Pros...Great location, friendly front desk staff accommodations for much needed early check in. Other friendly staff included doorman, bell desk personal and cleaning staff. The Spicy lounge downstairs had great atmosphere, quite decent entertainment and excellent drink choices.

Cons... My friend chose the hilton because it offered a swimming pool, it wound up of closed down for repairs on the very afternoon of our arrival. (We were offered the option to use the one at the Sheraton up the street but chose not to make the awkward trek in our swimsuits and towels) Free WiFi did not work at all in our 10th floor room, could log onto to hhoners but kept losing signal (only strong signal access was free lobby wifi) and insult to injury, our very poor room wifi access was then shut off at 12am morning of our departure even though our check out was not until 11am. So in order to search for places to visit, directions, or places to eat or to check on our flights we went outside the hotel and use our own data plans even though we had hours before check out. My first time having to do that when staying in a hotel. Ever. Tried to use the hotel pcs on 3rd floor to check on our flights (delta refused us access from insecure computer) and when trying to print tickets for local attractions, discovered 2 of the 4 pcs were set up to print, one of those two had a keyboard caked in dust between the keys and froze permanently in the middle of trying to book a museum tour. We were also previously given the heads up by locals about the controversial unregulated tourist taxes that are often slipped onto hotel, shops and restaurant bills and sure enough, the hilton put one on ours. Front staff did not have authority or inclination to remove it as other establishments did at our request. So the added controversial tourist tax, the lack of Wi-Fi, the lack of a pool on premises and less than adequate working computers put a damper on what was otherwise a great weekend getaway.
