The ONLY reason I am giving this hotel 2 stars is because of the location. The hotel IS NOT worth the price! The beds are small (2 double beds) it is very hard for 2 adults to get comfortable in this bed. It is comfortable if you are sleeping alone. The restaurant is super expensive ($20 for a omelette) there is no complimentary coffee in the restaurant area. There is ,however, a small coffee machine in the room, but it was dirty. The room was VERY disappointing for the price!! I recommend comparing prices with surrounding hotels before booking here! The valet parking is hit or miss when leaving, I was lucky and only had to wait 5 minutes, but I went with a large group and the other two vehicles had to wait 30+ minutes for their car. The lobby Has a strong smell Of propane. And watch for additional fees after checking out!!!! Will never stay here again!

This is not a 4 star hotel. The hotel smells and the ceiling leaks. I have no idea how Hikron slapped their name on that dump. People who actually thinks this is a good hotel must have spent a lot of time in motel 6.

I ve always enjoyed hanging out at the Hilton when visiting Clearwater beach. With their waterside service from there mobile bar it makes drinking and soaking up the sun easy. Melissa and Dave, who work the truck, are awesome to see every time I visit.

I ve stayed at the Hilton before and had an amazing experience, however this time was different. Pros : great staff , great location on the beach. Cons: you have to be on a wait list to enter the pool during the day, beach view rooms give you a view of air conditioners, overpriced , breakfast not included , loud at night . After paying $3200 I shouldn t have to been on a wait list to use their pool. Very disappointed.

Good location and rooms. Actually opens out onto the beach with a bar directly outside. Gives towels for pool and beach. Inside it offers full amenities and has a very nice decor. Pool, exercise, and even a small store for needs like sandals. Breakfast is not complementary, however service is excellent. Very friendly, welcoming staff and they show they want you to have the best possible experience.

The best part about the hotel is the location. There's really nothing special about the hotel itself. Room was very small, bathroom as well. You're paying for the Hilton name and spending tons more on parking and activities. I'll settle for "cheaper" hotels and get basically the same room if not better.

The hotel and room was clean and well staffed. Everyone was very helpful. We attended a beautiful wedding. However, the weather got cold and windy. The staff provided heaters and blankets for cold guests. The rate was a little pricy but all of our expectations were met.

A family member recommended that I stay at this Hilton the next time I visited Clearwater Beach. However, I will not be staying at this Hilton again. The customer service that I have witnessed is atrocious and no one at this resort seems to care. Upon checking out, I noticed that I had been double charged for a purchase I made at the poolside bar and grill. I was told that I would be contacted later that day to resolve the issue. Several weeks have passed and I have contacted that hotel multiple times as well as contacted corporate to try and solve the issue with absolutely no success. The next time I visit Clearwater Beach I will gladly stay somewhere else.

Ideal location for Clearwater Beach. Nice pool right on the beach, beach in this area is great. Right in the middle of the touristy part of CB with restaurants, bars, shopping just outside the door. Street view rooms may be slightly noisy in early evening if you're picky but crowds die out early (maybe not at spring break though?) I stayed in two different rooms in two trips and both were very well appointed, clean and modern. Service was excellent. Nice restaurant on the property.

The room I stayed in on the 8th floor was outdated. The outlets didn't work. The TV was pixelated. The hot water was murky. Food and the view was good. In the conference area there was a water leak. Luckily, it happened in a doorway. Meh.

Hotel staff not helpful at all.. Was told our room was beach front and it wasnt.. we were told our room was ready and it wasnt. It was a very confusing and frustrating check in. The parking situation is terrible with very limited parking available for guests. The ocean is about 200 yards from the back door so be ready for a walk if you plan on swimming (I have a 2 and half year old daughter and it's hard for kids to get to the beach without a walkway.. those with little ones will under stand this). The pools are small, hot, and crowded. The towel rental is beyond cumbersome (yeah you read that correctly, you have to RENT A TOWEL.. with little towel cards..). Add all that up with the ongoing construction of the resort and you have a lousy stay. Room itself is the basic hotel room with a tiny balcony you basically share with your neighbors. Save your money and sleep in your car!!!

I guess Hilton does not care about even the environmental pollution on their own beach.. I went to the beach bar to inform the bartender about the plastic Hilton beach balls flying to the sea.. All she said was "We let them fly around..! If you want, you can go and catch them..!" in a sarcastic manner..

