Best views of the falls I suspect, otherwise rooms badly designed, using the lifts was a nightmare as you could wait up to 30 minutes at peak times to get in a one and the breakfasts uninspiring and cold. Footfall if people through this hotel was massive meaning reception was often inundated with people. My advice visited the falls on a day tour or stay in Niagara on the Lake which is beautiful.

You can't beat the view, but the service is 30 years behind the times.

The hotel is clean I did not like the first Tower I was given it was very cold when you got off the elevator because they were doing construction once they moved me to the South Tower I was much happier and I found the room to be clean well laid out so far so good

I only called for check my reserves status and add Hilton Member #. Staffs who answered my phone either rejected me or throw attitudes . Finger cross my coming stay. If I can cancel it with refund, I will do and never come back.

Wonderful sleep and superb amenities. Especially enjoyed the stunning view for breakfast on the 33rd floor. Highly reccommended.

Don't waste your money!! we stayed in the deluxe suite, It was gross! The walls where nasty, there was hair on the bed sheets, there was soap in the bath tub that was used! The fridge was dirty! the thing that really grossed us out the most was there was a pizza box under the sink and it had half eaten pizza in the box! and The lights in the bathroom were broken!

The hotel is fine. But they do not reset the clock's alarm when new people arrive. It woke me up on 6am in a Sunday, so it ruined my day :(

Privacy breach... They gave out a receipt with name and room number to other rooms. Tubs are unclean...the Jacuzzi have some gross discharge coming out

Very expensive, location is amazing, if you Hilton Honours they don't really notice when your standing in that line at lobby. Overall ok.

The only thing that would have made this stay better is if they didn't double charge me after we checked out. I get it they did resolve the problem after I followed up but come on guys. If I pay/settle everything at the desk why charge me double after I leave to my credit card. Yes I understand the difference between a hold and a double charge of everything I enjoyed while I was there.

I had a terrible experience with this hotel! We checked in on 02/11/2017. When we got into the room, the room was cold so we turned on the heat. After about 20 minutes, we realized that the room was getting colder instead of warmer. The room went down to 14 degrees in the winter! We called front desk and they had asked us if we turned on the fan. Yes, the fan was turned onto and the thermostat was set onto "HEAT". Front desk said that they would send someone up to look at the heat. After about 20 minutes of waiting, no one came to the room.. so we called down to front desk to cancel and we would deal with it after as we had a reservation we had to get to.

When we got back to the hotel we went to front desk and they kindly switched rooms for us. upon swapping rooms, we turned on the heat. The temperature of the room was originally 17 degrees. We set the thermostat on HEAT setting to 23.5. After about 3 hours, the room went up to 18. It literally went up 1 degrees, WOW. We have stayed in hotel rooms and have never had any issues with the heat. This was by far THE WORST experience we have had.

When switching rooms, the front desk attendant let us know that they had one room left and would be able to switch us. I am 100% positive, the only reason this room was left empty was because the heating DID NOT WORK!!!!! How could you switch us from a room where the heat setting was making room colder to another room that did not work?

Frustrated, we decided to check out at 2 in the morning. Yes at 2 in the morning, tired as ever, we decided to leave IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO SLEEP IN A ROOM THAT WAS 18 DEGREES IN TEMPERATURE IN THE WINTER. We did not book a weekend getaway to get sick while sleeping in our own hotel room which we paid over $200 for. I would rate this 0 stars if I could.

Given its location, this hotel is busy all year round. What is also present all year round is the fantastic service from all staff, and the quality and cleanliness of the rooms. This location lives up to its brand's reputation. Make sure you book well in advance so you won't be disappointed. Conveniently located near the falls, the casino and a ton of entertainment choices.

The Hilton was a beautiful hotel, the lobby had 2 restaurants. The hotel itself had more then 5 restaurants. The room was clean and well taken care of. The surrounding area was amazing they had many things for a guest to do besides going to see the falls. I would recommend anyone to stay at the Hilton if they decide to visit the falls

We always have a great time when we stay here. The Hilton has great service and comfortable rooms. The breakfast buffet is always a highlight!

I enjoyed my stay here at the Hilton but the only downfall is being so close to the elevators because you can hear it all hours of the day and night. My room was very spacious but I did expect a more luxurious room and bed considering the price I paid for (king suite with jacuzzi). The watermark restaurant on the top floor was phenomenal as well for the breakfast that gets served downstairs where the Brazilian restuarant is located. Currently the hotel is under renovations and I think they should drop the prices during this time because of all the noise and delays in the area.

