This wonderful camp hosts my daughters junior diabetes camp. Very clean and wonderful facilities. A big thank you to all those who work so hard to keep the grounds and facilities in great shape. We always look forward to our visit each year.
Very good place to take your family or volunteer and to do multiple activities.
Absolutely love this place! The grounds are beautiful and the staff are top notch!! So peaceful -- The perfect way to experience God's Glory through nature!! It is a little slice of Heaven here!
Wonderful experience with Camp Seale Harris at ASCCA
My niece has been going to camp ASCCA for as long as I can remember. She loves the week long visit. She sometimes does the December weekend camp that they have. In summer, they swim, zipline, watch movies if it rains, go hiking, etc. She is in a wheelchair because if Cerebral palsy but they always have camp counselors to help her with physical needs. Her mobility has never stopped her and doesn't stop ASCCA from showing the kids a good time. They have scholarships sometimes to help with the cost. However, my niece Jamaica said she'd pay full price to go regardless. That's how much fun she has.
This place was great! Very friendly staff and very fun. My youngest who is in kindergarten had a field trip there and we all had a blast. Playing Putt-Putt golf, water slide, water park, Museum, and a karaoke area we're just a few things that we were able to do throughout the day. I think it is great that they have something set up like this for disabled children and adults
M'y son has been attending this camp simce 2011. Everyone there is full hands on and genuinely caring. I have absolutely nothing but great things to say about this place. Thank y'all for all that you do. You have truly changed lives.
Great place to visit with special needs children and adults. There are many activities and they have good service. The rooms have built in bunk beds and have individual air conditioning. There is a swimming pool, basketball court, game room, canoes, putt-putt golf and other things and activities available.
GREAT camp! The facilities and especially the staff are wonderful. My son looks forward to it every year. :) It can be a little tricky getting there, but don't let that keep you away. It's worth the trip!
Edit: turn by turn directions from my Android phone really helped. It missed one turn close to camp, but there's a huge sign telling you where to turn when you get close, so it wound up working really well. :)
Great fun-filled experience!
Met wonderful new friends!
Great expeeience with my nephew! Would love to go back with my daughter's! Mayve even send them to camp!
What a fabulous place! My granddaughter is T1D. This camp for these kids is just wonderful! It allows them to be normal for a week!
We love this camp. This is our daughters 4th year and her friends 1st year.
Wow! The best camp ever is Camp ASCCA! I love it so much here and seeing other people like me at the camp makes me so happy on many levels! I adore Camp ASCCA and everyone there!
Love this place. My son came for 7 years and he enjoyed so much and learn how to take care of his diabetes.
This was my son first time attending camp and to our surprise he enjoyed and want to return next year. Our son is a diabetic so it was great for him to be around other kids with diabetes that understands how it feels to have to take shots every day without having to explain it. The camp allowed the kids to enjoy everyday activities with kids like them as well as taught them the importance of knowing about diabetes and knowing how important it is to take care of their bodys . The counselor, the nurses, the doctors, the volunteers were/are awesome. I will donate more and definitely keep my son involved with them. Very positive and great way to let your kid(s) socialize with others with the same disease. My son will attend every camp. We are grateful for Camp Seal and so is he.
Great camp for special need kids theirs so much to do from ziplining to tubbing swiming etc check them out my son loves it you want regret it