Staff felt like they were herding cattle upon check-in. Got to our room on top floor, 928. One of our beds had a sheet, blanket and another sheet on top to make it look like a comforter. The other bed had a comforter. The shower had mold accruing on the tile. Our last night, ants infested our bedding and food. How ants traveled 9 floors up only Mr. Hilton would know. My guess is the building is infested. (I have photos but cant figure out how to attach). Staff said they would call an exterminator, but i called back that night and they booked the room regardless. Also, beware of hidden fees - Add $50 per night: $25 per day for Parking and $25 per day Resort Fees. The breakfast buffet is another $24 per person. So bring the piggy bank, cleanser and pesticide and you'll be just fine!

Location is fine but the property could use an update especially the rooms. Beds have broken springs so sleep is uncomfortable. I spent 110000 honors points per night which means 4p checkin, free continental breakfast each day and a side view of the gulf. Not sure this property s value proposition is worth this many points per night.

Service is acceptable but could be a bit better. Staff could use better training especially at the reg desk. I could not find out where 8a yoga was from the staff and had to wake up and wander to look for it. I asked where the gym is and the reg desk check in lady said 0.3mi away. What?? In my search for yoga, I found the gym around the corner from the reg desk in the hotel. Maybe the staff need better orientation, a tour of the property and training. Our room never got cleaned today. They charge $25/day resort fee and another $25/day for parking.

An extra star because our waiter, Miguel, at breakfast is fabulous and should make Hilton proud. Not likely to return to this property.

The staff was extremely friendly. However, hotel was dated though for the most part clean. The rug in our room was very stained and the toilet flushed weird. The shower s water pressure was amazing. I would suggest better lighting and a full length mirror. Also, bathroom door didn t fully close and was frosted glass. Not very private.

The hotel is excellent and the location is sweet but expensive and pay attention to a partial view of the sea because the air conditioners are not under the umbrella and do not forget the umbrellas, chairs and tables on the beach for $ 200.

I made a mistake by making a reservation for a weekend stay on the wrong date through Priceline, which was locked once I paid for it. With the help of the Priceline representative Joyce, and the front desk employee Sam, they changed the date of my reservation with no problem. Thank you Sam and Joyce :-)

Beachfront hotel with fabulous walking proximity to all the shops and restaurants by the pier!!! They have activities for the young ones. Cabanas, umbrellas and chairs are available for rent. They have both a beach bar and indoor bar along with a Starbucks and dining within the resort! Hotel is older but it clean and higher floors have fabulous views in all directions!!! Lots of activities available for a fee from parasailing, jet skies and more. Plus, other activities for free like corn hole!!! Great place for family vacations!!!

Absolutely awful. On a Spring break trip and the air conditioning went out in our room TWICE. Not hot enough to warrant the air conditioning going off, but it is hot enough to make it miserable in that room when the air doesn t want to work. Also the valet lost our car keys when we were trying to leave for dinner. So annoying. Save your money!

Nice family hotel on Clearwater Beach. Breakfast was good and pool area nice. Good social distancing and valet put plastic over drivers seat for sanitation. Our room bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned and some areas around hotel looking tired. Be prepared to pay top $$$ for cabana, beach chairs and umbrellas. Many hotels in Florida don t charge. It had a lot of great shopping close by and miles of beaches.

What a terrible expierence. $20 a day resort fee that basically gets you two bottles of water per day, dirty outdated rooms, rude staff, the list goes on and on. Our first room didnt even have a balcony and had a better view of the nasty roof than the beach. I made a remark at check-in about our amazing expierence at the Marriot on sand key the year before and the desk worker actually tried to bad mouth them! Every room at the Marriot has a balcony and an awesome view. We complained for two days before getting a better room, thrn spoke with the desk manager and she said she would "do something for us", what she did was send a plate of moldy fruit and a $5 bottle of champagne to our room. I thought Hiltons were supposed to be classy hotels. One of the worst hotel experiences I've had, I've paid $40/night for better hotels.

It was the worst experience I have ever had.

It was the worst experience I have ever had.
My partner and I got beaten up miserably by bedbugs. We had 2 nights there. After the first night, I called front desk and manager and told her what happened. She said she would handle it. I was hoping they took care of it. The following day( last night), we both got bitten up again, we both scratching up and stayed all night along. Obviously, they didn t handle it as they promised. Bed sheet looked so dirty.
The sad thing is service is really bad; they don t take guest s concern seriously.
I usually don t write reviews. But I do it this time because I want next visitors be aware of this. It was terrible!

