as it said on our booking but no only a small side of the falls was showing and then didn't change our room !!!! I HATE THIS HOTEL AND THEIR HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!! RUDE STAFF, HORRIBLE ROOMS AND JUST PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS HOTEL IN THIS LOCATION PLEASE!!!!!!!!!

The common areas of the hotel were very nice the room however was okay. The bathroom could use a good cleaning as with the grimy light switches. It made me wonder how dirty the rest of the room really was. Parking is expensive and spots were so small that we expected damage to our vehicle. While we were there the fire alarm went off and we exited the building using the identified fire exit and were told by staff upon exit that we were not allowed to use that exit as it was for staff only. A bit disappointing if it were an actual emergency.

Very surprised by the one star reviews! Stayed here with my boyfriend for an indulgent getaway in a King Jacuzzi Fallsview room. We had a great time and would stay here again.

The positives: good service all around; any calls made to housekeeping or front desk were dealt with promptly; the room was clean and nice to stay in and the shutters leading from the tub into the bedroom made the experience very intimate and romantic; room service was delish; lovely view (I got a few picturesque photos of the Falls at sunset); the hotel's Brasa Steakhouse restaurant was great, even for someone who doesn't like to eat meat like me (more than enough side dishes and grilled pineapple to keep me happy); breakfast buffet was great once I learned about the cooked egg and omelet stations, free in-room wifi if you enter your email address at the front desk

The negatives: our room initially did not have a fridge which I found odd, and we had to call housekeeping to get one; even though the view is lovely the Casino can obscure some good shots, and the casino sign and steam from the building completely obscured the lightshow of the Falls at night; we were told to leave our room service tray for dinner outside of our room for pick up but the tray was not picked up for 24 hours (but we did not call anyone to remind them about the tray); I found one insect in the bathroom at the end of our stay and was VERY surprised by it considering the clean atmosphere of my room, honestly I'm unsure of whether I trekked it in myself but I thought I would mention it anyway; hotel staff forgot to give us a voucher that was meant to be included within the package we paid for.

Overall, I had a lovely experience, but there's room for improvement (especially for the price).

Reserved two fantastic suites at this hotel. The rooms were immaculate and clean. Room service was awesome and the staff all had smiles on their face. Towels were a little hard but asked for soft ones and they were at my door in less than 10 minutes. Will use this hotel again.

Connected to the casino, very good hotel with access to pool and gym (a real one (with weights)). Service was ok, could be better, parking is 40$ for indoors self park, in renovation (as of mar 2019, 'til fall 2019) but overall good experience.

Payed $35 to park but was asked to park a block away outside even though their underground lot was completely empty indoors. Worst chinese food I've ever seen, they charged top dollar and left so many things out of the order. Avoid "bean sprout"

We stayed in the 21 floor of the south tower. We tried to enter our room but the key didn t work. Switch rooms across the hall and then the room had a very strong smell of cheap cleaning products. Stay in the north tower because it s a lot newer.

the absolute worst stay I've had at a hotel our room wouldn't go under 25. 5 degrees because the south tower had no a/c we got room service food and there was a hair wrapped around one of our chicken wings then they charged me on two different credit cards added a bunch of fees we never used and had a maintenance guy in our room at 3 in the morning I would not recommend this over priced and uncomfortable hotel to anyone

Really a disappointment this hotel, from the discourtesy of the staff to the building, the dirty loby, dimly lit rooms, girls, the pool without functioning and when I made the complaint they told me to complain to the one who sold me the trip because they on your page they let you know. I had reserved a room with a view of the falls and they gave me one in the background because it was full and oversold. From my side I never again floor a hotel of this chain

Checking in was pretty quick and we felt welcome. Room was awesome with the view. Last visit we got complimentary breakfast but this time I had to pay $39 for parking and no breakfast discount. We had to run to Tim hortons with the baby.

Great view. Poor staff... very rude. Pool was closed, bugs in the room, dirty tub. Very difficult to get a hold of management. Not a true reflection of the Hilton chain, but possibly a reflection of the town.

The hotel premises are good clean and very organized. Our room HVAC was extremely loud that I had to turn it off and sleep without it.i complained in the desk in the morning and the girl just oh thanks for letting me know that..... Other than that, it is a good hotel

Ideally situated to the town, if you want to gamble, or take in the falls. Hotel room with a view was lovely, as you could see the falls from here. Also the bathroom had windows which opened onto your bedroom and you could get the view from the bath tub. Food halls were good too

Room was great, except it was listed as city view and had no view except it a wall and construction. I was ok with this as I wasnt there for the view anyways. Room was clean, concierge was amazing and got a complimentary late checkout time of 1pm. The jetted bathtub was to die for and the bed was super comfortable

We changed rooms twice, 1st one was dirty,2nd one was a bit clean but smells like socked dirty laundry,i love hotels so so much but this Hilton was very disappointing, not much options to choose from the breakfast menu. My toast was burnt some of my fries was under cooked, the second day they forgot to give me milk for my son's cereal

The room was fine, but several twists and turns took place during our stay. 1: The fire alarm which sounds at 3 a.m. for 30 minutes due to an error.
2. Parking that costs $ 60 more without anyone telling us.
3. We were charged an extra $ 25 for no reason and had to sort it out over the phone for 30 minutes to be told it was a mistake again.