The rooms have a great view. They are well maintained and very comfortable. The cost of parking is very high and the TVs are made to not allow anything to connect to them like a game system or an Amazon Fire. Overall, it was solid for the price.

At the beginning my experience was bad because I was placed on the 11th floor of room 1111 in a smokers' apartment and I had two minors who are asthmatic they did not advise me that this floor was smoking, if I wanted to be there and even seeing that I was with Two minors did not tell me anything, also I paid for a room with supposed view to the falls and what they gave me was a view of the casino very desepcionada

Nice beds, decent room. Slow, slow check-in, and disorganized and slow wait for the valet to bring our car. And we waited fully 10 minutes for an elevator to get downstairs to check out. It was like the hotel was just unprepared for the number of guests staying there.

Nice ambience.. Got a room with falls view from the room.. Due to covid only take outs are allowed.. No dine in... Rooms are clean and tidy..

This hotel is two minutes from the falls, a perfect location next to the new casino. The price is good and they make excursions (something expensive). The people at the reception were not very friendly. The rooms are good and big, and the views are great, although I do not know if they are the best in the area. It does not include breakfast and the price is cheap.

Came with my son to use their pool, the pool was closed, my son was very upset - their reaction no reaction they do not care.

I stayed at the Hilton with a Groupon deal. The staff was great the deal made it worth it as it included some winery tours and coupons to the restaurant. The pool was closed for Renos but that was clearly communicated prior to booking.

Hotel under construction...noise from 8am to 8pm daily .. no pool.. our king room was so so. vending machines on our floor didn't work.. tried the next floor up and same thing.. .. place needs an overhaul badly.. l won't rush back..

Overall it was okay. There were some minor issues though such as their pool was closed due to construction which I didn't realize at time of reservation but yes it was hidden in the "fine" print. I picked the room that I did because it stated you had a perfect view of both falls however that was not accurate. It was an ok view of the Canadian side and little to no view of the American side. The bed was super comfy! And the food was good as well. All in all I would stay there again.

Room was nice. Stayed one night on the 11th floor. No smoking floor was good and very quiet. Only compliant was the way they make their beds lead you to the impression that they don't wash their duvay comforters. The staff at the front desk said they do but hard to believe.

I book hotels on a constant basis for short stays with my family. These vacations are breaks for family bonding time and having worked in hotels I understand the back door of operations. This is the first time we booked Hilton Niagara reading the reviews about the property on Expedia. It was to celebrate my birthday and we booked a suite(two rooms)with common jetted pool. As we checked-in the front office took notice of the special day and wished me. I enquired if we could be upgraded (and be charged for it) to face the falls but she declined saying the hotel was completely booked. I took Valet Parking and the Bell Desk assisted us with our luggage. On checking into the room we had to wait for an hour to receive our bags and were told the swimming pool was under renovation so we would have to wait until later to get access to a super busy pool in another hotel. My kids were super excited to take a dip so we had to divert them with some other outside the hotel. Next we had our dinner and came back to our rooms and put our kids in bed. Later in the night we hear noises like drills on the walls and ceiling and on enquiring with the front office we realize its under renovation. Out of four of our kids two moved into our bed making it difficult for us to step out to the nearest casino. One day stay at the hotel and I was ready to check out. Hotels and hospitality is really just a concept. This hotel doesn't seem to acknowledge any special occasions, provide low quality amenities and charge so much more than smaller properties for one room night. Definitely regret staying at this hotel.

Terrible experience staying there for a hockey tournament. Blatant harassment by security. Valet employees were yelling at us. It seems that the M.O. of the security and valet is to threaten to have you evicted from the hotel. I've never been made to feel so unwelcome in a hotel never! Overpriced and slow service in the shops and restaurants. Wifi didn't work at all on the 8th floor of the North tower. If you want to be made to feel like a criminal and a nuisance stay at the Hilton Fallsview. If not take your hard earned dollars to one of the other great hotels Niagara has to offer. Never again!

The Hotel is great but the room was terrible. Nearly two weeks ago me and my family went there for only one night, but the room smelled like an old ashtray. The guy at the desk promised help which didn't happen during our stay. So...if you ask for a room...remember getting a cleaned non smokers room.

First time at Niagara falls and canada, and absolutely loved it, going to planning another trip up there soon!

Great place for a vacation ,everybody should see this area.