The hotel is under construction; as such accessibility is a joke. You wait a very long time to catch an elevator; stairs would be fine but they have most of them shut off. Definitely a lack of friendliness. All of the staff was rude and not helpful. We called room service and did not receive our request - ever; our room was not cleaned by 4:00 pm and we didn't have any clean towels. I requested our room to be cleaned and the front desk was extremely rude about the request - as if they did not provide daily cleaning in the rooms. We had spent a week in Tampa at the Hilton and it was almost as if it was a completely different world. The hotel was also very dirty. Bathrooms at the pool were out of order. The beach was beautiful but that had nothing to do with Hilton.

Drive 1h20m for a special night out with my wife and specifically asked for a king size bed. Get there at 12 midnight and they only have 2 double beds. Drove 30 min more to find a hotel with rooms available. Thanks for spoiling that night for us.

First, the beach is amazing. The sand is like no other. Second, the Hilton is definitely second to most. If you are a Hilton diamond member, you might be wondering what kind of perks you might receive. I will be glad to tell you. My wife and I stoped by for the weekend to be greeted by the smell of garbage as we checked in our car. No big deal, we can get over it. Front desk told us they are always 98% booked. Meaning no room for any upgrades. Ok no big deal. At least we get a free contenental breakfast. As we go down stairs and sit down for our free continental breakfast, we were advised that the bacon and eggs were not apart of the Continental breakfast and we would be charged $4 per person. So here is what you get for being a loyal Hilton diamond member, a different color wrist band. This wrist band is to show your status to whom ever. But here is the downside, it doesn t get you anything. I have staid in a cheap Hilton in the corn fields of Oklahoma and received more for our diamond status that we received here. Really disappointed to be honest. We don t usually complain however those of you who are diamond know how hard it is to achieve and how much it actually cost to get it. I m not talking about applying for a credit card and automatically receiveing diamond. I m talking about staying 30 stays or countless nights. How about a thank you for your loyalty. Best of luck. Rob

Cheap motel, but resort prices. This hotel is horrible and tacky. Very outdated. Walls are so thin you can hear everything; people talking and screaming at 2:00am and doors slamming. If you have reservations, cancel now. I chose our room the day before and it wasn't even ready at 4pm. The only good thing about this hotel is that it's beach front, that is if you can stay awake during the day after no sleep.

What a waste. I logged today to send an email to the hotel to tell them about my great experience during our stay. No where on their website can you do that and if you can, it is impossible to find. I gave up. Guess they don't want to to hear feedback.

It was very noisy, currently still here for two more nights but I will not recommend. Management does not enforce face coverings but there are posting that say otherwise, so is confusing. Beach chairs are a seprate, I will only recommend if you are needing to party and be crazy, if so then this is the place.

The beach access is wonderful and the rooms were pretty nice. Our room faced the main street, constant sirens, loud mufflers, car alarms, and extremely loud radios, made it almost impossible to keep the kids asleep or us asleep. I've stayed at this resort many times but seems the weekends have become unmanageable.

Everything is very overpriced $25 a day parking an additional $25 a day resort fee. Then to rent a cabana on the beach in front of the hotel is $44 but the chairs are not included those are $25 each. Drinks at the bar are $12 most food items are $17 to $24 and does not even taste good the fish tacos which is supposed to be the specialty were dry and terrible. They did not even service our room when we called the desk they said by request only so what is the resort fee including? Would not recommend anyone to stay here will not be returning I have had much better stays at a Holiday Inn.

Room was clean and decent, but for me, I felt it was very expensive to be an old converted Holiday Inn (that's what the clerk told me). They were kind enough to store our luggage when we arrived early and they didn't have any rooms yet, but forgot to give us all of our stuff when we returned. We figured it out later and luckily it was just sitting there on the floor when I went to check on it. Valet also lost our keys, but found them after a short bit of confusion. Beautiful beach, but the beach shower barely worked.

The stay was comfortable. The rooms are on a smaller side but it wasn t a problem to us(husband and I) It s clean and the staff is on top of their game. Everyone is very friendly and attentive. Right next to the pier where every night there s a show and fun activities, playground for the kids. They have a swim up movie every night at the pool for the kids. Beach access with supplied towels. A tiki bar right on the beach. You can rent chairs and umbrella, a half moon tent, a queen size bed on the beach, or all of them at once. One thing I ll say is the breakfast situation is not the best there for the price, so we went literally across the little street to a mom & pops place for breakfast every day, lots of food for half the price. Just an FYI