I recommend this hotel, but expect to pay a lot more and be woken up during the night (risk) as it happens regularly it seems.

I don't understand some of the previous negative reviews. We had a great stay at a great price. We stayed in a 2 bedroom king suite with a falls view and was perfect for the price we paid of $179.00 on a Saturday. There is onsite parking that costs $50 per day which is ridiculous however when we pulled in, there were 2 attendants directing where to go and advising the pricing up front (there is also off site parking for $35 a day). We were fortunate and got an early check in at 2:30 pm. No line to check in and no wait for an elevator. The room is a bit dated but no issues. It was cleaned properly with the seal on the door. There are a few restaurants within the hotel including a Starbucks in the lobby. Check out was just as quick and easy as check in. No line at the front desk, handed in my key cards and got my receipt. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

We arrived at the hotel early but the staff were great and let us check-in early. We also received a free room upgrade to a fallsview room. The Hilton Fallsview is our usual go-to hotel choice when we're in Niagara Falls because it's a great value for what you receive and we have never had a bad experience!

Sent on a wild goose chase to find my room, told to go to the south tower when it was the north tower - and then only to find out that my room didn't match my reservation. Quick to change my room and correct it but blamed the error on me for the way I booked my room online. Hotel was under renovations and pool was closed which was not stated on their site what so ever, would of been nice to know and then I could of made a decision based on that knowledge.

Editing my previous 5-star review for this hotel! ...

Editing my previous 5-star review for this hotel! I've stayed here many times & dined at all of their restaurants. However, after my last stay - I don't think I'll ever be back.

We came to Niagara Falls as a mini-getaway after a busy holiday season. We were out and about all day & finally went back to our room around 3am. At 4am, the thermostat and lights kept flickering in our room so we called down to the front desk to see if they could help us. No one picked up after 5 minutes so we decided to go to the lobby ourselves from our room on the 30th floor.

As we descended down to the lobby, we could hear a rush of water like a waterfall. As the elevator doors opened, water rushed in the elevator & flowed down the shaft. The entire lobby floor was flooded and there was no one in sight. We quickly went back in our room as we obviously shouldn't be standing in water on their lobby floor .

After heading back into our room, an announcement was finally made 15-20 minutes later that there is no need to evacuate and everyone should stay in their rooms. We stayed in our room where there was no heat and no lights for hours. We're in the beginning of January, the temperature dropped quickly in our room. Without being able to get an answer from anyone, we just stayed put and awaited further instructions.

Hours later, someone called our room to let us know that they were evacuating the building. We quickly packed our things and headed down. The security guard let us know that the Four Points next door would be happy to assist us as we were clearly exhausted from not sleeping all night. We went to the guest services desk at the Hilton to see if we were eligible to move over to the Four Points. The lady at the front desk was clearly stressed over this situation - but she was incredibly rude. She basically let us know that we're out of luck. I asked if our credit card was going to be charged for the night, and she said yes - gave me her card & told me to call tomorrow.

With only an hour of sleep - what were we supposed to do? Drive home? We weren't about to pay for another hotel room just to take a nap so we could go home safely. But more importantly, I understand that floods could happen quickly but why did they wait so long to make an announcement? It was extremely unsafe that we even ended up in a flooded lobby with water flowing through the elevator.

Obviously these things are in no way anyone's fault, however, the Hilton really needs to figure out how to handle these situations because we feel like we had to pay for an absolutely horrific stay. Someone from the Hilton did call us to let us know they'll be refunding us half the rate. I don't believe I should be paying for ANY of it.

The photos on the website were extremely misleading. We were initially charged almost $600 for a room advertised to be a King suite with a jacuzzi and a Canadian Fallsview. When arrived it turned out that there was just a whirlpool bathtub and the view we thought we were paying for was not the greatest. There were stains on the couch and walls and decor was all outdated. With the photos on the site and price we were paying we were definitely thrown off by what we walked into.
We paid $49 for valet parking thinking that this would be the most efficient way for check out, but when we went to check out and claim our car we were shocked to walk into a room full of people waiting for their vehicles. We waited an hour for valet service to bring our car.
We did not get our car until we spoke with a manager. When we explained our frustrations, my boyfriend was told well you should have just said something when you checked in if you didn t like the room ...why should customers have to complain just to get the quality service they initially thought they were paying for?
The manager did attempt to rectify the situation by reducing some of the fees we paid, however, it was our first trip to Niagara, we definitely didn t want it to turn out the way it did in respects to our accommodations.

The room was great. However when you're paying $50 to Valet your car rather then the $30 to park it off site and they parked it outside in a snow storm anyways. That's disappointing, but I have a feeling it's because we had a hyuHyun, bevabec all the higher end cars were nice and dry inside.
