First, the beach is amazing. The sand is like no other. Second, the Hilton is definitely second to most. If you are a Hilton diamond member, you might be wondering what kind of perks you might receive. I will be glad to tell you. My wife and I stoped by for the weekend to be greeted by the smell of garbage as we checked in our car. No big deal, we can get over it. Front desk told us they are always 98% booked. Meaning no room for any upgrades. Ok no big deal. At least we get a free contenental breakfast. As we go down stairs and sit down for our free continental breakfast, we were advised that the bacon and eggs were not apart of the Continental breakfast and we would be charged $4 per person. So here is what you get for being a loyal Hilton diamond member, a different color wrist band. This wrist band is to show your status to whom ever. But here is the downside, it doesn t get you anything. I have staid in a cheap Hilton in the corn fields of Oklahoma and received more for our diamond status that we received here. Really disappointed to be honest. We don t usually complain however those of you who are diamond know how hard it is to achieve and how much it actually cost to get it. I m not talking about applying for a credit card and automatically receiveing diamond. I m talking about staying 30 stays or countless nights. How about a thank you for your loyalty. Best of luck. Rob
